Entrance not as easy if you dont pay attention, not enough help on the floor and i bought a bath shelf for $58 while the tag on its display shelf was around $30. They have got great merchandise but a bit on the expensive side. Over all i do not think i go there anymore.

Its recommended to download their App and get a coupon before walking in if you are thinking to drop some money.

Giving this location 5stars because of the ease of return of some items i bought online. My attendant was pleasant to work with and squared everything away quickly!

Lots of random things here for your bedroom and bath obviously. If you sign up for their coupons, don’t throw away the expired coupons. They still take them in!

The staff was attentive and helpful. We came a little close to closing so when we went to check out there was only one register open and a little line had formed, however they were proactive and quickly opened up another register to take care of it.

Bedding area seemed a bit empty and unorganized. They didnt have many duvet covers. Took us a while to find a employee. Cashier was nice and helpful.

BBB still has the wide variety of stuff you need for your household. Prices are good, if you use your coupons. Give them the business so the bick and morter store stays and not everything is online. They used to accept returns forever, but now there is a 90-day limit. One annoying thing is they arent good at putting prices on everything and they dont have price-checkers around the store, so you have to take some items to the register to know the price.

Staff is friendly. But merchandising is spotty and stock is low.

Nice collection and friendly staff.Me and my wife loved to walk through the different aisles. Though we did not have any shopping list but managed to find multiple items that we had thought of buying but had missed to list those.

This is generally a good store. Lots of variety and selection. My one complaint is, employees are difficult to find. And then minimal registers open.

Purchased a garbage can from here and they no longer supply the garbage bags that go with them. Drove all the way to this location and no bags. I guess they will be closing soon. Overall BB&B is a good store for the home.

Way too overpriced! Unless you live in the 250 thousand dollar a year combined income bracket, its hard to buy anything in there. Highway robbery is an understatement. Just hand me your money and Ill get you a better deal for a whole lot less

I picked up an online order from this location and they gave me a clearly previously-owned merchandise.The item didnt have any tape or wrapping to seal the box which I thought was odd. When I got to my car to look inside the box the cables had clearly been used before and put back into the box.I went back to ask for another item and then they gave me a new item that was sealed in the usual plastic shrink wrap.Had I not noticed something odd about the box I would have gone home with second hand product.Beware of this location. Super shady.

Great service, helpful employees, and I love their 20% off coupons. They have great sales and usually have everything I need in stock. If the item is not in the store they will order it for you.

Very very very poor customer service, so that is why we simply stopped our patronage of them; so many other choices out there!!!

Normally this is my go to store for all sorts of things, but it was really picked over (low stock) when I was there (mid July 2020). Not used to seeing such empty shelves. Some good sale items available, and still many great products. And as always, save your coupons because they take as many as you have!! Love that!

I went in looking for mens sleepwear and a roomba. Find neither at a reasonable price. I didnt find the sleepwear at all.

You pretty much get everything from small household items to amazing decor items in a very less price. i would recommend this place for value for money, ambience and prolly finding anything you want. you can order online and collect it, you get the same stuff.

Good Bed Bath & Beyond location. The store is big and has all the stuff you expect to get in here. They even have a key copying machine. The staff at the counter isnt that friendly though.

Selection is good and customer service was excellent, they quickly fixed a price when the shelf was lower than the register. However, the interior looks a bit dingy because it hasnt been remodeled in a while.

My first visit after the store reopened due to COVID. They had exactly what I was looking for which were the outdoor solar items. They were on sale for a great price and customer service was excellent. I will be back soon.

I went in looking for waterproof or water repellent soda covers. I saw some in the pet area( I have pets also). Then they directed me to where the sofa covers were. After sticker shock I bought 2 to protect my old fashioned furniture that I really love. If it works it will be worth it to protect the furniture.

Love this location - well stocked, tons of different products for every room in the house plus your backyard/porch and even your garage. Clean, easy to find someone to help you, staff is ALWAYS friendly and helpful. And it never hurts that they regularly send out coupons for extra savings

Theyve got just about everything for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. From gadgets to full size vacuums and bedding. Printed coupons are available and their return policy is very good. Also, if you dont have a coupon when you buy something, you can bring your receipt and coupon to get the discount.

I ordered 4 items online without a issue but picking them up was unpleasant! I went to the pick up register and Cece was @ the cash register.She didnt say a word to me. No greeting @ all. I showed her my email confirmation and she tried to find my items in a locked cabinet but could not find my order. Because the items were on the shelf near the cash register.It would have been a greater experience picking up items from a robot or buying the items on Amazon.Through out the entire transaction, there was no communication or interaction! Although she did wrap the items because they were fragile.

Discouraged to learn they will stop accepting expired coupons at the end of the year.

We spent over 300.00 dollars in the store, they didnt have any bags and we were unable to redeem 20% off coupon. Should have just shopped on-line.

Theyve new merchandise and it was quite empty a lot of stands and hardly any display prices for items, you needed to scan them in order to know the price. According to an employee theyre working in getting all the tons of new merchandise displayed.

Just okay, what I was looking for had no price tags on items, had to find a price scanner 😤 Was not easy to find, along with the items were in the heavy side

I like this place. The store is jammed full of good deals for your house. All sorts of fun knick knacks. Also has some higher ticket quality items that make a persons life more fun, more comfortable, and more simple. The return policy has changed recently so be sure to ask...it got bad. Theres always a 20% of coupons to save you some bucks.

Lots of stuff and a few good deals. Most staff is pleasant and helpful but a few avoided eye contact and possibly avoided us. A couple blocked the isle chatting. Knocked a star off for thar.Checkout was great. Taking all the coupons was great. Prices became competitive with Amazon.

Mountain View Bed Bath and Beyond, is way better than this location. Maybe because I didnt see TJ, is the best staff member there!

Good customer service. The store is filled with home good needs. However, without the 20% coupon, items can be expensive. Its always to compare prices with with TJ Max or Marshall for a better deal.

This store is dangerous. If you go in and get the one item you needed, GOOD FOR YOU! If you look around you can fill your basket quickly (thats me) . I love looking at gadgets and this is the store to explore.

This place is huge. I like coming to this Bed Bath & Beyond because its fun and its big and it never feels crowded until youre checking out. The cashiers always seemed really friendly and everybody that works there is gone out of the way to help us whenever I been there. Highly recommend this one

A lot of essential things you need for your home, like towels, pots and pans, and soap dispensers, plus a ton of weird single use items you probably dont need, but you want like a mirror that plays music. I just needed some kitchen shears, but I spent a lot of time looking at other stuff. I find its the best place to buy gifts for Mom.

Found what I was looking for, where as other stores didnt have.

Brick and mortar and pricey, but seem to have the quality stuff lm looking for. Hope they survive the retail apocalypse.

My wife took me to BB&B, I wasnt bored at all. And the happiness on her face was worth it. Nice place with friendly staff. You can find everything for home decor and kitchen here ; appliances, furniture, electricals, laundry stuff, kitchen ware, cleaning supplies . Kids love the place there are a few cool stuff for them too. If you are getting bored on a weekend this place can be a good outing with family and kids.

The employees are so helpful at this location. They help you find what youre looking for in the store or online. The bed wedge I was shopping for was out of stock in store and Frank went online and found that corporate discounted the item and saved me an additional $10. With their coupons, theres always a sale.

I didnt have much time to spend looking around. I asked Customer service where I could find foot stools and the person walked with me to 3 different sections to show me what that had. This was very helpful and expedient.

Staff is always kind and helpful at this location. I can typically find what Im looking for here. Its a big store, a bit dizzying when looking up. Overall, I enjoy getting what Im looking for at this store for a good price. Stay awesome Bed Bath & Beyond.

This would have been a 5 star review if checkout had been handled better. The entire time I was shopping I could hear store employees paging for help up front, in certain departments... Over and over, so I knew something was up. Then when I went to checkout there was 1 register open, and she was dealing with two problematic customers in a row. So, a woman at customer service invited me over, but before I could take two steps she started helping a woman wanting to return something. So, still stuck behind problem number 2, whos debating the value of her 10,000 coupons. Finally a second woman at customer service gets told to help me, she looks directly into my eyes and tells me shell help me if I come over. Again, before I take two steps she takes a customer wanting to return something, even though Id been waiting way longer. The clerk tells me her transaction will be super quick and if I walk over shell help me. Did I mention Im in a leg cast, standing through all of this. Then, when I hobble over, her transaction takes so long that Problem 2 finally finishes and they ask me to walk back to the regular lane. I did, and she was efficient enough, I suppose. But, after waiting in two lines for 10+ minutes, being moved back and forth, and being cut off twice, all while in a very visible cast, well Im not a happy camper. *Side note- I know its customer services job to do returns, not regular transactions. But, dont call over patrons and then turn your back on them without saying a word. Especially those that are disabled.

Didnt find the item I wanted

I can spend a couple hours just wandering and looking at all the gadgets. I love gadgets. They have an amazing collection of gadgets for everything.

Since we dont have a Walmart in the county this store offers a lot of the same things you would find there. They have a large selection of Kitchen products and then of course the other sections as the name implies. I find the prices a bit high so I only go there when I get the coupon when they mail them out every so often. I do like the variety of products there and youll see many products that are shown on TV. The customer service is usually very good, too.

The manager did not apply a discount because the item number on a price match was off by 1 number. Literally, T48310 vs 48311 (literally just a color difference). Very petty person. Still, purchased item for cheap, so that was good. It was just just ridiculous to have been treated like less-than over one digit on a model number. Again, very petty, very rude.Also, she did not mention I could just have gotten a coupon online on the spot.I used to work retail, I know how easy it is to just make your customer happy by either giving them a discount directly or by telling them how to access an open to everyone online coupon. I used to do it. A lot. Its BASIC good customer service.Honestly, it was laughable that this person chose to instead treat me like I was some kind of swindler. Having dealt with people like her before, it was humorous to see how far she was willing to go to be hateful. I used to offer discounts to people like her to maybe encourage them to be more kind. Instead they choose to advance their hateful ideals.Keep your 10 dollars, I dragged your dignity out of the store under my shopping cart. 😅That aside, very happy with my purchase of two Lasko T48311 fans. 😁

If you are looking for something specific, might best to ask employee for directions to save time in your search. Store upstairs with escalator and elevator. Small dogs are allowed in shopping cart, only. Very clean store. Parking during rush hours or holidays can be problematic.

The store is so big. The place needs chairs or benches so people can sit down if needed, especially the elderly. Cashiers were more interested talking to each other than helping customers.

Went to BBB for bath/shower non slip stickers. Walked into the BBB on almaden and blossom hill, shocked to see tons of items on sale. They are having a huge back to school (college) sale. Items from dorm room accessories bedding and much more, plus you are able to use the coupons that they send in the mail. One 20% per item or like we did one $5.00 off $15 or more. With sale prices it worked out $5 off 2 items worth $20 so got them for $15. Was able to use 4 of those. Store was nice and neat today compared to other days and it ore staff so didnt have to go far for help. Was a good outing saved money got what we needed and some we didnt but was one of the better experiences at this. Keep it up BBB.

The store need to be more organized onwhere the items are located throughout the store Customer service needs to be more informed about where the products are located through out the store. I almost had to make a 2nd trip :( back to store for an online order I placed with store pickup. I was told item not ready for pickup, then, after some back and forth search in the store by myself, I was able to locate the item I ordered online:(
