Went i to have broken frames replaced. Jennifer and Lisa were very friendly and helpful. When their computer wasnt functioning properly, They comped me to the frames rather than having to make another visit. Really great customer service!!

Laura Wickwire was fantastic!! She was very professional and explained everything. We highly recommend her. We didn’t realize that the protocol had changed because of Covid. They go by appointment now, but she was able to see us, because it wasn’t too busy at the time. She was very nice to the other customers and staff members. We also liked that we had the option to have them shipped to us. They arrived in 5 days and fit perfect. Great experience!!

Staff is really friendly and not only that they are also very patient! (Also really affordable cute glasses) Because of COVID, they only allowed so many people at a time for social distancing and I appreciated that! 1000/10 recommend.

The two young ladies that work there exhibit phenomenal customer service. We dealt with both of them on individual days. They spent an inordinate amount of time helping my partner pick five different pair of glasses and sunglasses. Everything we touched got sterilized after. When We went back to get them adjusted We were met with great enthusiasm and again wonderful performance. They took us early and got us out quickly and the adjustments were perfect. We (me and my 2 boys) recently got our new pairs of glasses from this location and they have stellar customer service! Laura, Lisa and a gentleman helped us specifically and they were very patient and knowledgable. I would never have picked the frames that I got but Laura recommended them and she was right. I love them! I had an issue with my prescription sunglasses the next day after I picked them up and they fixed it without a problem. I will not go anywhere else. Their customer service and expertise is the best!

Brianna, Lisa, and Laura are awesome. I interacted with all of them during my recent purchases. I bought two pairs of progressive lens glasses and a pair of sunglasses. I like that the staff will be honest and tell you if you look good in the pair you selected and then assist you with other frames if necessary. That store is my go-to-store for glasses.My only criticism is that Vision Works operates that store 6-days a week with only three staff members. For customer service I would highly recommend that one additional person be added to answer the phones and check in customers. It is somewhat frustrating as a customer to wait for my associate to get up multiple times to answer phones and check customers in when I am being assisted. Not good customer service. (That took away one-star from my rating) However the three associates are awesome (5-star) even with their unfortunate staffing constraints and they make it a pleasant experience!

My wife and I got new glasses from this location. We were impressed by the customer service in location only. Brianna particularly took care of us and had stellar attitude towards the customers. Will definitely come back next year with the rest my children.

I had a vision appointment today with their on site optometrist. They are the model of professionalism!!After getting my eyes examined I went to get sized for glasses. Brianna was my sales associate and she was a gem!! With everything going on I havent gotten out much and she was very tolerant of my odd sense of humor and jokes. Brianna also helped find me a pair of glasses that didnt make me look nerdier like than I already am.As the legendary Arnold would say ... Ill be Back!

So glad I decided to go to this location! I dont have vision insurance so I dread buying a new pair of glasses. I went in thinking cheap frames, but after sitting down with an associate she went over all the different promotions I could use. Compared to every other Vision Works Ive ever been to, this has to be the lowest rated one. I started coming here because its closer to my house, but even year Im continuously disappointed by the CS and Im seriously considering just driving out of my way just to be back at Northstar or the Quarry.

Terrible customer service. I cancelled my order about 30 days ago, and I still have not received a refund on my credit card. Every time I call, they say they will return my call. However they never return my call. Strongly, do not recommend.

For my sons first pair they never notified me to let me know they are ready, and we had to reorder his lens and once again we were not notified that they were ready. When asked why we werent notified she told me because I was in a bad location. Really how does she know where I was at. Not coming back again!

Billy General Manager and his team are amazing. I have worked with Billy for 8 years. First at the New Braunfels location and then followed him when he transferred to the Rolling Oaks location. He has always made sure our family has been taken care of an made sure we got what we needed. The customer service and quality of the eye ware is exceptional.

I came into town for a quick turnaround trip to help my daughter get some things done before she starts college back. We luckily missed the Forum location by about 20 mins because we hurried to the mall and encountered Holly! She was nothing short of amazing despite one of the gates being down because it was so close to closing time (only 7 mins to 6 on a Sunday!). Went in just to browse the other day since I was needing a new pair of sunglasses. The Sales Rep names Jessica was kind enough to show me some good recommendations and was not pushy at all. I didnt buy a pair but when the time comes I definitely will be coming back.

I was worried this place would be overpriced but Sarah the manager listened to all my needs and concerns and got me a great deal as well as my glasses in less than an hour! They are helpful. Glasses are done quick and the people are nice. But they cant fix glasses properly. I broke mine and were in need of a fix, so they fixed them but three days later they broke again not because of me. When I went in to get the lense fixed they unscrew the leg for some reason and messed up the hole where the screw was suppose to go in. It was bent and the screw only went in through the top part but did not go through the bottom making the leg wiggly and pop off easily. Please learn how to fix glasses better so thi doesnt happen again. I really liked those frames.

I don’t recommend you going to this vision works because they were just hoax over there I bought a pair of glasses and with the antiglare pro whatever they had that is too much expensive and they didn’t even even work and I don’t live close to this one and I don’t got time to go over there and they couldn’t even fix my own problems that I had to me they’re just scamming you just put you in something that it’s not even true. Their customer service as well it’s so horrible I don’t even wanna be over there that’s how bad it is.

The lab here is absolutely atrocious. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, 1 with light gray tint and plastic lenses (my back ups) and 1 with no tint and poly-carbonate lenses. The first time around i wasnt sure about the ray bans because they were giving me a fish bowl feel so i re-chose. On the other pair, the tint was also very dark so i had those redone. 2nd time around, tint is still way too dark and not fitting my face and my newer ray bans lenses seemed really thick but i didnt cause a fuss. 3rd time a round the tint is choppy and they still felt way to big but i took them because i was tired of dealing with this store. Yesterday night i go to Vision Works in North Star mall and find out they switched the lenses so i had poly in the ones with the tint but not my Ray Bands, and that the glasses i had been complaining were too big were indeed too big for my face and had been tinted with blue not gray. Greg at North Star helped me pick out a new pair, put polycarbonate in both of my glasses for me at no extra fee and got the tint right the first time. Rolling oaks mall needs to really get there customer service and lab techs at the level of the North Star Mall.

Billy (General Manager) at Vision Works Rollings Oaks managed a top notch operation at Eyemasters over at the Forum then (I specifically go to Billy for all my eyewear needs) and he still does at Vision Works now. The team Billy surrounds himself with share the same level of customer service and satisfaction that he does. Im sure there are great teams at other locations but the Rolling Oaks team is my first choice pick. I live in New Braunfels but still go see Billy and his team. I lost my reading glasses and spoke to the manager (Mr. Bill) and explained my situation, that I need a replacement for my reading glasses, Mr. Bill wants to charge me $303.00, I told him that I have another frame to re-use, but he said I cant reuse my other frame, rather he wants charge me $303.00, frame and lens. So when I went to the forum/agora parkway branch, and approached Mr. Shaun, explained the situation that Visionworks rolling oak branch, is charging me $303.00, Mr Shaun/Visionworks Agora Pwy was very helpful and was able to reuse my other frame and he only charged me $110.00. I dont understand if what was the of point of Mr. Bill why I cant reuse my other frame.

Recently relocated to San Antonio and was looking for a VisionWorks to see if they could repair/replace my Gant glasses I had purchased from a VW years ago....the John Lennon frames took a spill getting out of the shower!...anyway, we met Ernesto at the Rolling Oaks Mall and he was able to save my Gants in mere minutes (replaced nose pads and heated adjustments).....exceptional customer service...we will see him in November for our annual eye exams and looking forward to our new eyeglasses!
