Bought a guitar online from them and i received a different guitar. When i reached out to customer service, the person was incredibly rude to me. I ordered a guitar without the pick guard and they sent me one with it on it. I mistakenly called it a rosette. Im new to playing guitar like literally 2 weeks. I apologized for the mixup of terminology and the person was still rude. It also took 2 days for them to respond to me about this issue. Their refund policy is terrible and i wish i would have looked at it before i bought from them. Please avoid this company because unfortunately looks like Im stuck with a guitar i didnt want. Not a good look considering Im a new customer but also the last time i will buy from this place.A note to whoever handles customer service, either learn some customer service etiquette or find a new job. At least i apologized for my mistake, youre just a jerk.
Terrible customer service. Buy anywhere else but here, including any big box store. They sent me the wrong item and wanted me to pay return shipping to get a refund, after ignoring a few emails proving it was not the item shown on their website. BUYER BEWARE!
Pretty terrible place to shop. The owner Aaron seems to be extremely hot headed, nasty to deal with, and for as many years as he’s been in “business” could sure use a refresher course in Customer Service.Plenty of options for online retailers out there and what Aaron offers is neither unique, or priced lower than any other available option.Wish I could give less stars as this place Absolutley sucks.
2nd UPDATE: They refunded me 8 dollars out of 18 (tightwads) and when Amazon saw it they TOOK back my whole 18 dollars from them and gave it back to me. Amazon totally rules. Thats why I buy everything from them for myself and my business.Beware of purchases from here for 2 reasons.1. this business is NOT and Authorized Dealer and2. the return policy and customer service. If you return anything they charge you for the original shipping and the return shipping and take it from your refund. And if you say anything you will be Verbally abused like i was (by a kid that appears he recently dropped out of high school, by the way he speaks to you)UPDATE: the kid just emailed me on Amazon and said Your a joke now you will be banned from your Amazon Sellers account. Grow up or if your just a repair guy or salesman give up customer service. you may get away with that in Texas but Amazon wont tolerate it and neither will I hope that 18 bucks was worth it.The absolute worst Customer service in history. I ordered a Original Floyd rose tremolo arm (18 dollars) for my ESP EII Horizon FRII (shown below). When I got the Item it didnt fit into the Tremolo system. I contacted them for a refund and they wanted to charge me for the original FREE shipping and the Return label costs thru their Amazon Storefront Music Buys So Myself and Amazon messaged them letting them know this didnt fit the Original Floyd Rose. The guy started emailing me back telling me i dont know what guitar i have lol and that its the Right part. then when i answered he just started berating me like a young Kid on Call of Duty. This kid shouldnt even have anything to do with Customer service. just look at the messages So now they have put their Amazon Seller account in Jeopardy over 18 dollars and a Non trained Customer service guy. Beware. youve been warned.
Terrible company to do business with. They sent me a damaged product that I purchased off Reverb. They refused to take responsibility for a absolutely terrible packaging job. Had to my refund through reverb. 3 months later they wrote a bogus review of the transaction. This company is so dishonest and sleazy. Buyer beware.
Much better experience than the big box stores. Had inventory others didnt. John (manager) was very accommodating. To date, I have no experience with how they deal with returns or defective products.
If I could leave a zero rating, I would. AVOID them! Ordered a simple kazoo through ebay. Got it, tried it=defective. When I reported such, they said maybe you are using it incorrectly.Needless to say, I was given a cut & paste of their return policy & told NO. I agreed NOT to return the kazoo, & simply requested a refund. You cannot tell me that mass-produced products are individually tested. Not that they claimed that, but they made no apologies.Customer service is NOT even a blip on the radar with these folks. All negative YELP reviews mysteriously vanish.AVOID THIS BUSINESS.
Back office for an online music store. Not much to see but if you know what you need the people are nice and helpful. No signage on the building so it is easy to drive past it.
Terrible customer service and not will to work with any customers!
Its been awhile since I bought a new guitar. In San Antonio and for some time now, there has been Sam Ash, Guitar Center; Alamo Music. I was looking at an LTD instrument on their web site. Clicking the Dealer Icon showed we had a newer player in SA called Zo Zo. Read Google and Yelp reviews and saw enough to convince me I will not be doing business with Zo Zo. They basically come across as another Hit-n-Run guitar shop run by low-lifes who wont be around long.
I am one very satisfied customer of Aaron and Zozo Music of San Antonio. I ordered a chromatic tuner from them, but it when it arrived I discovered that it was damaged. In my conversation with Aaron, not only was he most courteous, but he shipped a replacement right then and included a postage-paid envelope for the damaged product. That is great customer service. Not only did I appreciate it, but I will tell others of my good fortune to find Zozo Music online!
The place is hard to find with no sign but the owner is a grate guy. I need a string, he go to look for one and gave it to me for free.
Purchased an instrument on-line only to find out that it was discontinued, thats fine things are always discontinued. My problem is why is ZoZo Music still offering a product they cannot deliver? That misrepresentation has wasted my time and money. My initial inquires by phone were brushed off by placing me on hold and not returning. Not cool ZoZo. How many folks has that happened to? Be honest and keep your on-line inventory up-to-date. Thats all.
Small store with very helpful staff, I tend to visit if I need guitar strings and dont want to wait to order any online, they have a nice selection of both six and seven string sets as well as a small selection of instruments.
NO Manufacturer warranty if you purchase a guitar from them. They are not an authorized dealer, so you are buying a used guitar being sold as new. I wasted my money and time dealing with them and had to fight it out through eBay to get it corrected. Do not trust them to tell you the truth or do the right thing.
