Audio Care Practitioner Rubi was very efficient in meeting my semi-annual needs. She cleaned and inspected my hearing devises rapidly; examined my ear hearing canals; and, set me up for my next visit in less than 10 minutes. Efficiency is a key factor when I rate a service and this most recent visit earned a “10.”

I’ve used Beltone for the past 7 years. I never had any issue with my original set. Beltone did regular maintenance that keep them in top performance. It was time to upgrade to current technology. My first time going here was during quarantine so they had the door locked, but as soon as I called and said I was there for my appointment, they let me in. Linda at the front desk was so nice and friendly and then I met Ruby, the doctor, and she was just as nice. I liked them and will be back.
