Very helpful and informative staff. I unfortunately came in just before closing, and even after a long day they were still very helpful and kind.

Reposted because my review got deleted by their staff. I guess the truth had hit a nerve.I came, I saw and bought the product I was looking for a couple weeks ago.A sale associate (whom seems Middle Eastern descent) tried to belittle me by referring to me as a young man. It’s odd because he looks like he barely hit his 20’s. He has a high pitch voice and few facial hair strands.Terrible way to greet and acknowledge customers in the store.I hope he is replaced from that job and working and somewhere else.

Been shopping here for years. I have about a dozen JM shoes for work and casual. The service is always 5 star. I went today and as usual I bought more than I planned. The staff makes it too easy to spend money. You cannot put a price on the kind of service and politeness found at this location.

Worst service ever! I have purchased several pairs of boots here in the past and the sales staff has been very helpful. Went in today, Sunday November 4th, 2018 and the sales staff was extremely rude, did not offer to help and helped clients that came in after me probably because they were dressed to the nines compared to my casual clothing. When I go into a store prepared to spend $300 + dollars on a product, I expect someone to at least acknowledge me. Will NEVER shop here again and will tell everyone I know about the decline in your store and terrible attitudes of your staff!

Earnest was my salesperson. Fantastic service, and a really nice guy. Over 3 years, I now own 5 pair of their shoes, and numerous socks/belts/etc. Most comfortable shoes Ive ever owned.
