Fantastic! Somehow I miraculously broke off a spark plug in my accord hybrid. I took my car to another shop who refused to even touch it and called around to a few others who said they wouldn’t even try. Holmburg took it and were able to pull the broken spark plug. They even found that another spark plug that I just replaced was actually bad to so they went ahead and replace them all. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much
