Mojo was great, we tried to open the garage, but it would not go up, after looking online we found Mojo and they had a lot of great reviews on yelp and home advisor. We tried to use our old garage door, but it would only make weird noise. We called Mojo and one of their techs came a few hours later, after checking the garage door opener for a little bit he explained us that the gear was broken and there is a way to fix it but it just not worth it because the garage door opener is more than 15 years old and it’s just time to replace to something newer, me and my partner agreed and he was able to install us a brand new garage door opener and it worked great, I’m happy he encouraged me to get a new garage door opener other than fixing an old noisy garage door opener.i gorgot the techs name, but he was friendly and extremely profesional. Definitely will use them again.

In the middle of the night my garage door spring broke. I was trying to leave my garage around 4pm this afternoon and saw the broken door spring. The reviews are correct: they do very nice work. They set up a time the same day as the call for after lunch with a 2 hour block for arrival. The tech (Moshe) gave me a call prior to arriving. He assessed the damage (yep: broken spring) and gave me options and pricing to fix it. Then he fixed it. Pretty quickly, too. Now I have a garage door that opens and closes and because he also replaced the old track wheels (extra charge but worth it), it opens and closes quietly and smoothly. Definitely recommend.

I went online looking for a company to install my garage door opener and I found Mojo Garage. I decided to give them a call since I seen that the had 4.9 stars and what sold me was that they also had same day installation.When I called they answered right away and gave me an awesome quote! Although they couldnt install that evening I called, they did come out the very next morning to do my install.They called me 30 minutes before arriving and when they arrived they didnt waste any time getting to work.The owner did suggest that I also upgrade my plastic wheels on my garage door to rubber wheels so that my motor would be more efficient and the wheels wouldnt get stuck. She asked for a quote after hours and within minutes we had a representative communicating with us. They were all about making sure we understood what was going on with the process of fixing/replacing our garage door. Several things are very important to me when choosing a company with which to do business: honesty/trust worthiness; customer service; good workmanship; and value. This company demonstrates all these and more. I called early the day after my garage door damage. An appointment was enthusiastically set by the the owner, Moses for a technician to come between 12:00 and 2:00. They actually phoned and asked to come early!! They gave me a reasonable estimate for a new lower panel, but after they spent about five minutes straightening the door and putting the rollers back on the tracs, the damage was almost invisible, especially when the door is closed! This saved me a lot of money. The service charge is less than other companies and they deduct it from the repair if you make a decision to use their service at that time.

Super happy with the service. We called late on a Thursday night after someone drove into our garage door, totaling it. Extremely happy with the service provided by Technician Shay. He came out to my house to fix my garage door after I backed into the door before it completely opened. The entire opener was damaged and Shay not only gave me affordable prices he called his boss and asked if he was able to give me a discount. Awesome guy and great customer service! I was thankful that Mojo Garage Doors could come out within 20 minutes of my call. My door was stuck in the middle. It would not go up or down. It was fixed within 45 minutes. It was a Holiday and I was not charged extra. Also I was informed before what was needed and why. I was really impressed with Moses and all of his knowledge and glad I went with his company. If I have door problems in the future I will be calling Mojo Garage Doors again!!! GREAT customer service!

It was a great experience! My garage door broke down around 5 p.m. so i called Mojo and they sent Shay out that night - no extra charge! Shay stayed until everything was working, then he cleaned the area, shoed me how to use the device and even asked if i needed anything else.
