Awesome place. Got a used Yamaha trumpet last school year and when my card expired right before my payment I expected to be charged late fees, but the awesome lady who works there took my payment info over the phone and no late fees! Definitely recommend if you need a payment plan to purchase an instrument!

Great family neighborhood shop. I like that they work with the schools and know what is needed for my kid. They had the school list at the counter. I rented a horn from them and my kid dropped it and they just took care of it, no questions or hassles and they gave him a loaner. I highly recommend for rentals and school music class stuff.

I should have never rented/purchased from this place. This place is too mom and pop. They are never open on time, and never post any late openings on their phone recorder. They have known to not show up at all. To much inconsistency with their business. I would suggest finding a more reliable and dependable music supply store.Update 31 Jan 19Once again this business has shown it has undependable business hours. I showed up at 5:15pm and no one was there, posted business hours show they were open till 6pm. Wasted my time coming out to get my instrument serviced. Apparently the workers can come and go at a moments notice if they have a emergency, this happens way to often. Go else where if you need dependable service.

Came here to buy some guitar strings a few months back. Its a decent shop but it seems as though they arent quite experienced with anything besides band instruments. The sales associate just kind of pointed me in the direction of the strings and when I asked further he said he didnt really know what they had in stock. Strings werent sorted in any particular order and it just seemed like a cluttered shop.

Family owned, friendly and great rental price. I have always had a great experience when it came to instrument repairs and questions.
