I went to have a huge amount of wax removed from my ears. Cassandra did a great job and it was very interesting to be able to see the whole process on the screen. Cassandra assessed my hearing aides and found that one was no longer functioning. She explained the benefits of newer model hearing aides and the new technology. She was able to do a hearing test and fit me with new hearing aides right then. I hear so much better. It’s really like day and night. I had to turn the TV down. A lot! I’m thrilled that I went to this business today.

I have been a client of New Sound for almost 3 years and their service is exemplary. The staff is courteous, prompt and professional with a real desire to help me hear better. I have Audible hearing aids and the world of sound for me is wonderful after having poor hearing for years. I’ve been visiting this location with my mother for awhile & it is a great place with excellent technicians who have improved my mother’s hearing. Cassie is so patient and understanding with my mother’s needs. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to handle her hearing difficulties. Went in to check on one hearing not working, came out with a new re-chargeable pair. Instead of spending 5-600 for a repair on 4year old aid, bough a new pair. Very gladI did, good to hear right and better now.Cassandra took excellent care of me.Gave me all of my options, showed me the difference of the new technology, after that it was a no brained. Gave me a fair price. Greatest thing they had them in stock, walked out wearing a new pair. The technician, Cassie was amazing. She cleaned the wax out of my ears, gave me new filters to change/clean between visits, told me how long I have until my warranty expires and about some specials they are having on upgrades. All this was completed in about 15 minutes!

Great staff. They explain things so a person understands the equipment. Good location, handicapped parking and I would refer others there.

I had a 1:30 appointment and my husband had a 3:00 appointment. We were both seen during the 1:30 time frame. The receptionist worked with us to make appointments for the next year, with my husband and I coming together. The drive there is a one hour round trip, so this saves us time and gas.

Always treated nicely there. Always answer my questions.

When I first went I received great care. Since then it’s been terrible. I was being lied to and given the turnaround. I so badly wanted to make this place my go to for hearing issues, but I can’t support a place that misleads me. I would recommend making this place your last option.

So I was in need of obtaining a “hearing test” in order to retain my federal job. I had called the VA and they were so far behind and it would take weeks to see them. Other audiologists had also a waiting list to be seen. I called New Sound on Wurzbach and spoke to Ms Janie who was very polite and professional and set up an appointment. I also explained to her that I could not return to work until I completed the test. She assured me that she would notify me ASAP should someone cancel their appointment. Well, just as she promised she delivered and called me about an opening the next day! I arrived and met with Dr Johns whom was very polite and patient with me. This Office treated me like Family. Kudos to New Sound staff.

Dr. John is AMAZING & so caring. He listened to every one of my concerns & had a solution to each concern! He made me feel very comfortable & took care of my hearing aids with adjustments that needed to be done. Thank you!!
