If you need a hearing aid then this practice will probably suffice, based on the other reviews. The problem is that I dont need a hearing aid. I have severe tinnitus, a high pitched ringing tone that is with me every waking hour of every day. Its moderately loud most of the time, but occasionally so loud that I find it difficult to sleep. Dr. Wright tested my ability to actually hear (speech, tones, etc.) reporting that for those purposes my hearing was fine. I already knew that. Seemingly unconcerned, disconnected, aloof, and at the same time abrupt, she offered absolutely NO information regarding my condition. I find the other one star reviews, cited below, very understandable. The 5 stars must have caught her on a good day.

I have a profound hearing loss and one if my hearing aids stopped working. They were able to fix it right there. They didnt have to send it out. I was back to being able to hear in minutes

There was no pressure to go with a particular product or price level. She listened and provided the best options at several price points to improve my hearing.

I cant express how grateful I am with Cynthia Wright, she went beyond and above her job for my dad. Like most older men I started losing my hearing. I checked out several Audiologists and selected clEAR hEARing. The service was great, the follow-up has been even better including a re-examination and spicing up of one of the hearing tracks. I heartily recommend Clear Hearing.

As a client, as a Veteran I can be truthful in my first and last visit here, Dr W. Was not very kind, nor even professional in my opinion. Ive worked the health profession all my life and what really disturbs me is this person was not only rude but even prejudice even if shes some little words but the intent was there. Ive have yet to report this to other professionals and yes my test was as just as despicable as this office was in testing. I will not recommend this as it was a total farce and prejudice in that case. Unreal. Despicable. Not ever again.

Where do I begin? I bought my first hearing aids at Cynthia’s Clear Hearing and another and another (3rd pair at present.) I live out of town now, but will always drive to do my business with this outstanding business. I love the feel of family when I walk thru the door! Cynthia only sells what she believes in, and caters to any emergency I might have. Wish everybody conducted business in this way! I highly recommend!!!
