I found a car I wanted BMW 740 and I used their online services to reserve the car by providing all the information that was requested. Schedule to come pick up next day it was sold after I reserved the car via their online tool. I called and all they said was next time call and verify the information!! I email Andrew Kang as he verified he had my information and packet ready and I have had zero response. I asked for the Genral Manager to call me and nothing. They simply do not car and not great customer service. Take down your ONLINE services as they DO NOT work. I called like the response requested but they left no name as to who to call. I left a message for GM.

THIS IS THE WORST HIGH END DEALERSHIP IN SAN DIEGO!!!One of the worst customer service experiences I have had. My elderly parents have purchased multiple vehicles from this business the most recent being a CPO 2020 Cayenne. Cameron, their sales advisor promised an interest rate which he didnt deliver on and pushed a higher rate onto my parents sales contract. A few months into ownership and a parking sensor collapses into a bumper. This is a known issue with Porsche vehicles (google pushed in parking sensor porsche). No damage, no accident just shoddy engineering. They take it in expecting it to be covered under the CPO warranty. They charged my mother $1200 for labor and no parts!Outraged I called and spoke to Jon the service advisor who says it could have been a rock. This obviously the company line. I asked him directly did it look like damage he says no, it doesnt but then says that it porsche corporate wont pay for it. Really? So my my elderly mom has to? They remove the bumper and taped it back on! Not even a new sensor!So Jon is useless and sends me to Porsche corporate who says they would contact the dealership. Nothing has been done yet. Nothing on Jons part to help my parents case with corporate. Bad on Porsche but worse on this dealer. Taking advantage of an elderly couple by denying Warranty coverage and not sticking up for loyal customers.Do yourself a favor and find dealership that will stand behind its product instead of ripping its clients off. Very low end sales and service practices.

I cannot believe how bad their service department works for their clients. They do not provide any loaner cars, even though you have a 911. They do not provide scheduling an appointment the day before or two. And when you call or go there, they do not correspond the way other dealerships corresponded to me. Especially one of the employees named Christy which kept on saying her own word, instead of cooperating and helping clients, they tried to make us feel uncomfortable and not want to come back to filthy dealership anymore.

We live 90 minutes from Porsche of San Diego and arrived to have the paperwork already completed and ready for us to sign, which I explained was important to us. In the finance department, Crystal was a joy. We thoroughly enjoy talking with her. Our deal would have been completely more quickly, except for the great conversation. She was extremely knowledgeable with both the hard copy and e-signature versions of our paperwork and explained everything to us during the signings. First, my wife has purchased 2 vehicles from Porsche of San Diego with noissues whatsoever. On Saturday, my cousin went to get a car for his friend after convincing her to get a Porsche Macan for her 21st birthday. Cameron from Porsche of San Diego approached them in a very rude and unprofessional manner. He started being rude and made them feel very uncomfortable, making them regret that they even considered a Porsche from that dealership. Porsche, a very famous car brand worldwide cannot be having employees like this. Avoid Cameron !

My service advisor is Richard. He has been awesome. He kept me informed while waiting for my car to be serviced. Due to COVID the parts needed had to come out of Germany, which took over two months. I was provided with a loaner the whole time. They detailed my vehicle, dropped it off at my house and took the loaner back. SD Porsches customer service is second to none.

I arrived early and the young man that greeted me made me feel very welcome and in good hands. He took good care of me and started the service appointment until my service adviser arrived. My service adviser went the extra mile and researched the status and history of my car and also verified that the cars features were as advertised (its a used car from another dealer). He took the time to answer all my questions and briefed me on the normal workings and what to expect. He also reviewed my service intervals and we laid out a plan to get all service done as needed without confusion. Good experience. Meanwhile my car was receiving excellent attention in the service bay. All recalls and outstanding maintenance were completed in the time estimated. Thanks for a job welldone.Second visit for routine maintenance where several problems were discovered. My service advisor (Paul) worked with the factory and warranty company to complete all the needed repairs with minimal cost and kept my involvement to a minimum. The car was returned to me in excellent condition with all maintenance and repairs completed. Excellent service.

Its the problem with the Panamera tires wearing excessively or destructing, altogether. Ive put on ten new tires on a 2018 automobile. That is unheard of and frankly ridiculous. Porsche GmbH should be talking to Michelin and Pirelli for a fix. It makes me me speculate whether or not Ill buy another Pan. And this is a shame, because all of the other aspects of the car are superb.

This dealership is by far the worst to schedule a service appointment. Called four separate times today to confirm my appointment since I received an incorrect appointment reminder from them. Every time I called the “automated system” kept telling me that I had to wait and then would dial into space and get right back to initial intro system. I finally was able to find a local number for dealership and was told that all calls fo to parent company in New jersey and they can’t control anything. They said they were powerless to change and were “sorry”. Guess shouldn’t expect to be able to contact the local dealership for an extremely overpriced service for a part that is being fixed for the 4th time. Adios Porsche

I brought my Cayman S in for service and was given a Macan as a loaner. I liked it, it just needed more power. I test drove a Macan S. I spoke to Julie about the cars and the available options. Julie was very helpful. I ordered a Macan S. I picked up the car this week. The final transaction was easy. I love the car. I will be spending next week in Utah with the car.

I think the process was fine until it was time to sign papers. After I signed the papers, it was as if the deal was done and no need to care for me as a valued customer (although I had yet to get a time or date of delivery). At this point, I was treated as if I was the problem for wanting more details. Phone calls and texts were not returned. Or when there was a mix-up on delivery, the shipping company offered comps but not the dealer? I rarely give reviews, but this has been the worst experience of buying from a dealer. All the other times (both in-person and over the phone) I felt like a valued customer. I think I may be sticking with private deals from here on out.(My response to youre reply: Thank you for your response. The problem I had with all of my experiences with Porshe San Diego was the need for me to initiate to figure out what was happening with the notary, the delivery, etc. Then it was your tardy responses that caused me to feel underappreciated as a customer.
