Our personal experience with Alamo Transport was flawless. We used them to put the pad down for our 2000 square foot mobile home. They also did electric hook up, clearing, and water hook ups. They were EXTREMELY communicative, they were all respectful, and were all willing to answer questions. We are some annoying people when it comes down to questions and they were always willing to help, we also ran into a few issues because problems will happen and EVERY SINGLE TIME they would send someone out immediately to correct it even if it was last minute. Some plastic had come off before it was put together and it was going to rain last minute at 7pm sent someone to fix it (just one example).They were on site every time they said they would be and they moved quickly. One day the water next day electric. We would ask the crew that was on site when the next step would take place and they would call the next crew right on the spot to ask when it would happen, non of this we will hear from them in a few days, nope right than and there we had answers. The crew that actually placed the home were especially careful not to cause damage. This company in my opinion is great we will use again if the opportunity presents itself.

I used Alamo transport to transport a very large and brand new mobile home across the state of Texas that involved over 8 hours of transportation time. This company was very professional from start to finish, and excellent at keeping me informed on what was going on throughout the entire transportation process. Once they arrived to the site where the mobile home was to be delivered the weather had completely soaked the ground and they could not place the mobile home that day. They then continued to work with me and make sure that the mobile home got placed after the ground dried. I highly recommend Alamo Transport, they definitely know what they are doing, and all of their staff is very kind and helpful!

Outstanding work!I had Alamo deliver a double wide in a remote location and it was going to be quite a challenge. These guys knocked it out of the park. I was fully prepared to have some damage to the house, but it does not have a scratch.Victor is one of the most professional and courteous individuals I have ever met and he made sure we were happy with everything.Ben is a jack of all trades and a master of his craft. He was able to guide these trucks and houses within inches of fences and trees with no sweat. Amazing work.I didnt get the truck drivers names, but they were incredible. Their skill handling the houses was amazing.All this praise is for the ground crews I worked with in person, the office is another story. The office was very disorganized and quite unhelpful. I never had more than 24 hours notice regarding anything. I had to leave work early without proper notice quite often in order to accommodate the spontaneous appointments. The day of the delivery I called multiple times to find an ETA for the house. I was told I would receive a call back as no one was available. I never got that call back. I only knew the house was almost there because the crew onsite asked my neighbor why the fences were not down yet.All in all, I was extremely please with the work Alamo Transport provided. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Been waiting over a year and a half for them to come fix their mistake. After setting the home they ran the water from the house to my well. It took them 2 days to complete the job( the worker told me it could be completed in one but he needed more hours).A few weeks after they completed their job, we got on the tractor with the rock rake to clean up their mess. We were only working for a few minutes when we saw water everywhere. Went to look at it and we busted a pipe. They only buried the pipes 2 inches below the surface, not even close to the freeze line. Called and reached the manager in charge, he said he would get a crew together to come fix it... well it’s been over a year and a half since then. I’ve called, and of course he doesn’t answer cause he knows who it is, I’ve sent emails. Still no answer or results from them.If you have the choice do not use them!!

Drivers dont clean there shoes and leave foot prints and dirt everywhere they enter..

This company moved my new home. Every thing went super smooth and efficient! All the workers were on time and pleasant. They did a great job on my place. It all turned out spectacular. I would recommend them to any one that is in need of having a mobile home move and set up.

I called Alamo Transport on Donop road to see about moving a mobile home. The lady said manager Mike would call me back or call Monday at noon. Monday at 1:30 I called Alamo. The lady apologized and said he did not come in. She would email him so he would see email Tuesday morning. Tuesday at 1pm. I called again and got the same apology that she would let him know and he should call me he was going through all his messages. He...Mike NEVER CALLED..... BAD BUSINESS BEHAVIOR

Had to call the company daily to get them to come out and work or to find out if anyone was going to come out, septic took months and no ne seemed to know what was going on, its been several months since the house was put on the property and put together and they still havent come out to finish the install and have yet to contact us in four weeks so im assuming they just arent going to finish the work they were paid for. its a slack company that is poorly managed and doesnt do the work they charge you for and any work they do isnt in a timely manner. if you want to pay a company to do work for you and do it when they feel like getting around to it this is the company. wish i could give them negative stars

Its been almost a year and the sting is still there. I was 5 mins from my house when I received a phone call alamo transport was there to delivery the dirt. I pulled into the driveway to see the dirt guy ran over my dog I had for 13 years 😢😢😢😢 I had gotten him for my 16th birthday. This was our first home purchase & was supposed to be a happy time for our family but instead we were burying my dog. Not ONE TIME did anyone call me to apologize or ask if I was okay or make things right. I still have nightmares about finding my dog dead in my own yard bc someone was careless. The driver saw the 2 dogs in the yard, opened the gate and let himself in instead of waiting FIVE mins for me to get there. I still cry. I will never forget what yall did.

They installed an AC unit wth my home. Refuse to give me name of AC company. Unit is no longer working after just 3 yrs of purchase. I was told I had a 5 yrs warranty! Poor customer service..I have been without AC in heat of summer for almost a week now.

I have never use this company however I would encourage you not to they have been stuck and blocking off our road since 2 oclock no one can get past all this is ridiculous it is now 520 and they are just now sending out a record that people are rude when you call the company they tell you things happen thats their answer that is inappropriate they may know I thought that was a way we can drive around but they refused to move the fence line I have a huge problem with this company and I would encourage you not to use them

If your moving a mobile home or need it to be leveled these are the guys that can do it.
