This store was a God send. I have a bad back and had started to have problems with my feet as well. I just took a chance one day and popped in.Best decision ever! The gentlemen spent the time to fit me properly for shoe inserts. Back stopped hurting as much and feet completely stopped hurting.9 months later, feet and back started hurting again. I popped in again. Quick change out of the inserts and all good again. The people working there have been super easy and nice to work with.

LOVE my new orthotic insoles. Just purchased them an hour ago and Im in love. Zach was an amazing salesman. He was very knowledgeable and found the right insoles that relieved my knee pain instantly. I will say they are quite pricey but have a lifetime warranty. You cant put a price on pain relief. Thanks!

I want my money back! This place promises the moon and delivers snake oil. The orthotics are overpriced, I was led to believe that the orthotics were custom-made. The orthotics are painful, impractical, poor quality plastic inserts. This was a waste of my time and hard earned money. I was called in harassed on numerous occasions to amend my one star review. Upon meeting the sales person he was very pleasant and charismatic. The gentleman that called me was quite a different animal. He was pushy, rude, and unwavering. I told the gentleman that my only resolution would be a refund. He continue to call and harass me while I was at work. I regret purchasing from this company! I wish I had gone to my podiatrist and get custom orthotics from them… It may even be less expensive.

The service was great, the sales guy was knowledgeable and listened to my complaint of a back problem, he found the correct orthotics the first time, the only reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 was because the the orthotic inserts were so expensive, saying that, they work really well and I wouldnt give them up, for the first time in years I am not having lower back pain when Im walking.

Ive had heel spur pain for many years, treated mostly by cortisone shots every 6 months. The last shots only lasted a few weeks and I was considering surgery but decided to give these a shot. They actually help a lot, so much so that Im pain free as long as i dont spend all day standing on concrete. Then Im a little sore. Only complaint is the price. They are very expensive but worth it if the alternative is surgery.

More adjustments required current settings on supports are uncomfortable.
