Excellent knowledgeable staff with exceptional customer service

I had a appointment but was left waiting for a hour, the dr was good the technician was good but Tammy the cashier/salesperson was truly terrible, kept putting me of over and over and arguing about everything, I had a friend die this morning and I just got out of the hospital so was in no mood for such a negative person. This is at the Escondido location store 593 . As I said the dr was great though!!!

Came to fix my bent glasses, in and out within 6 mins. great service

I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with Ryan Hosn. As well as a detailed and thorough eye exam, his knowledge of insurance policies meant I received benefits I didnt even know I had access too! After ordering a new type and prescription of contact lenses, we tested them out and found the left to be just ever so slightly blurry. It was so minor I was happy to leave it but he insisted on figuring out the issue and fixing it. Turns out my left eye drifts a little meaning the contact lens rotates and changes the focus. He made a few adjustments, reordered a new set of lenses, and Im now enjoying the best vision Ive ever had with contacts. All thanks to his patience and dedication to getting things perfect. Thank you Ryan!

Everyone was great. Allyson was extremely helpful and Dr. Danley was not rushed and she discussed options etc. Highly recommend.
