And carpets get cleaner over time (old stains dont come back, and new stains are harder to take hold).Trust: And, they will give you the right advice for your cleaning needs. I got a used sofa and wanted it cleaned by them last week. Jeff told me its covers are zippered and I can pop them in the laundromat for much cheaper. He cleaned the central ottoman it had, and didnt charge me for it.

Jeff & Mike (Naturell) have been exclusively cleaning our carpeting for over 10+ years now, and we wouldnt even consider calling anyone else. Theyre dependable, hard-working, thorough & just do an all-around fabulous job. The dry method of cleaning that they use is great for us because we dont want our carpets saturated with water/mold. And, best of all, theyve literally prolonged the life of our carpeting by YEARS, making it last through raising 3 children + a dog.

Naturell and Mike do a great job of cleaning my carpets. I have mostly hardwood in my home, however, the dog and cat are particularly attached to the small area where I have carpet. I will call Naturell on a regular basis to keep the carpets looking fresh.
