Carey and Stella were very professional and in addition to taking care of my hearing situation made me most comfortable.
Great place, the medical team here are really patient and caring! thank you for helping me with my first hearing aids :)
Ive been a client of SFAG for almost 10 years I think. Ive always had great experiences. My audi Carrie always makes sure I am happy with my hearing aid and she made the best custom ear mold for me for my current one, I didnt even know such a fit was possible and Im a very experienced user.Recently I was looking for a TV connect device for my dad because his audiologist didnt have any and wouldnt for some time thanks to the global chip shortage. I called into SF Audiology and Elaine said shed call around to the other offices to find one. She called me back shortly after saying she found one and scheduled an appt. with her for me to come in and pick it up. That is fantastic customer service. I know that may seem like what normal service should be to many but to me in my experience most people would simply say they dont have any if they arent sure. I was really happy with her and she continues to help me a great deal with my new order of a new hearing aid which Im excited to try.
Excellent client/customer service. Very supportive staff; professional and knowledgeable. Clinic offerings are state of the art; technological and art design in hearing aides and accessories. This is a clinic offering Full services for the hearing impaired clientele.
We here on vacation when my daughters hearing aid started giving her feedback. They were able to fit us in the same day. Kerry was very nice and she was able to replace the ear mold tube which solved our problem. Thanks again.
Incredibly professional and caring. No waiting or wondering. Everything you want from medical specialists
I have found the hearing aids and service to be exceptional over the many years I have been going to them. I have always been able to get an appointment quickly, had short waits in the office and had my questions and problems resolved. I cant imagine a better place to go.
Professional, kind service. I am hearing the best so have in 20 years!!!
I arrived for my appointment and was instructed to be seated until the hearing test would be done. After the test Dr. Yeung saw me and explained a future procedure she felt would help me. She instructed her assistant to give me the phone number to call for the test then explained what the next steps would be. Very clear process.
Was so pleased with the service and kindness by Mont Stong and the rest of the office! SFA was able to accommodate my mom as a new patient and help her with her issues quite efficiently. When we later had a problem with her device, they offered us a same day appointment and repaired her device.
An enthusiastic five stars because of the exceptional care I have received at SF Audiology. Carey Philliposian was beyond professional, and her advice on my hearing aids was invaluable. I highly recommend the services of San Francisco Audiology and remain a grateful client.
Wonderful staff. Carey Philliposian is always so in tune with what my needs are. She has been wonderful in helping get through this life-changing condition. I have ordered several hearing devices and she has gone above and beyond finding what works best. Cannot say enough good things about her work. I would highly recommend her..
I feel very taken care of at SF Audiology. Mont explains everything clearly and is very thorough and kind. I highly recommend SF Audiology for any hearing needs you may have!
Always professional and very thorough.
Very helpful in seeing me during the quarantine to adjust my hearing aids after i had to go through whole brain radiation which further diminished my hearing.
Ive been using San Francisco Audiology, and in particular Dr. Mont Strong, for my hearing aid needs for several years. Ive always received excellent service. Hearing aids are not something you buy, have adjusted and then just live with. They require fine tuning and often have to be re-adjusted as your hearing changes. Sr. Strong has always been willing to make adjustments as needed and because of that my hearing disability has not interfered with my business or social life.
I have been going to San Francisco Audiology for many years. Whether my appointment is at Union square or Pacific Heights my treatment has beenexcellent.
You are greeted by a very friendly soul (receptionist) by your name once you state it of have signed in. There was hardly any waiting period until I saw Dr. Kangelaris and the friendly Audiology Dr. Terry.
Always attentive and thorough. The best audiologists in SF!
San Francisco Audiology is truly a high class experience. They are gracious and caring and a joy to be around. Carrie Philliposian is my doctor and she has really gone out of her way to help me as an individual! She is top notch in every way👍Lee Bender
I’ve been going to SF Audiology, Union Square for a number of years. In addition to their exceptional, thorough care, they are kind and friendly.
Knowledgeable professionals with access to state of the art equipment. A pleasant and quick experience to get a digital ear mapping for custom ear plugs.
They are efficient and competent! Thanks to Mont for helping me hear my best and kudos for keeping up with the latest tech
Dr. Philliposian was very attentive to my needs and concerns. She was well versed in all aspects of hearing loss and tinnitus treatment and offered several solutions. Very impressed and glad I was referred here!
Staff members at this location are very professional, helpful and polite. I will definitely go back if I ever such need again.
Great staff, very kind, patient and serviceable! I appreciate this team and Dr. Mont Strong is wonderful!
After a thorough battery of tests, Chris gave me very clear explanations and very balanced presentation of my options, that clarified my choice in an excellent way.
The new office is beautiful and calm. Everyone of the audiologists is incredibly knowledge and attentive. I also had two pairs of Westone ear plugs molded here. The other practice has the best ENTs - you’re in great care here.
Ive used SF Audiology services for years, and have always found them to be the consummate professionals. Highest recommendations.
Consistently courteous, concerned, competent and professional.
Making appointments to accomodate me was easy. Sally is helpful, friendly and supportive. Mont is informative, thorough and concise with the hearing aid options.
Dr. Carey Philliposian expertly evaluated my hearing needs, and clearly explained all the possible solutions. Highly recommend San Francisco Audiology.
Great folks - kind, they listen to understand your needs, and are happy and willing to help work together until your needs are met.
Great service and knowledgeable staff. Dr. Johnson, Smith and Griffin are the best. Will definitely recommend them highly to others.
Go to one of SF Audiologys five offices if you have hearing issues of any kind. My audiologist is at the Union Square office but Im familiar with most of their doctors and staff. They are well-trained and professional. Being affiliated with SF Otolaryngology they make it convenient for any medical referrals. I have now written three positive reviews for SF Audiology on Yelp. Please read them for more information on my hearing aid experiences. Ive worn aids for over two decades and have profound hearing loss. Im usually not a big review writer but Im inspired by this company. There are many audiologists and hearing aid centers in the Bay Area--none are as good as SF Audiology.
Excellent service, courteous and professional
Carey Philliposian is great and I am continuing to see her, fine tuning my hearing device.
Super simple, fast and professional. I had molds made for sending off to another company.
Comprehensive audiological services. Great audiologists and support staff! Been going there for over 15 years.
Great operation! Carey is terrific.
Outstanding service, professional and knowledgeable staff ans very friendly atmosphere.
Carey is up to date on the latest technology and recommended a hearing aid that has been a game changer for me. Im hearing things and sounds Ive never heard before!
A stellar place... Took all my fears away... Love my hearing aids... The staff is hear 4 you!
Very pleasant and professional experience. Would highly recommend
Hit or miss. Terrible phone communications and mistakes, kept sending me the wrong supplies. Technicians are generally good.
Very knowledgeable and professional provided several options and answered all of my questions
Excellent service. SF audiology puts the needs of the patient first.
Easy to make appointments and they stand by the products they sell.
You rarely have to wait and the staff and doctors are very nice
Fast and professional service. I received my custom-molded plugs within 2 weeks of having my appointment for molds.
About four years ago, a family member was referred here to have a hearing test. It had been obvious to everyone else for some time, but when the person whos suffering a hearing loss is you, taking a test to prove it is the last thing you feel like doing. Thats because we stigmatize hearing aids as something only old people wear. Ever since 70 became the new 50, the formerly elderly among us are just way too young. Even though you cant understand everything other people are saying, vanity trumps clarity as you develop ways to fool them into thinking you can. Lots of nodding yes, for instance, or saying Oh instead of asking What? to give the impression that youre getting it when youre not. As with many of lifes other losses, we essentially go through the same stages. This one is denial. Encouraged, persuaded and nagged incessantly to take that test, finally we had undeniable proof. And guess what? Hearing aid technology has made some remarkable advances. Certain models are practically invisible. Inserted into the ear canal, all that shows is a skin-colored tip. Nearly impossible to spot unless you know what to look for and if thats not discrete enough, theres a newer model thats so small, it fits entirely inside the ear and all you see on the outside is the ear canal itself just as its always looked. With an experienced staff of credentialed technical professionals and a cream-of-the-crop collection of medical professionals (if you really want to be impressed, Google one of their doctors) this forward-thinking consortium delivers leading-edge solutions all wrapped up in a reassuring patients come first approach to care that leaves you feeling like a VIP on steroids. With everything else about as good as it gets, their 5 star rating stands despite the one and only irritating aspect in the whole setup. Its so unfortunate that in a company that regularly exceeds your expectations for excellence, there is one area that doesnt measure up. Brace yourself, because this one was a surprise. Try it yourself. Pick up the phone and call them. It doesnt matter why youre calling, the experience is always the same. You will hear a recorded announcement apologizing for not answering your call in person because everyone who works there is busy helping other patients. Then, as if to contradict that announcement, a person will actually answer. When they do, they will always say the same thing: Can you please hold? You will then wait at least 5 minutes and more frequently an average of up to 10 minutes before its your turn. By some miracle, an extremely annoying loop comprised of music and a series of overly well-enunciated announcements in a voice intent on teaching you to speak proper English, no longer assails you while you wait. Whether my complaints influenced the decision to stop playing it, I cannot say; but were it so, mine were surely no more than a few among many since it was that awful to listen to over and over each time you called. Now if they can only fix the part where they make you endure the inexcusably long holds. Oh, and dont fall for the Leave a message and someone will call you back option. No one calls back. Im serious. Because this function serves both sides of the house, this part of my review pertains to SF Audiology as well as SF Otolaryngology, also at 450 Sutter, but on the 9th floor, a medical and surgical specialty concerned with the diagnosis, management, and treatment of diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat (ENT) and related structures of the head and neck, including the sinuses, larynx (voice box), oral cavity, and upper pharynx (mouth and throat). Otolaryngology, by the way, is commonly called ENT. Its the oldest medical specialty in the country and this practice is definitely one of the very best.
Excellent service. Friendly folks.
They all my questions, and let me try on a hearing aid so I could see how it felt
Mont Strong and his team explain what is going on with my hearing and ways to solve the problems.
Competent, wonderful people - thank you!
Super friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors!
Very confident and honest people
They helped me with a repair while traveling..
I have been a client here since 2010! I couldn’t have asked for better Audiologists and staff. ❤️ Them!
