They help me out after I’d been to several other places these two were awesome and got me into my home over the weekend fastest service I’ve ever had thank you A1 Homes we are very happy with our home!!!!! There have been ups and downs during the entire process (more ups than downs) However Craige has always come through for my husband and I. Overall, I’m very happy to be working with A1 and Craige. We just closed last week on our land/home deal and will be getting the home moved onto the land as soon as the rain let’s up. Thank you, Craige. Wife and I tried twice with them (both with a sales manager and the general manager). They are unprofessional and do not value the customer. Never felt like our needs or time were valued during any of our engagements. Needless to say with a major purchase such as this I would absolutely not recommend doing business with them.**UPDATE**: 5 May 2021: Just received the classy and professional response from the owner below proving our experience above even more…. Our finances weren’t why you lost our business… it was because of you and your employees’ lack of professionalism, failure to return calls, poor attention to detail, and generally poor customer service.

Claudia and Craig were very professional and very help with the whole home buying process. Im a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect but they were patient and answered all of my questions. They got me the house I wanted and although some outside factors delayed us a bit, they stuck with it and pushed things along so my family and I could get into our home. Im very thankful that Claudia and Craig were the people I found to help me through the home buying process.

Decided to start looking for a home. Stopped to check things out and was quickly informed we had to have an appointment. NOT!

I unexpectedly had to move from my home on a Saturday. The next day I started doing research on purchases of a new trailer home. I filled out the information to have dealers return my call. including A1. On Monday I had also called a few place. No one returned my messages or my calls. Jasmine at A1 returned my call mid morning and then she returned my call later that evening. We set up an appointment and actually left with buying a new trailer. Jasmine was very good, and the general manager Craige knows his stuff. I highly recommend if anyone is in the market to purchase a mobile home please check out A1. They are great!!! Thanks A1 team.

Went in to see about getting mobile was denied wich we kinda already knew be aware of finance manager hes very shady decidid to take it up on his own to call my girlfriends ex at work a quetion him aboute spousle suport k owing we couldnt get a house at time in his office kinda weird also hes very vocal on things and rude that are on your credit history.

First impression of A1 homes with general manager Craig Bryan seemed like we were making the right choice once we got to paper work things turned. We had no utilities on property so he added money to our loan and once all was paid he owed me, now all of a sudden he don’t know what I’m talking about and now I’m out 5000$ and no skirting or deck like we talked about. I asked him for an itemized list of all things I paid for and he keeps saying I’ll help you how ever I can but can’t give me what I need because he never wrote it on contract like he was suppose to. Cons like this need to be exposed because he brags about how long he’s been in business.

Craige was very informative, professional and helpful. He made the experience enjoyable. I would definitely recommend working with him and or any of the A 1 staff members when looking for a home.

Craig is a very terrible management. He told us You were approved for house and he have to put so much down. Then to find out with a letter that was sent to us. DENIED!!!! Put so much down and he wanted more down. To let people know do not trust him. Took us 3 weeks before we get our money back😡😡 This is not a good place to shop a house.

Craig was out standing! From day one he was very helpful and on top of everything! He went above and beyond to give our perfect forever home!

Came in and was immediately greeted by Troy. He showed us some great homes and showed us homes within our budget. Wasnt pushy on trying to make a sale, took the time to make sure we liked what we saw. The General Manager also greeted us and talked with us as well which was great. Will be coming back again once we are ready to purchase a home

Craig was amazing from the moment we spoke on the phone! We arrived to just look and with all the deals he made us we walked away with a beautiful home! Craig was very personable and understanding when I came to things we needed in the house!

After a brief search with outstanding service from Craige, I was able to buy my home today. The experience was quick, efficient and professional. Not only did I get my home but they found the location I was looking for to place it. The prices were reasonable and I had no problems finding everything I needed without leaving their office. We had an appointment to look at a home. When we got there we were informed just last night someone wired money to purchase it, but we have another one you can see. That MAY be true, but how about a phone call to let us know the home we were interested in seeing is no longer available.

Connected with the general manager, Craig, regarding the services they provided. Craig was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and short with me. If you are seeking real estate services and/or if youre a local homeowner, please look elsewhere. This company does not value customer service nor its people. Im very surprised at the leadership of this company. Keep searching. You deserve to be valued and exceptional service- A-1 Homes, unfortunately, will not be able to provide you this.

Both Craig and Cameron were very helpful in showing us mobile homes that would best suit our needs. Also provided useful info to assist in our search for what would work best for our future plans.

From the moment we walked in the door Craige was AMAZING! We had been working with another company in Seguin that kept dragging their feet, had paperwork done for 2 months and never submitted to the bank, finally we had enough and went to A-1 and it has been smooth sailing ever since. Craige did an amazing job at quickly getting our documents to the bank, approval same day we picked out our home, and stayed with us the entire way through. The staff we have met and talked to going through the process has all been amazing at their jobs and very helpful getting us answers to our questions along the way. They have gone the extra mile to explain the ins and outs, was on time for our closing, and delivered our house faster than we thought it was going to happen. I would recommend anyone I know to buy from here, we could not be happier with the service, dedication, and home we got! Great job guys, you all are awesome at what you do!

During the application and approval process everyone was very helpful but once that deposit check cleared all of that ended. We were told our house would be move-in ready before our lease was up...wrong. Had to crash on couches for almost a month. We were told that any issues with the house would be addressed...wrong. Have had electrical issues since day one and while the install crews did patch holes in the wall, no one painted them so there are large (up to 5’) white spots on accent walls. Craig promised they would take care of this but every time we call his crew is to busy to get to us. They did fix some plumbing issues so I guess I should be thankful for that, but when we bought the house, Claudia told us as the house was only 2 years old it was still under warranty. I have no idea about what is or isn’t under warranty because never received any info on that either. My advice is to find a more reputable place to do business with because as soon as checks clear and financing is in place A1 Homes doesn’t know you exist.

Very helpful we ask to see used homes and they did not like other places that they try pushing you to buy brad new plus they help us find property and specially something that we really liked it was awsome Mike really help us he is really good nice and friendly i would recomend buying from there

Walked into A1 for information. Was told I dont make enough money to own a trailer. Even though they never asked for pay stubs, w2 or work history (I am a nurse.)What they didnt know was I was paying in cash.Thats okPalm Harbor more than willing to help me ;)

The worse place to buy house please dont believe in nobody at this please and dont buy here they dont care about you or your family they only $ee you $$$ and steal your money

I gave my daughter 30,000 to find a home so she can use as a down payment they were very rude to her and we’re not willing to help little did they know I also wanted her to help find me a home which I’m paying for in cash they just lost our family’s business for being rude and obnoxious.

Craig was the most pushy, and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. He did not know I could hear him talking about ripping my head off with the price sense I was a cash buyer. Buyer BE Ware! This is not a place I will ever do business! JUST KEEP DRIVING!!!!!!
