Loyalty means nothing...We have been doing busy with this company for over 25yrs. We placed an order for doors in Feb-paid half down. Due to owner and several workers being sick and/or hospitalized we could not pick up until now. They raised the price on same doors(siting in warehouse)-when we went to pick up. Didnt honor original order

Called to have one of our overhead doors serviced. The person I spoke with with couldnt give me a time or day they could come out. Just told me it would be sometime this week. No one ever showed up or called.

Very rude. Poor Customer service. Robert was very argumentative and pushy. We had a miscommunication and he blew up on the phone with me as if my company had not hired his company to do a job. He raised his voice and tried to talk to me like I was his employee or a child. I could not believe the audacity. Then after a job for more than 5k, we had issues just days after the job was completed. We had to call several times and demand the issue be resolved quickly after being given the run around. I would never recommend this company.

Had to pickup gate remotes for the new neighborhood. They had them waiting since I called ahead. Nice friendly folks.

Joe was amazing! As I was closing my shop Friday around 5pm, I was unable to get my overhead door down and unable to secure my store! Joe showed up with a smile and was able to fix my problem quickly! My doors even work better than before! TexDoor will definitely be my go to company!

Called to get our door replaced on Tuesday. They said Sure, we will have someone out Thursday or Friday...... Here we are on Monday after a few more calls at 4:55PM and still nobody showed up. Amazing company! I own a garage door company located in Washington DC. My father who lives in San Antonio wanted two of what I know to be the most expensive components of a garage door replaced which are the opener and Springs. Against my advice presision garage door was contacted and of course they completely inflated the price of what my father wanted. I then did some research and located Texdoor and spoke with Rob. Letsjust say I am glad they are not located in Washington DC because texdoor would be some very very stiff competition for me! From the very moment I called they were friendly, responsive, transparent and upfront with their pricing, all atributes that I was looking for in a company that deserved my fathers business. My father called the following day set up an appointment they sent out Josh. Josh was on time respectful professional and apparently a very friendly gentleman. In one phone call this company quoted $500 less than presision garage door for the exact same products, I know because I know what Im talking about this is what I do for a living. Take it from one industry insider this is an absolutely reliable professional and ethical company. Call them above and beyond anybody else you will not be disappointed!

PRICE DISCRIMINATE They are not fair to all customers some customers pay a lot less for the same door then others. I got a quote for a steel back with windows and my competitor price was 130 less for the same door. Even for a regular garage door some customers pay a lot less then other customers.

Busy place

Truck 90 was driving down NW Military and comes to a light, with a long line to turn. All of the sudden this company’s vehicle cuts off another vehicle to get into the long line instead of waiting and almost caused an accident. Then driving down Wurzbach Parkway Truck 90 is doing well over 70 mph. We tried to catch up to read the phone number. On Wurzbach near Morgan’s Wonderland there was another one of their company vehicles driving the speed limit Truck 93 and the terrible driver of Truck 90 slows down and drives behind this truck.
