I came in after the holidays because the boots I received as a gift were to small and they were very helpful and polite with getting me an exchange for a bigger size. The manager was very nice with helping me order my new pair because they didn’t have my size in stock at the store

The customer service at this store is top notch. Not only did George help me with sizing, he also polished the shoes to get rid of all the rough marks from the factoy. Best shoe buying experience Ive ever had!

I love my Bardstown Plain Toe mens Chukka boots. I have foot issues but wear them all the time (and walk 9 miles a day in them!) They look like dress shoes but are super comfortable. I had an issue with one pair but they refunded me-- so I purchased another. They make great shoes.

Awful customer service - there was an Indian man that came to our assistance yesterday in the Timberland store on Market Street he was very abrupt and did not make me and my son feel welcomed in the shop. I was going to buy shoes but felt put off from his negative energy- visiting San Francisco for the first time all the way from London definitely not impressed 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

When I finally decide to visit a mall shoe store, it would be nice if they had my size in stock. That being said, there was plenty of staff on hand to help.

The young lady greeting customers coming into the store came across to be very unprofessional and unfriendly. I approached her to ask her a couple of questions she helped me out for 2 seconds then disappeared. I approached the register to pay for an item, there were four staff members behind the counter chatting amongst themselves all the while the store was crawling with customers as it was 2 days before Christmas. Customer service needs to be improved immediately in this store.

Very bad experience in this store! We came to exchabe a pair of boots and the cashier called E. Velasquez working on Feb 23rd morning was extremely rude during the process! She also didn’t allow us to file a formal complaint for his behavior. We will never buy here again!

Love Timberland. Staff is very helpful there, they always make sure I find the right items and I they helped me in cleaning my Timberland shoe for free.

Employees werve very welcoming at thr door. You will have lits if Timberland options but the prices are slightly high. I like their shoes as they have amazing varieties. The place is big and it is easy to roam inside. It is easiky accessible and is situated at a very busy area of downtown SF.

Found exactly the shoes I wanted. Small store but they seem to stock sizes well for what is displayed.

Terrible customer service. Bought shoes and took them home. Wore them inside only. Took them back because the sole started slipping around. Refused to accept my return. Hung up on me when I called to talk to a manager.

Went twice to this store, the first one was good, but this second time the customer service was really bad: ignoring requests, attending other customers while you were supposed to be attended... Probably itll be my last time here, to bad...

Small store, but they have a lot of stock. If you go during rush hour, good luck getting help from the staff.

Im not sure if this store is open anymore. I bought a pair of boots on Sunday,and they where shipping them to my place. They never arrived and I have tried for the last 2 days to contact them and no one will pick up the phone.

Dont forget to check prices online since they still match it, as long as the colour is the same
