I had the most pleasant experience at this location, Kimberly (we shared the same name!) was super nice and informative and patient! She went above and beyond, everything was well organized and clean. This will definitely be my go to place for contact lenses and glasses. Dr. Tran was also very nice and helpful!

I needed an eye exam and a new pair of glasses, and the staff here were outstanding. The doctor was very friendly and professional during my exam. The optician was extremely pleasant and helpful when I was picking out new frames. If you need new glasses, this is the spot.

Ive been going to Dr, Tran for the past 3 years. The Dr. and his staff are so amazing. The Dr was talking to me about contact lenses because it would be better for me. So, I tried. Went back for training and Dani helped me out and she was hilarious and made my training fun and interactive. Its really nice to go to an office that whole staff is so nice. It was great to see Cheyenne and Jonathan still there as well.

Best optometry Ive been too. Went in for a contact prescription and check-up. Jonathan was very thorough and friendly. Dr. Tran saw me quickly and took care of my goals. They have the newest tech here and even give you 10 day trials for contacts to test the prescription. Called same day and got an appointment even though they were busy. It was fast and easy to book an appointment. They were able to look up my insurance while I was still on the phone making my appointment.Staff was friendly and attentive the entire time I was there. There is a hand wash station that they ask you to wash your hands at as soon as you enter. I appreciate that this is an actual hand wash station and not just a squirt of hand sanitizer which is not as effective at removing germs. I was helped by 3 staff members while browsing for glasses or waiting.Eye exam process was efficient. The equipment was all cleaned prior to my use. I chose a pair of glasses the same day and Dani helped me figure out what lens I wanted as well as helped me understand my insurance benefits.Excellent experience! I would highly recommend to others.

They take COVID sanitary measures very seriously, and patiently and cheerfully served our whole family with a caring and positive vibe even on a Saturday evening. The process was fast and easy. I’ve been going to New Optix since it first opened. The staff has always been polite and welcoming. I’ve been seen by both doctors and they are very professional and thorough with their practice. They always take the time to evaluate my eyes and ensure my prescription fits right for me. They don’t make you feel rushed during the exam or glasses selection process. They also answered the many questions I had regarding eye health, lasik surgery and vision loss. Dr. Tran and his team are top notch!

Best eye doctor Ive ever been to! Love my new prescription. For the first time I left feeling like the doctor actual helped me narrow down the perfect prescription so I dont end up with something that gives me headaches or is slightly blurry on one side.

Centrally located with ample parking. Great staff that was also super helpful. I tried to get new lenses put into my frames at Lens Crafters and Costco and found noting but unhelpful and terrible customer service. On a whim, I called Optix Optometry and was so happy that I could walk right in, have some great customer service and had my prescription filled in one week. In and out, no hassles and competitively priced. Very happy to recommend this business.

This is by far the best place Ive ever been for my eyewear! They are so amazingly friendly and accommodating. I had to change my appointment at three last minute, no problem.The practitioner was so very knowledgeable. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Every time I have visited the office they’re in such a great mood, it’s contagious. It’s very clean and the fishes are a nice touch. There’s a nice area for young children. The doctor is fantastic. He gave myself and my husband a ton of advice to make sure we take care of our eyes. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

I love having my eye exams here. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful and the doctor is beyond personable, knowledgeable and gentle. He clearly takes. notes on his clients and remembers personal details about me, like the fact that I have twins, each time. Plus the actual location is comfortable, clean and modern.

Enjoyed a very personalized, professional encounter from using their website for contacting through email to scheduling the appointment, checking in, seeing the tech, the provider and the optician. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to make the experience pleasing and comfortable. The waiting area is also very pleasant. No loud TV’s, and a beautifully designed salt water fish tank with beautiful fish and sea life to watch in between procedures. They had a great selection of my favorite frames, Silhouette, with competitive pricing and discounts. Overall, an impressive experience.

New Optix is awesome. Dr. Tran is really knowledgeable and the staff is always helpful. This was the third year Ive been going here and they always make it easy to schedule an appointment with their convenient hours. Dr. Tran really takes the time to get to know you in the 20 minute visit I have every year and he must take notes on it or have an elephant memory because he asks how those things are going the next year when you come in. Ill be back again next year and the year after that...

Open for business. Reservation required. Temperature checked and hands need to be cleaned after entrance. Once inside, you have the place for you to look around frames while you wait for your optometrist. Very friendly staff.

I rarely write reviews, but I will for this place. Dr. Ta and team were so welcoming and professional they deserve 5 stars. The exam takes about an hour and was very informative. Picking out the frames and lenses was easy. They walk you through the entire process at a nice pace.

My experience here with optometrist: Dr. Michael Tran, AND with all receptionists and technicians here was STELLAR.Firstly, Dr. Tran CORRECTLY determined my eyeglass prescription (unlike the optometrist I dealt with at different location).Secondly, when I refused to pay extra for an optional eye health exam - Dr. Tran chose to just give it to me free of charge.Thirdly, the setting in this business is quite beautiful with a large aquarium.

I was told to provide my prescription from last year. With some effort I was able to get a copy and then they told me it is expired because it is one year old. Insurance pays for an exam once every two years. Such a waste of time going there twice for nothing.

They were great! I went in for a first contact lens appt and I left there that day with some to try out. My girlfriend had a suggestion for another brand to try, the one that she uses, and they gave me some of those to try out as well. The staff was courteous and helpful and the location is nice and quiet.

They even have a huge selection on designer glasses.
