Best to order your Louis Vuitton on line . This Louis Vuitton has the worst customer service I have ever seen . One lady were extremely rude, for the amount of dollar you spend there, you would think, they’ll be nicer BUT NO they are NOT .... Stay away from this Louis Vuitton and the next the door ... these people needs some training on people skills, completely has ZERO people skills

I’ve always had great experiences here! Even if I have to wait, I love the personal attention they provide to each customer, I understand the importance of having to wait because they don’t break away from clients they are helping in a high end retail experience. And I know once they are with me it is a beginning to end experience. They have a great selection! Of course if you’re looking for a hard to get item, the chances of walking into the store and just getting it are slim. Everyone who has ever helped me has been very sweet and patient! I love this store!!

Walked in, with 1 question: do yall have driver moccasinsGot sat in the corner by security for 20 mins, with not a single employee taking the 2 seconds it would have taken to acknowledge my existence or answer a simple question.Unfortunately, time is money, and they lost a sale for their incompetence and lack of basic retail operational knowledge.

Absolutely the worst customer service anywhere.After waiting behind the ropes while two women finished their personal conversation, we walked in. The first thing she said was use hand sanitizer. (Ok, but we just literally used it walking in the front door......and we get the pandemic.......and both of us are in the healthcare field, so ok.....fine.Next we were told not to walk around. We could only stand in a certain spot. I stated I wanted to look at the luggage. Again, “NO. You cannot move in the store.” What?!So, I told her to forget it and we drove to Saks and bought the luggage. They were ready to help and we could move around the store! Saks customer service beat Neiman Marcus hands down.A good rule to follow in business: The first response to a shopper is never.....NO and you can’t do this or that. Not sure where they learned that business model.

I had really great service from Taylor Reynolds today. I went to buy my wife a present for our anniversary and she was so patient through the entire process and really helped me pick out something I know my wife will love. If you go in make sure to ask for her, she was the best client advisor! The store was extremely busy but I never felt rushed, she really took her time to help me and was really knowledgeable about all the questions I had. I’ve had other not so great service from other CAs at this location in the past but I think it is getting better.

Visited LV at Newman Marcus to have my purse handles repaired/replaced. Cecily was very understanding with my concerns and very helpful. She was quick to respond to my inquiries while my purse was being repaired. And she shipped me my purse overnight when repairs were complete. Thanks for proving exception customer service.

Service was great - up until the employee knew we werent going to buy anything because they didnt have what we were looking for (mens sneakers). When we asked for a sample of perfume, she stated they didnt give samples. But where we live (in Austin) they happily gave us not one but two samples for both me and my boyfriend

Why must these employees act as if they are better than everyone else?! Come on, it’s sales! You’re basically there to help people buy something they are ALREADY GOING TO BUY. Those of us that visit stores like this are able to to do so because we have jobs that provide us with an income higher than most people due to the fact that we have more education and more skill and more value to add to the community. Do your job with a smile and that’s it. You get to collect commission from things that people are going to buy anyway. If you’re in sales, you’re replaceable, similar to how McDonald’s now has kiosks inside the restaurant where you can place an order without even having to interact with their employees. If McDonald’s employee can clean toilets with a smile, surely a Louis Vuitton employee can stand around waiting for people that are already going to buy something with a smile. Get your act together and be grateful you don’t work at McDonald’s, because your value is no different than that of a typical kiosk.

Every time I come here, I feel that there is no customer service. Yesterday, I asked the sales associate to ask about the bag but he said I will be right with you. Then, he swiftly left me. Honestly, I felt he seemed like to avoid me. I think it was kind of rude and disrespectful because even though he was busy, he could say sorry for just a few seconds. So, I walked around the store by myself. Suddenly, the bag on the show case was fell off to the floor just in front of me. I lifted the bag to the show case. At that moment, at least two sales associates ( including a male sales associate that I mentioned earlier) saw that but none of them said thank you. I felt embarrassed and I have a feeling of invisible there. I wanted to leave that place because I didnt want to waste my time where none of them recognize me. I felt there are no greeting and welcoming impression at all. I recommend to shop in Louis Vuitton website or find the different boutiques. Seriously, this place needs a better quality of customer service training to all of the associates!!

So Ive been in this store a total of 3 times and each time I noticed they have horrible customer service. The first time no one spoke to me ever. The second time an SA answered a question after waiting forever to be helped. This third time was the worst. I came to buy a bag since I had finally decided what I want - they seem to never have what Im looking for. They were busy with three customers in the store (I guess thats too much for them to handle?). But whatever, I waited like every time before and just like before I received NO greeting and no acknowledgement. My friends and I continued to wait and finally saw one SA who wasnt with anyone. So I walked up to her and politely asked if she was available. She looked up with a tight smile and said No. We all blinked at her snooty tone and looked at each other. We stood there a little stunned and I just told my gal pals I suddenly wasnt very interested in buying a bag there anymore and we left. So heres my thing: Im not a demanding person but if Im going to spend thousands of dollars in your store...I expect SOME customer service. And saying hello? Thats common courtesy just about anywhere in the world you go...especially if youre trying to sell things. Act like you dont need my business all you want but I know every store has sales numbers they are trying to make...good luck making them with that attitude. I went to GUCCI instead and spent my money there. They said hello AND thank you. :)

My boyfriend and I visited this location back in June with the intention of purchasing my first LV. Roberto was extremely helpful and patient with me throughout the entire process (2-3 weeks) as I was being very indecisive. He was also available to answer any questions I had through text! Its been almost 3 months with my purse and wallet and I couldnt be anymore happier!Thank you Roberto!

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM MANAGEMENT TO SALES ASSOCIATE. I called to let an associate know that I wanted to buy a LV trunk suitcase. She said she needed to find out if the item I wanted was available at other stores since it wasnt available at their NM store THe associate was nice but rather apathetic to the sale. Long story short she never called back . The price change took effect and now the trunk cost 1300 more than before. I called to complain to the manager( even though I am aware it is a too Bad situation. THE manager never called back either. THis was after I asked the store manager to tell her to call me.

I saw some bad reviews of the Neiman Marcus Louis Vuitton on Yelp and Google so I wanted to add our experience.Taylor came right up to us and stayed with us the entire time...no pressure whatsoever. We were even going to walk around the mall and make our final decision after narrowing it down to a couple bags. She was going to put the bags we selected in the back until we returned. Then we realized there was one in the display window we wanted to check out. That was the one we bought.We did visit the Saks Fifth Avenue store at North Star Mall before coming here today. Both locations have some bags in common, but each have some different selections too.Ive seen some bad reviews on this location because of slow or poor service. That wasnt our experience here at all.

This location sure isnt the best at customer service, I eventually got service but the sales associate had such an additude. I was looking to buy my daughter a small bag for her day to day, I told which I was looking for and she informed me they didnt have it. I proceed to ask for her to order it for me as they have before, she said she cant. I was so done with this lady and her horrible service, I went over and just bought her a balenciaga. Now I will just go to the Saks location much better service.

This place is ok, the staff there are not so friendly and for what your paying for, they should really try hard to make you feel welcome. I did not feel welcomed there at all. Whatever happen to great customer service we use to get..... So disappointed!

Went in with my Fiancé to purchase a bag as a Christmas gift. Was not greeted. And when looking at purses I was getting glares from every lady in that room. I honestly didn’t want to purchase anything but I needed it for a Christmas gift, once purchased their attitude completely changed.

Shopping at a luxury brand store in the US has always been a disappointing experience. This one is even worse. The Asian lady there (Im Asian too, so Im not discriminating at all) was not accomodating at all. She seemed so uninterested. I wanted to throw at her face how much I have spent on LV over all! Please train your staff for better customer service. Learn from the Japanese customer service in particular. You will gain more business.

Waited 30 minutes to get assistance. No one acknowledged me the entire time I was there. After 10 minutes, I went up to a representative to talk to let them know I was interested in a purchase and they brushed me off. I haven’t seen customer service this bad in years anywhere.

They do not know what customer service is !! My husband went in to purchase the Never full canvas bag for me he was assisted by Taylor Reynolds, she told him that they were all sold out everywhere but she could order one from the warehouse, this was on 9/10/18 so 9/20 rolls around and still no bag so I called to check status and she’s telling me how it could take months so I’m like well why didn’t you tell him that or just order it online for him she claims she told him there was no true ETA ok so I said I’ll wait a few more days and if not I want the money back, so I called back yesterday to see if they maybe had it with the rose interior instead of read I speak with another associate and she says no there is nothing in store so I asked again, why couldn’t you guys just order it online I’ve been online and they have them available and she flat out told be because the associate wouldn’t have gotten credit for the sale, I couldn’t believe it so I just told her to return the payment to my husbands card. So this morning I get a missed call from Taylor I call back and she’s like oh I see you called me yesterday and I told her I had the return processed she said ok and that she would send the receipt to the email on file. No later than 5 mins after we got off the phone she texted me a copy of the return receipt and says “sorry it wasn’t quick enough for you, we have a shipment coming in today” at this point I’m furious I asked her how did she know she had a shipment coming when she has told me numerous times there is no way of knowing when they will get shipment, she then changes her story and says the shipment is already there smh of course the return could not be reversed at this point but over all I’m so disappointed you would think that they would put customer satisfaction over getting credit for a sale and then for her to text me basically taunting me saying sorry it wasn’t quick enough for you but we have some in today is just ridiculous

Poor service. I called to order some items. Was told they processed it. Never got a confirm e-mail. Called the next day to confirm if they got my order in and they said no.I gave up on the order. thanks for poor service. Maybe I did not order enough money for them to care.
