Even before coming in to the office, Melissa was very helpful and courteous with information. Once I arrived, the waiting room was clean and again, Melissa was very courteous. Dr. Roger Johns was thorough in his testing and explained the results clearly and welcomed my many questions. I would highly recommend Estes for audiological needs.

Great location, staff, and facility. Only had molds done for custom earbuds but they did a second on one ear just to make sure it was long enough.

A waste of my time told me he wasn’t comfortable removing tissue stuck on ear drums then gave me references for Austin Texas uh we live in San Antonio now I’m at the E.R being helped with no problem

Paul Guillory is AMAZING. He handles the care of my mother, father and daughter and he is patient and light hearted. So thankful for him, especially in working so lovingly with my daughter after she lost her hearing (hard time for us). Cindy Green is always helpful.

I dropped in to see about a cord for my hearing device and they had it. I was treated nicely.

Awful. Manager Cindy Green is rude not helpful. My father went in for a hearing Aid and on 3-1 2016 was told his insurance would cover it .Cindy the Manager kept calling my mother an then said it was not cover an if my father wanted his hearing Aid they needed to pay 1,450 then the insurance would reimburse my father wrote a ck for that amount.Then to find out the insurance did not cover his hearing Aid .They cashed the ck ok 3-6 And said that my father has a new insurance Please if you have a love one that is a older do not take them hear they will tell you that your insurance will cover it an they will take your money . My father is 88 yrs old an was told if you want it then pay for it.They are RIP offs for the Elderly. We are now disputing his claim with Hear Lab.Will never go again Be Aware of their Manager Cindy Green. And please care for your Elderly love ones.She did not explain payment options wants balance in full .Thank you.
