I was thrilled to see that Jo Malone had opened a boutique on Union Street, and I have not been disappointed in the service and quality of products available. The store manager, Regina, is an absolute treasure! Shes so knowledgeable and sweet, and will really work with you to find the products youll love. Shes never pushy on selling you things you dont need, but will show you other products she thinks youll love and let you come back on your own to pick them up. She sent a wonderful, personal thank you note to me after my first purchase. She makes each visit a truly luxe, personal experience. Will absolutely be returning!

Nice shop, if you can actually get in there. I live nearby, so not such a big deal for me, but I can see this being very annoying if you are making a special trip. In the past year this store has been closed earlier then listed hours and couple of times I encountered back in 15 minutes note in the middle of the day. Weird.Their perfumes are usually nice in the top notes, but meh later on.I do like their candles and love Lime Basil Mandarin shampoo and conditioner.

So incredibly frustrated! I went to the store to pick up some last minute gifts today (christmas eve) and was shocked to see that they were closed at 2pm. There was no sign in the window, no mention of an early close for Christmas Eve, nothing! Last year I went on Christmas Eve for some gifts and they were open at 5pm, so I dont think they were scheduled to be closed so early today. Love their products just wish they were more transparent about their hours and actually followed a set schedule.

I would like to give zero star if I could. What happened to me was so disgusting. I drove nearly an hour to this store to do the return on Jun. 24th, 2018, at least 10 minutes before 6. The google map said that it would be closed at 6, and the store audio phone said that it would be closed at 7. However, when I arrived, the male assistant in there refused to open the door and help me. I waited but he closed the light before 6. I was so angry and disappointed for this store. The service in this store is not matched this luxurious brand and price. I suspect if this would happened in every Jo Malone store.

Ive never been a big fan of going to buy fragrances in store as employees are sometimes pushy or stuck up if you ask to many questions, but not here, Samuel,Stephan, and Sherry make me feel so welcome when I come in. Everytime I come in I feel like Im visiting friends and although my wife almost owns half of the store by now, I still look forward to coming in and catching up with everyone.

Excellent place to go.
