We spent almost 200,000. We have had leaks our granite is cracked. A lot of the drawers were set wrong, cabinet doors filling off. I have one place in the kitchen that has a I/2” gape between the wall and granite. Their is too much to lest. It took 3 months for the underpin. Most of the people that write this reviews don’t wait long enough. Our house is a little over 4 months the factory Clayton has lied to us several times. Be careful read everything

Best experience Ive had looking for a mobile home!!! We were greeted by Eric Vasquez very friendly asked what we were looking for and immediately took us to look at some homes. Didnt ask us to sit down for an hour and ask a million questions. He was accomdating with our baby and very pleasant. Didnt pressure us at all. Very happy with our experience.

Me and my wife tried 3 times at other places to get into a home and nothing worked out. As soon as we entered Alamo it feels like anything is possible! Harvey is the man!! And the whole team at Alamo! Got us into our home with ease! I highly recommend!!

Ohhhh my goodness!! After our experience with one of their competitors these guys were so nice, so helpful, so friendly, took us to see everyone every cabin that fit what we were looking for. And how did they know that?? Omg they actually asked us and LISTENED! ( I know Im being a bit sarcastic but if you follow me you will see my review of their competitor and the horrible horrible service that we received) just all of the right questions about things important to us. Like the tub, the kitchen island and square footage. ( We just sold a 2100 sq ft house, we know that we do not need any more than 1700 sq ft and were actually trying to go smaller than that)

Almo does not work with USDA loans

We are extremely pleased with the customer service. All the staff were friendly and willing to help with every step. Our direct sales lady (Nina) even gave us her personal phone number and answered questions we had, day or night. The whole process was easily done over the phone or via emails. Which right now the no contact was very nice. Our new home was delivered and set a month earlier than we expected. For us that was awesome. The home itself is nicely built and customized exactly as we ordered. I highly recommend using Alamo. From beginning to end every single person we dealt with was great!

Chris Williams was very helpful, he understands everything and very friendly, the price is very good! I really like the fact they are very honest about price and not just a hidden fee... EtcA lot of dealer wont give you a clear base price but just throw a number to you and told you thats inculding everything but actually it didnt inculding that much, but not here, at here, they give you honesty.

I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Christopher Williams was our sales person and the most adorable, honest, hardworking person to get us through this. He answered ALL of my calls, emails and texts. We answered every question no matter how late we text or called. I was on a deployment while my husband went to see him, but he kept me informed of everything, signing, delivery, setup and beyond, so I didnt have to worry about anything when I came home. He is now a definite life long brother in this family!!!

Not only did Shane Lanford help me every step of the way, he answered my text messages promptly and even on weekends. Christina Allen was also amazing and bent over backwards to make sure I was taken care of. No lie, once my loan was completed they had my pad set up within a week and then my home delivered 2 DAYS after! The Alamo transport guys were top notch. They left ruts in my neighbors yard getting my home in place and they took the time to go fill them in! Even a month after I was moved into the house I had a problem with the vents in the house and reached out to Christina and had someone at my house within a week to fix the issue. If your on the fence about finding a place to buy a mobile home, I 100% would recommend Alamo Homes. They will treat you right and make your home buying experience easy!

My mother and I went to Alamo homes, after recently visiting another home builder. My mothers experience with the other builder initially turned her away from buying a home and placing it on land; but I couldnt let her give up. Alamo Homes was one of the choices that came up when I preformed a search on mobile home providers and based on the photos I was curious to see their offerings. Well- The pictures DO NOT do the mobile homes any justice! They are just beautiful, and the quality is top-notch in my opinion. Weve heard the usual sales pitch that a cheap mobile home is lacking in quality, but I DO NOT BELIEVE this is the case with Alamo Homes. They were very professional; especially compared to a lot of the offices that we had visited; and they happily showed us their homes with respect and kindness before we were even approved for a loan. They printed out important information that we needed and sent us home feeling confident about our decision to purchase a home on acreage. We originally went to look at another mobile home; but left with our hearts set on a smaller home that was $20,000 cheaper; with the perfect layout and design for our family. They also referred us to a land site so that we could pick the perfect land for our future new home, and keep it within budget! Just amazing. Well done ALAMO HOMES! We cant wait to finalize our purchase!

I see there’s a comment that claims to have many issues with leaks, flooring caving in. Another one where the woman’s not even able to live in her home yet cause repairs aren’t honored. This makes the company look very bad, I’m shopping around already approved with a bank and land but seeing that and no comment from the owner to make it right so the person can take down their review definitely makes me want to shop elsewhere.

My mother has been waiting well over a month for the touch up crew to come. When she calls to inquire, shes either told the materials havent come in yet or their precious crew is scheduled weeks out in advance. Mind you, shes had the home sitting while paying lot rent, utilities and the mortgage while she lives out of a suitcase with family. I honestly feel like theyre just taking advantage of her because she can be so understanding. Me? Not so!!! Would NEVER recommend these clowns.

The salesman was nice but since we have a lower than normal credit score we werent even allowed to look at the homes they had for sale. Will not give our business to them.

Visited a few weeks ago and realy had a pleasant experience ., have not purchased my home yet but they have been helpful great customer service . Shane makes you feel like he realy cares about what you want and not push you to just buy.

Stay away from this mobile home dealership. There are so many to choose from, do yourself a favor and take your business to one of the other 100 dealerships in the SA area. You might look at their Facebook page and think they have great reviews. This is because they delete the bad comments and block the people giving their comments and opinions. Its a very shady move and is just the beginning of the shadiness to expect from them. Trust me, you will get a better deal elsewhere. Only a matter of time before this company has to shut down. Just watch!

By far the WORST customer service I have ever had. We bought our house from them and havent even lived in it for 6 months, its falling apart already. There are leaks when it rains, the floor is starting to cave in multiple areas, things arent nailed in properly, the siding on the outside has fallen off in 2 places, our glass door doesnt latch in the front, the back door wont stay shut unless its locked, I could go on and on. We could never get anyone out to come fix things and were told every time we could get ahold of someone that they would come as soon as they could. I wish everyday we hadnt gone with this company for a starter home. I will never recommend them to anyone and I will talk everyone out of buying from them. They spend as little money as possible putting these homes together and once you have it you wont ever get to talk to them again. Please dont make the same mistake we did and buy from them because now we are stuck with a money pit.

We tried for so long to buy a home from them,at the end they tried to sell u a home that was damage during transport,they pressured us into closing, I slept on it and changed my mind, bad business with them,be very very care about who pays for the hook ups .

I looked for a lot, I asked many companies ... some answered others, some did not attend me but their answer I was not convinced or his time was not enough for me to understand or ask ... fortunately I answered a call and it was from Joben Jonathan, he showed up and asked me some questions and I answered them and if I had sent a message to me. nsaje a day before since then he continued to be on the lookout showing me prices, sizes, brands countless things that I did not even know after talking so much and asking so much until I was satisfied with everything I wanted to know I told him and I went onesta telling him that I wanted information but that more than anything I was looking for prices to my friend ... he answered me saying that he would take my time that he understood it and that I did very well but that he was willing to call or write to him by WhatsApp and that he would attend as soon as possible ... and it was. He answered when other people no longer did. Graces Jonathan x alludarme so much to me personally that I am a person who does not know much about email technology to scan papers, you have been with me from afar x video call in each new step that I had to take to make my saw with the Traila and you still continue to hold it in your extra time guiding me or asking how to do it to give me my answer Thank you all for your great work and delivery the house arrived on time and in perfect condition despite the bad weather that was ... My experience with Alamo Home was the best, previously I looked at several companies and here I found the best price and especially the service with all the staff from those who delivered the house, to those who did the last details. But especially grateful to Mr. Jonathan for all his attentions and patience, he was the conductor of the orchestra all the time he was attentive to the follow-up in the delivery process.
