I have dealt with Ken twice and he is definitely the carpet master. The first time was for a MB and dressing area. He assisted me with measurements and showed me various options according to my desires and my paint choice. The second time I told him I needed carpet in lay underneath my DR table which goes into hardwood trim. Perfect match with the room and ideal carpet pile for under the table. I learned so much from Ken about the importance of good padding. Now I’m assisting my daughter with her new home and the knowledge I learned from Ken.

Worst owner I have ever met. Horrible service. Dont shop here unless you wanted to be treated like trash
