Brought in 1999 Road King. Eric checked it out. Needed cam repair. Changed cam to gear drive, very happy with service.Month ago, brought in Honda CBR, new tires. Changed them out and on my way. Also had new exhaust put on CBR, very happy with Eric choice on sound and look of pipes.

Again I dropped my bike off on May 9th, 2020. Owner calls and lets me know what parts I need because they are having a hard time finding parts locally for this bike, I get him what he needs then no communication after that, months later I see on Facebook that the Owner has relocated to Austin Hwy, Owner calls to let me know that my bike was finished in September of 2020, when I called back the Owner stated it was a mistake and had called the wrong owner about the bike but did state that while in the process of moving that they had misplaced some of my original parts to the bike and that they were working on getting them replaced.. February 2021 i stopped by the shop to check on it the Owner stated that they hadnt gotten a chance to work on the bike due to losing employees withing the process of moving to the location on Austin Hwy. He never personally worked on the issue of getting my bike fix, blames it on other technicians for the work getting done,, but goes to his Business Facebook to post personal photos of his own bikes new paint work, instead of reaching out to his Customers to address any issues or any updates on my bike that has been there for 12+ months already.. Sunday September 19th, 2021 i stopped by the shop on Austin Hwy to learn that the Owner has moved again with no one reaching out to inform me of anything regarding the move or my bike.. I go to Google to search the company to learn that they have moved to Rittman Road that was just opened over the weekend,, but today it now States that the Shop is TEMPORARILY CLOSED.. Photos attached are from the Morning if May 9th, 2020 when I dropped the bike off to his 1st shop. Since then I have not seen my bike... So upset 😡

Eric diagnosed the problem with my 2000 Road King’s engine in the midst of this covid pandemic. Which I appreciated and gave me an estimate for the repair. He explained what was needed and apart from being able to obtain the quality parts, which he said were the only parts he would use, I could expect turn around approx. 3 weeks. My Harley was back in shape in 2 weeks and he had replace 2 items not included in the estimate because it was necessary he felt and didn’t charge me. I recommend Eric as a first rate mechanic and one who puts quality work a priority

Great prices for starters. Did a great job on my bike. Added swingarm extensions, made me a ABS brake line and replaced my lowering links.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place has had my husbands bike for almost 18 months. Everytime we call no answer and if we pop up they say they are still working on it. My husband brought them all the parts for the bike to be fixed and still nothing. Also they moved offices twice without any notification, we had to find out on google

I liked Eric in the beginning. After 8 mths of having my boyfriends bike, he never completed the repairs, was full of excuses, and then forced my boyfriend to have to go pick it up unfinished because we could not take it anymore. Instead of just being apologetic and doing the right thing by us, who were very respectful and kind to him,It was thrown outside scratched up, parts missing, in worse condition than we dropped it off in. He wouldnt even speak to my boyfriend or return the missing parts that werent even a part of the repairs.. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and were more than workable after the entire year of 2021 having our bike. He then proceeded to threaten my boyfriend to come to my house and other threats as well. Its just insane to me after how much we really liked him and tried to work with him, that he would treat us this way. Just unacceptable and unforgivable. Shame on you Eric.

Bad business owner. Had a family members motorcycle for over 8 months did no work to it, scratched it, kept parts, refused to correct mistakes, made excuses, blamed others, and LASTLY reported the family members review and had Google remove it..Dishonest, Disrespectful, untrustworthy, no customer service, and as you can see by his responses to reviews or reporting of negative reviews of his true character.BEWARE OF ERIC ALBORG AND ERICS CYCLE SHOP!

I love the the owner eric hes a great mechanic and person he literally stopped what he was doing came in on his day off just to look at my bike cause I was leaving out of town but a little concerned about the way my bike felt so he came in to check it out before I left so I wouldnt have to cancel my trip or kill myself if something serious was wrong. Love that guy

I got a question..there a bike that I don’t know if it is for sale or not..but last time I checked it was like a brown/gold sports bike with 80 on the dash..can you tell me how much that is because I’m willing to buy

Absolutely will NEVER RETURN ! Shop full of Drug ADDICTS ! Takes Months for work to be finished. CUSTOMER SERVICE I would rate -10 . I could never reach even a person! I’m glad to have got my bike back in one piece I would not recommend this place! Highly UNPROFESSIONAL!

Once you start to feel like you are bothering someone it is time to take your business elsewhere. These people will push you to your limits.
