The only issue I have with this office is the signage. Its not big enough. Other than that, they get 10 stars from me. They made me feel very comfortable about all test and all else that was about to take place. The office was very clean and comfortable. You are beginning your appointment within 10 min of your appointment time. They are very time conscious as to not waste any. I was in & out within 1 hr 20 min. And was with testing, fittings, EVERYTHING. like I said 10 STARS....

This place went well above and beyond, they definitely exceeded my expectations. The doctor took her time explaining everything step-by-step and made sure my mom and I understood everything before we left. I can’t express how much it feels to know my mom is in good hands. We Definitely recommend this place!

Well how do I start to tell someone about a life-changing experience my daughter and my grandson always kept on telling me your phones ringing or the TV is too loud or how come you cant hear us and of course my hearing loss was something that I wasnt able to admit to myself so I decided to go and see an audiologist her name is Jamie shes very nice and very pleasent she took me through some hearing tests let me try out the hearing aids and talk me through all the procedures and how much they would cost and the time that I spend using the hearing aids was a big change in my life i could actually here again I was surprised of how much hearing I had lost I ordered a pair and Im just waiting for a call back to go and get them put on and adjust them for my hearing level.

I absolutely adore Dr. Massey’s professional and compassionate care!!! She is truly wanting to help people have the best hearing and I find her to be more detailed and educational in her testing than most hearing care offices. I trust her with my hearing and that of my family.

Dr. Massey and Connect Hearing have done an exceptional job of managing my 93 yr mothers hearing needs. Wanda was not excited to be going to have her hearing checked. She is legally blind and dealing with hearing loss just felt like one more thing being taken away. She was a little embarrassed/nervous in the waiting room and she hated the free candy. The staff put her at ease, ran their tests and in two weeks they gave her back her hearing and oh yeah they got better candy.
