We had a wonderful experience at Mission Vision today. They were able to see the three of us as a family. Everything was explained to us and we never felted rushed. Highly recommend Dr Robison and his staff!

There are multiple vision chains in San Antonio. They all have do well but Dr.Robison and his staff are top notch.They always great you with a smile and are out for your best interest and optical care.They also have a fantastic eyeglass selection, for ladies they have Vera, Tiffany’s and Versace, for the gentlemen they have Ray Ban, Oakley, Costa and more.During your visit they want to know you and not run you through as another appointment. What a breath of fresh air!

Absolutely five stars. The front desk was so professional and helpful. The staff was kind and extremely patient with my 5 year old, and most importantly Dr. Robison was top notch. He explained everything so thoroughly and I felt very comfortable with his recommendations. I highly recommend this office!!

Very unprofessional! They to give different information every time you call.My foster son got his glasses there and first time I called, I was told they were going to place the order and will be there on a week. I called after a week and I am told the order was not place because the person in charge was out of the office and she did not approve it without giving that update. Almost 45 days after I spoke to them the first time, they text the previous contact person (yes, I gave new contact and specified that through text) to let them know the frames are ready... of course really confused at this point, so I called a 3rd, and this time they said I need to pay for the frames when the policy specifies replacement frames are covered... First time I spoke to them I was told they can get a replacement frame the first year, and these broken frames are from November last year, this is very common, places like Walmart offers that 1 free replacement frame the first year.

Took my daughter for an annual check up and new glasses. We were greeted immediately upon arrival and staff was super friendly and caring. My daughter usually has reservations about anything to do with medical stuff (as do most kids), but she felt very comfortable and welcomed. Process was in depth and quick. Staff was very knowledgeable and catered to all our needs and answered all our questions. Definitely making this our choice for the the rest of our family!

Thank you Mission Vision. From the very first moment I stepped in and enjoyed ice cold refreshing Coke or many other Assortments of drinks, as well as Kahrig coffee. Then I spent a good amount of time with the Doctor Who suggested a treatment plan for me and also was very knowledgeable on several subjects. He took the time with me didn’t rush me and the testing process. I was assisted by the staff among their huge assortment of optical products. The up to Titian business is extremely spa lake and very relaxing extremely clean and wonderful atmosphere. Relocating from California I see this will truly be my family Optometry business for life. The staff was extremely courteous. You’ll be seeing my wife and kids soon. Lastly, Coming from a lawn Forssman background were mission statements are truly would guides the Staff, I see your mission is truly about vision, service, selection, cleanliness, customer first! The doctor has unique equipment that I havent seen before and Ive been going to the eye doctor every year for 20 years. Hes also very kind and takes time to answer your questions. There was no waiting time.

This was my first visit to Mission Vision and it was great. The staff is friendly and the facility is modern and new. Dr. Robison spent time with me explaining the results of the eye tests and made me feel like a valued patient. I will definitely go back for as long as Im in San Antonio.

Im very impressed with this place and Dr. Robison. I had actually intended to search for an ophthalmologist upon moving to this area (our to a family history of eye disease- I wanted to find and MD/specialist), but I was so impressed with his bedside manner and knowledge with my daughters visit (for a new eyeglass prescription) that I went to him myself. I dont actually feel the need to go anywhere else now. HIs breadth of knowledge is excellent, and he is extremely thorough. Ive recommended him to my neighbor as well. Hes always amazing with kids. Very very happy we found this place!

Just came from my eye exam at Mission Vision. Dr Robinson was great, very professional, kind and wanted to completely make sure that my eye-care needs were met. How I was greeted when first walking in the door, to choosing my frames and even when paying the bill, I couldnt ask for better customer service. The staff was wonderful. STOP!! LOOK NO FURTHER! This eye exam was, by far, the best experience I’ve EVER had! Dr. Robison is super personable and an amazing listener. He really takes his time and I never felt rushed, as I have many times with other appointments. I felt like his exam was thorough and answered all my concerns. He definitely goes above and beyond.Additionally, his office is clean & organized. Staff is polite. And they even offer a beverage while you wait! The wait time was also next to nothing. So go!!!

I had been going to my previous Dr for over 15 years before I recently moved to San Antonio and after my first visit to Mission Vision, I couldn’t recommend them enough! My vision is not the best and I was really looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Dr. who gave the same level of service as my previous. Dr. Robison was just that, very thorough, personable and took the time to explain some different options to me. As long as I’m in San Antonio, I’ll be a patient for life! Had the best experience I’ve ever had at the eye doctor at Mission Vision! Very easy to make an appointment...was able to book online and see all availability, which is very helpful as busy mom and teacher. The office is beautiful! I was taken care of right away. Dr. Robison was very knowledgeable, thorough, kind, funny, and personable. The other staff was wonderful as well and thoroughly explained my benefits to help me find the best and most affordable options for what I was needing. Check this place out, you won’t be disappointed!

Dr. Robinson was extremely helpful and friendly, along with the staff! Although I’m not sure if they take high prescriptions, I can say that they take Avēsis, if you have it. The glasses are more pricey here, so you if your insurance doesn’t cover glasses you can always take your prescription elsewhere. If you’re on a budget, they offer a payment method where you pay half for the glasses upfront and at pickup pay the other half, which is what I chose. I highly recommend going here!

I’m not one to write reviews therefore this one is a couple of months late. Nothing but great things to say about this office!! I was able to get in for a new patient Appointment within a few days of my call. I was very surprised at how involved Dr. Robinson is with his practice and patients, anywhere else has assistants and the doctor comes in and out in about 5 mins, not here! I never felt pressured to do any extra tests etc. I will definitely be a permanent patient!

I highly recommend this office. My 8 yr old daughter was due for an eye exam for new glasses. I was able to make an appointment for the following week. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. The doctor was great! My daughter hates getting drops in her eyes for dilation, but the doctor made sure she was as comfortable as possible. He made sure to let her know what to expect and explained everything to me as the exam went on. A few days after the exam, my daughter was happy to receive a personalized thank you card from the doctor. Great place to go! I highly recommend it. I will definitely be making myself an appointment when my exam is due.

Amazing staff! I was nervous about going to a new eye doctor but Dr. Robinson was so amazing! You can really tell he cares about what he’s doing! He also doesn’t push brands on you and makes sure you know what your insurance will and will not cover. Worth the drive!

This is the best experience weve ever had at an eye doctor appointment! Dr. Robison takes his time with each patient- we felt like we had his full attention (and that of his staff). My glasses broke on a Saturday morning & Dr. Robison worked me in last minute as a new patient. He took his time with me, was great at explaining everything during the eye exam, and he and his assistant both stayed after hours assisting me with ordering new glasses and making sure I was taken care of. I can not say enough great things about Dr Robinson and his staff! My daughter is a patient of his and had an eye injury (eraser to the eye). It was after hours on a Friday afternoon so I left a message hoping to get in the next day. He called me right back and actually went out of his way to meet me at his office after hours! Words cannot express how appreciative I am for that. She had an important softball tournament the next day and we were worried that she wouldn’t get to play. Instead of just putting a patch over her eye and sending her on her way, he took the time to give her a special lens to wear that would protect her eye and allow her to play! She was so relieved; thank you for doing that!Because of his awesomeness, I became a patient. I just had my first eye exam with him a and he remembered who I was, he asked about my little “eraser girl”, called her by her nickname, and also remembered other details about our conversation!My husband came with me to the appointment to look at their selection of glasses. His prescription ( from another doctor) was written a little differently. Dr Robinson took the time to call them and clarify. He also took the time to make sure that my hubby was getting the exact type of lenses that he wanted by showing him an actual sample of what he was getting. He wasn’t (is now) even a patient of his!As patients, we get so used to just being a number, it’s reassuring to know that there are doctors out there who love what they do and truly care! It’s so noticeable!This all brings us to today, I opened the mail and got the sweetest thank you card from him! Don’t thank me, thank you! Please keep doing what you do, Dr Robinson! And thank you to your staff! You’ve got a great team of people working with you :).
