My experience here was excellent! Great selection of glasses and the lady who helped me understood what I was looking for and showed me the frames that met that criteria. She was friendly and focused on meeting my needs. She was able to look up my insurance benefits and give me guidance. I strongly recommend them. And consider them my go-to place for all my glasses.

This place is amazing. They make sure you find the frames that are right for the client and couldn’t be friendlier. I took my 11 year old granddaughter to get glasses and they made certain they were the right frames for her face and were very good about listening to what she wanted. They also prepared her glasses in less than 15 minutes. We just returned for a second pair today. Absolutely the best for place for customer service.

From the moment I walked in the staff was attentive and accommodating! They spent time answering questions for me and the optometrist was very thorough and knowledgeable. From the moment that I walked in the door everyone was very courteous and helpful and genuinely so.

I wasnt sure what to expect, but it was surprisingly quick and easy, especially for a first-timer. I was greeted by very friendly staff. The office was very clean and inviting. Nada did my pre-exam and she was very easy-going and efficient. Dr. Phu conducted by eye exam. He seemed very knowledgeable and thorough. Since it was my first visit, he asked a lot of questions about my vision history, preferences, and my overall vision goals. Overall, I really felt catered to. The staff all seemed genuinely friendly and happy to help. Definitely coming back next year! Thanks!

Had an awesome experience. It was a long time since I visit an optometrist, and now that I have 2 toddlers seems impossible. But I have to say that Tracy and Nada made this visit go so smoothly, they helped me with the kids, were incredibly kind and patient with us. Last but definitely not least, Optometrist Wilson Phu was so nice and gave me all the information that I needed and answered all my questions in an easy way that I could understand. Thank you, will definitely recommend this place. Plus I love my glasses, at a very reasonable price. Awesome team♡

Ms.Tracy,Ms.Nada,and Dr. Wilson Phu are the best at what they do. They give excellent customer service. Dr.Phu is a very thorough optometrist who spends a significant amount of time with each patient. Making sure that they get the best possible results for their eye care needs. The one thing that amazed me is that they have their own lab on site. And they were able to make my glasses on the spot inside of 15 minutes. Im definitely going to recommend to my friends and family to use their services for their eye care needs.

I am currently in the military and got word last minute that we are leaving for deployment way earlier than anticipated and I always come here for my vision exams and contacts. So, I arrived to see if I could get contacts overnighted and they took the time to make sure I had enough contacts to last me right then and there. I have been stressing out about getting everything together and they really took care of me. Please come here. Their customer service is amazing and they’re such friendly people. I didn’t even realize the Naval doctors gave me a prescription that was way to strong for me and I kept getting headaches and didn’t know why and Dr. Phu helped balance out my prescription and made sure I had the best one for me.

I had scheduled an annual eye-exam with Dr. Phu here after finding Pearle Vision through my United Healthcare insurance website. Before going, I was a little skeptical about the quality of the exam and whether Id be treated by a professional, as Id never really heard of Pearle Vision and it seemed like an non-traditional place to see an optometrist. I hadnt had an eye exam in well over 5 years, so the market has definitely changed and there are so many different kinds of clinics available with varying degrees of quality, but Im VERY glad that I went here!Dr. Phu and the staff at Pearle Vision were incredibly welcoming and professional! Dr. Phu is super chill, a UCSD alum and San Diego-native, extremely knowledgeable and just a friendly doctor to talk to. Had a great exam with him and his staff, and they used some pretty nifty retinal scanning tools alongside the traditional eye-exam stuff, so I felt like I was getting a very thorough exam.The staff helped fit me with a low-grade prescription for reading glasses and I couldnt be happier with the result.If youre looking for a new optometrist, I definitely recommend giving this place a shot!
