First time being there. For my auction unit. And the lady at the front desk named Norma was very nice and sweet plus was great at answering all my questions I asked about. Plus being in the West Side that storage facility is very nice and clean. Keep up with the great job...👍🙏

I had a great experience renting my storage unit from here. Everyone was super nice and informative. My things where kept safe and the price was well under budget. I encourage anyone who is looking for a storage to rent from them.

Very nice and friendly staff, had to use them in an emergency, and they were very helpful and understanding. Only flaw was, I chose them mainly for 1 reason, and that was they have a vehicle to help move your stuff, I had no vehicle and needed to be out of former apartment, and only my son was available to help, but at that time it had already been loaned out. First come first serve, cant argue with that.

I absolutely love the experience there. Every time I come in or call I’m greeted with with a smile and I can feel it even over the phone. Alma is the best! It’s always clean and cool. I feel safe and know my belongings are safe too! All the girls here are awesome and down to earth! You are all doing a great job!

My husband and I love how friendly and helpful the entire staff here are! They were sweet and knowledgeable at the same time when we went into the office to inquire and rent out a unit. This place will not dissapoint!

Alma was very informative with the price and sizes of the unit. Amazing job showing us around and making us feel comfortable we actually signed up that same day. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends and family. She jokes with us as well and had a great laugh so Kool!

We contacted a couple of storages that day and most were rude or not very helpful. We called Store it All and they were nice and very helpful. Good prices. And they even waited for us because we got stuck in rush hour traffic thank you very clean and good prices i am very satisfied with both the service and my storage. you made it short, plain and simple! just the way I like things done.

Ms. Alma, the property manager, is a delight to do with business with. Despite all the tenants she sees on a daily basis, she somehow remembers everyones name including mine. Polite, quick, straight forward, and great price. Will be using this storage for a long time Recommend to anyone.

Renter beware. If you are one day late even if that date falls on a holiday you get a 15 dollar late fee. You try to help your buddy out who is jail. You think you caught him up a week before auction. Nope 150 auction fee that didnt happen. Lock fee. 25 here and 15 there. Never ask if your all caught up because they will yes and you show up and there is still their lock on your unit. Screw this place.

Alma was attentive and very accommodating. She made the experience of putting my moms treasures an easy experience for a difficult transition she was very helpful she deserves a raise..

The staff was very friendly. They take care of you as soon as you walk in. Alma and Jen made sure I picked the right storage unit. I got a student discount on the 5x5 unit for $25 bucks a month, the owner is very friendly and I have had a great experience, never had a problem with anything. Support your local small business! He and his family lived in that area, its nice to know youre buying local. :)

They were very understanding gave me chances, even though I still lost my things but that was because I got very ill and I had medical expenses but I feel so bad that I lost loool for everything in there.
