I had a bad experience with Music and Arts. I was double-charged for one rental instrument. I contacted the main office countless times and discussed the issue with no resolution.

What a super professional and generous place! Wesley was fantastic! We are from out of town and needed help with restringing a violin. We needed the job done quick. He answered all of my questions, went above and beyond. He could’ve charged me for the service he provided and opted not to. Super clean and well organized store as well. Anyone who needs to buy an instrument or have one repaired should visit these guys!

The staff at the 281 and Evans location is amazing to work with. Over the last 2 years we have purchased 2 professional horns for our music major daughters. Each time they ordered in warns that my daughters wanted to try out and offered suggestions and ordered a few extra for them to try. To their surprise both girls selected a brand they did not expect to select thanks to the help and guidance of the staff at this store

M&A really messed up a rental we were doing. It could have been my fault, Im not perfect, but they do own some responsibility for the situation even if it were all my fault. The staff at this location took on the issue. The manager(s, they switched during my event) made sure that my situation was resolved not only fairly, but that I was pleased with the outcome. I have now moved my other kids rentals from a different company to this store. They (Brenna) continue to make sure I get the right instrument for the best value.

Do not sign rental agreements from this location, or company. After canceling a rental agreement we were charged for a year. Their corporate offices responded once and closed the case. I would look to other companies when renting or buying equipment.

They have very polite and courteous staff and have very good trombone deals. However, the shops they send damaged trombones too are not of the highest caliber.

I have really enjoyed our experience with this store at 281 and Evans. We get music books and instrument materials required by NEISD, and everyone has been so easy going and helpful. So much so that I even signed up for a guitar lesson at my age. Good atmosphere and decent prices.

Worst service by any retailers as such. I was buying a 3000 equipment and was given the runabout for two months and eventually could not deliver the equipment. Watch out for their false promises and dont put any money down.
