I give the customer service at Clayton Homes a big fat ZERO! I called them last week for some information on their building contractors, and the guy I spoke with was rude. He had the nerve to speak on behalf of the contractor, saying, He wont be available for a long time. Same guy didnt offer any other assistance except to say, Google search for what you need.

I did not buy one from this dealer but another one. There was somethings that needed to be repaired after the move and they sent a contractor up here to do the work. He was very nice, polite, and fixed everything. If he lived near me I would use his business. I would also say that when I called the company to check on the process of fixing the home they were polite and the one gentleman was very nice and gave me the information that I needed.

Tony Craig is awesome! He has gone above and beyond in order to help us find our home. He is quick to reply back to any questions I may have and has gone out of his way to try to get us in our home. I would recommend him to anyone. He is an asset to your company and one of the reasons why people would come to your business rather than somewhere else.

Salesman did not even leave office to show homes...office smelled offensively with WAY TO MANY AIR FRESHENERS. Model homes rediculously hot inside to tour for possible sale. Homes MAY be good, but sales help bit the BIG ONE

One of my friends purchased a home and is expected to stay there without power. This was supposed to be move in ready. I honestly think they should at least compensate him for his pain and suffering ...

We went this past weekend to view homes and see if we qualify. While i cant speak on behalf of the homes themselves the service seemed wonderful and the employees were very attentive, up front, and honest. Compared to many others, and again, not based off of the actual product, it was a very pleasant service experience.

My wife and I had planned to buy a home, we rented a lot out a deposit on the lot,on closing day the GM sat with us to close I asked him who pays for the utilities to be hooked up, the water, sewer, electrical,ac cut off he said we do he never mentioned that before not till we were gonna close, needless to say we wud have be stuck paying a contractor 4000$ for the utilities,care full with that place Tony is not honest or smat

We went today, first time ever looking at a manufactured home so we had some questions. Me and my husband are both in property management, Im a Regional Manager and he is involved in maintenance so as you can imagine I was appalled at the agent who helped us, Patricia Rangel. Zero customer service skills. Whenever Id asked a question her immediate answer was like I said before or something to that effect. If I had a leasing agent act like that at any of my properties, it would be a problem to say the least. It was as if she didnt even want to try and convince us that the homes were worth looking at and made us feel like we were a bother. She even said, verbatim, that they had over 30 models there and that she wasnt about to show me all of them - that wasnt going to happen. Mind you we didnt even ask to see one, we were just asking if she can tell us the differences etc. Basically enlighten us on manufactured homes. I have even shopped apartment communities before for a consulting company so I have had to grade leasing agents at communities based on their overall performance in the past. Lets just say, if any of them behaved as Ms. Rangel did today they would have failed badly. Luckily, we stopped at Palm Harbor homes right down the street after this disastrous first encounter and were treated with respect, patience, and understanding and they were happy to answer any and all questions we had. Definitely will not be back to Clayton Homes again. If I were a manager there, I would seriously consider secret shopping Ms. Rangel so you can really see how she is treating her prospects.

Mr. Tony is the best. Made us feel like real family. Had us smiling from the moment we walked in the door. Awesome customer service. We definitely doin the application and prayin for the best outcome.. I know mr. Tony wont let our family down. Very compassionate and understanding. I wouldnt recommend you go anywhere else but to Clayton homes and talk to any of the agents. There customer service is the best i seen thus far.. I pray our family get our very first dream home because its well needed for my uncle and couldnt be any more than perfect.. Fell in love with the ddbl wide the moment i entered the door

We Bought a home here in 2011 and love our home and the ppl in the office or awesome they made everything as easy as possible. My mother in law ended up going there and getting a home as well. Even after the home purchase they help out with any ? you may have.

I like that they dont pester you and they let you walk the houses on your own.

Clayton Homes is a Awesome place to go, they helped us out and didnt give up.!! They found us a Home and a lot to put it on, all in all I would recomend them to anyone..!! At this point it’s awful!! I bought my home May 2014 for $43.5 and it had damages to on the drawers and cabinets. Clayton no longer makes these cabinets. It’s been over a year now that my warranty was to cover repairs/replacement and as of today I am not sure what is going to happen. I will update as a decision is made by the General Manager at Clayton homes in Waco.

If you value your time and money stay away from these folks. Very deceitful and misleading.
