Needed work done on a classic 1993 Harley softail springer and was referred to Tony at Phantom Motorcycle repair. What a good decision this was. I pulled into this facility with my bike on a trailer and met Tony for the first time. After chatting with him for a few minutes, I was confident he was the mechanic for me and my bike. Tony is the guy that treats your motorcycle...like it’s his motorcycle. His attention and respect to your bike is what prompted me to write this review. He updated me along the way with images during the repair process and was fair and professional with costs.I would return here in a heartbeat. Happy to have met Tony and look forward to a long relationship with his repair shop. He is my go-to for both my motorcycles.

He is an honest, fair, and reliable man. He walked me step by step with my repair to the point I felt like I was there with him. If it’s something he can’t fix (which is very little) he would give you his honest recommendation. So the owner has been above and beyond any definition of amazing when it has come to getting my 2002 Kawasaki CONCOURS running like new again. I wasnt sure what to expect when moving to San Antonio and especially with a bike that is almost 20 years old. I needed all maintenance done and my tires were almost dead. He told me I could order the parts and have them delivered to the shop. Everything came in quickly and sure enough he was texting me updates during the whole process and showing how everything was progressing. I cant say this enough but THIS. IS. ‼️WONDERFUL‼️ SERVICE.

This guy was fantastic... hes a one man show but ever so helpful. I darkside on the rear and ended up with a screw through it. He wont fix it - but he dismounted the tire and then we chatted while I fixed it myself. Then he remounted and we couldnt get the bead to seal. I had a bad valve stem... dismounted the whole tire... AGAIN... replaced the valve and then remounted. Still wouldnt seal... so he got out a tie down, strapped the tire and it finally caught on the rim enough to inflate and seat the bead. All the time - were chatting about life, motorcycles, and how/what to do next.I do a lot of my own maintenance - but when I need something out of my comfort zone? Im coming back!!

I recently brought my Honda Elite Scooter to Phantom Motor Co. for some work. Tony did an incredible job! He was very hospitable and thorough when speaking with me regarding the work that needed to be done. Throughout the process, he sent text updates with photos and descriptions of what he was doing so I never felt like I was in the dark.The work was done well and I left feeling great about the service. He has great prices for excellent work. Overall, my experience at Phantom Motor Co. was a great one. Tony did an exceptional job on my scooter/moped and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Probably the best auto service of any kind I’ve ever had. I got my bike back after three years of it sitting in a literal box and, of course it didn’t work at all, so I found Phantom Motor company and had it towed there to get the lines flushed, a new battery, brakes checked, etc., and I couldn’t be happier. The owner is super friendly, maintains great contact, and doesn’t talk down to you if you’re not as skilled in bike repair as he is (something I’ve experienced at other bike shops over the years). I will absolutely be going back to Phantom for anything I need done to my bike. With around 25 years of experience fixing motorcycles in SA, why would I go steer else?

Talk about great customer service and excellent work done on our motorcycles!! Tony made sure my idle bike came back to life and running beautifully. We found our permanent motorcycle mechanic!! I have a 2020 Harley Davidson Sport Glide. After having some severe pain in my hands, wrists, and shoulders while out on a ride I knew I had to get something done. Tony put some pullback risers and the pain is gone! I get a much more comfortable ride and no pain. The work is excellent and the price is unmatched. I did shop around and Tonys price couldnt be beat. Not even close. For the work and service that he did, I cant say enough good things. And the bike looks awesome! Too bad I cant give him 10 stars!

I was referred to PHANTOM MOTORSby my son in law. I dropped my sporster 883 low with Tony he replaced the fuel pump a couple injectors and it was ready to go. I then asked if he could install sm forward controls for me and he did and had it ready to go . Overall I highly recommend his service .
