Very very meticulous when sewing in patches and for a very modest price. His vests are beautiful and the saddlebags are reasonably priced. Best spot in town for your cruiser motorcycle apparel.

This is your stop for motorcycle riding gear! The guy that runs this place is a plethora of knowledge and is beyond helpful. If you need patched sewn on you want to go here, they have saved me more pockets than I can count over the years.

Won 2 gift certificates for $25 at a raffle. Went in to redeem them hoping to get a leather jacket for $50 off. Was told I had to make 2 separate purchases to redeem the 2 gift certificates. So I purchased a $100 leather vest and got my $25 off. During that purchase I mentioned coming back to get vest extenders with the 2nd gift card. He made it sound like it wouldnt be a problem. 2 weeks later Im back to purchase 5 vest extenders at $6 a piece but was told I needed to spend $50 to use my other gift certificate. He said it would just be like giving them away if my gift certificate covered the vest extenders. My vest (that I bought from him) only needs 4 extenders but I offered to buy 5 so that my purchase would be greater than $25. I asked if it would have still been the same situation if I had gotten the vest extenders the same day I got my leather vest......I didnt even pay attention to his answer at that point because I really just wanted to give him the gift certificate back. I borrowed his pen to write down his comments on the back of the gift certificate. Gave 2 stars because he did have a good selection of leather jackets but needs to work on retail practices. Gift certificates state donation at the top and nowhere is it stated on the gift certificate about redemption rules.

Owner had a fantastic attitude. Went in looking for gear with my husband. Didn’t feel like I was pressured to buy anything I didn’t need. Was also very knowledgeable and willing to help a new rider.

Send 200 dollars at this store came to exchange a 44 dollar item for a 40 dollar item and got cussed out because I was asking for a sticker to make the item the even 44 .

I walked in the store 4 minutes before closing time on a Saturday expecting to be told that I needed to hurry up. Ponch, the owner of the store, was probably the coolest store owner you’ll find. He stopped what he was doing and helped me find what I was looking for and then insisted that I try everything on to make sure it was what I was looking for. This was my first time in the store so the person that said he was rude to new customers must have been talking about a different store because Ponch will make you feel at home and goes out of his way to help people. I live on the other side of town and I will still be taking my business to Renegade Classics because of the customer service. If you are looking for any type of MC apparel you need to check this place out.

New rider here. I was contemplating giving up my bike after I realized I bought a bike that needed a few parts. Ponch went out of his way to look for a part everyone else insisted I needed to order. However he could only find one that “might work”. Since he wasn’t sure he left me take it at no cost and trusted me to go back and pay if it worked. Also ended up buying a helmet. As a new customer I would’ve never expected such great customer service.

I like this store. Found a helmet here thats great for summer riding and actually fits me. This has been challenging but went for a ride tonight and this helmet from Renegade Classics is perfect. Service and advice was experience talking and fantastic. Ill go back for additional items.

Best place in San Antonio to get your motorcycle fixed

6, maybe 10 stars if I could. Ive been going to Renegade for 10 years. You want to talk about possibilities for your bike, or maybe an issue you just cant quite figure out, or get some gear or oil (AMSOIL or bust) for it, this is the one and only place. No matter how hard I try or how hard of a time I give them, they REFUSE to give bad service. You cant ask for a better local shop. Renegade for life!

This is a local Mom and Pop store. The selection is good and the folks are amazingly helpful and super friendly. I will definitely be back.

Do not go here to have your bike serviced or fixed. Takes forever to get back. We paid up front & we got screwed when the work was finally finished we go to pick it up. And we barely get down the road and the brakes wouldn’t work it leak oil all the way home. When my boyfriend called the owner he said it was our problem & wouldn’t guarantee any of the so called work he said he had done

I am a first time rider and I went into the shop to buy a helmet basically knowing nothing about what I was doing. Ponch helped me to figure out what helmet was right for me and helped me to find the right size. A laid back dude with a great looking shop. I definitely recommend that you check it out!

Customer service sucks at this store

Ponch is great! I should have posted this a year ago. Got in town last year with my metric cruiser on a trailer and low and behold, after two days of travel it wouldnt start. Found Renegade online and they were able to take my bike in immediately. After a weekend I got it back running good as new. The team found a series of electrical issues (some of which were from my last install in Colorado). They cleared me up and got me on the road again. Like three weeks after that my rear rotor got damaged and ate up my pads. Ponch got me in immediately again. Waited almost a week on parts and was on the road. Fair prices, the staff clued me in to what was going on the entire time and my bike always came back to me within a week. I wish I lived closer. Thanks again Renegade Classics.

This is a bad place the owner was helping us get a helmet and he was rude. We were looking for a matte black helmet for juniors and he was saying matte black was terrible but we asked if he had any we werent worried about his opinion
