Larry Horwitz, the guitar tech for Century, has been repair guitars for the last 29 years. He is very skilled at general setups, string replacement, neck adjustments, replacing pickups, cutting and replacing guitar bridges and nut. I just recently found out that he does Fender Warranty repairs also. I would recommend him for all your guitar repair needs.

On July 3rd I picked up my guitar from Century music after having them level the frets, after discovering a poor job I brought it back .Upon inspection it was discovered that they could not get it right nor did they perform all the work and left some frets sanded but not crowned.I sought the opinion of two other techs in the city that confirmed it was a horrible fret job. Need I say more!!!!!! There are plenty of other reputable guitar technicians in San Antonio and Austin. I urge everyone to steer clear of Century music.Their business model is highly questionable.After confirming with other techs and informing Century music they denied everything refused to refund and simply pretend nothing happend A civil case is pending

Only place I know in town that has tubes, replacement guitar parts and they have the best guitar repair.

Very poor customer service. They change hours when they choose. Have made three trips over to pick up repairs and they randomly close.

People were very nice and I loved the selection of guitars and amps.
