Dec 2020: They just moved to Santa Clara by the airport. They specialize in muscle cars. They have 4-5 lifts. They did an excellent job on my brand new C8 corvette that was still under 500 miles. Work comprises of: Dropping the front with a lowering kit I provided, drop the coil over in the rear, added new wheels and alignment. I would recommend them and return if I wanted any other work on the car. The technicians were professional and has an eye for details and called me with pictures of the work. They used plastic over the seat where I appreciate.

Got my whipple in 2-3 weeks after financing. Very easy process and 10/10 recommend them for superchargers.

Had a super short-notice track day come up; had a set of tires and wheels and needed them mounted, balanced, and a valve put in. They turned around the work same day, and had very fair prices. Garage is full of cool cars; take yours there.

I have been the costumer of TPS Motorsports since spring 2019. I got my supercharger from them and they have done several other mods to my car. I track my car, so it is often at the shop for track preps and other maintenance. I wouldnt trust my car for anybody else.

Ive always wanted an active exhaust set up on my car and I looked into getting electric cutouts installed. Not a lot of shops install them but when I found TPS Motorsports I was super thankful. Mike was easy to reach and we communicated to find a solution. Due to the pandemic there is a shortage of supplies but Mike was able to find me a set of cutouts. The install was done efficiently and well. The DPW cutouts work like a charm and are easily controlled through the phone or remote. TPS Motorsports definitely gained a new customer, and I would definitely consider taking my car to TPS Motorsports for any future modifications.

Great products & the best value a lot of the time. Communication is great and staff is friendly. Shipping to Georgia is done in a reasonable amount of time. A small mistake was made once, but was alleviated in a very reasonable amount of time.

I called TPS on 9/10/21 a friday looking for some wheels I couldnt find anywhere. Everyone was telling me a month or two. He told me he could get me a set the following week. I ordered the wheels from TPS & received them on 9/15/21 the following Wednesday. They were very helpful & im very pleased 🇺🇲

Was hoping for a better experience. I will say that the 1 and 2 star reviews are very accurate. Just a drop shipper who doesnt know any thing about cars. I got some fenders that were pretty bad. After a lot emails, he said he would only give me 300. A few auto body guys stepped in and said the fenders need a ton of work and that 300 was to low but I still said fine, its going to cost me more to ship them back. I took a screen shot of his response and conditions. He is going to say he offered a return label, but that wasnt until he got drug on facebook for trying to pass off bad fenders. We had agreed that I would take the fenders down if he paid for the fender repairs and we both would move on. Well he backed out and canceled the electric check he sent me. He claims extortion, threatens to sue people for defamation who dont agree with him and then blocks them. He will do anything to save his skin. Just watch what he responds with. It got so bad at one point, the owner of L5 motorsports (the vendor) reached out to me to try and help. She agreed to help with getting the fenders fixed, but Mike said no . I originally asked for 565.50, as a lot of autobody professionals said that should cover the repairs of the fenders to make them right. I reached out to Sue and Mike and told that the repairs came in at 485 and that I dont need the full 565.50 I had originally asked for. Sure sounds like I was an extortionist! Mike wanted me to word a post a certain way on Facebook to make me look bad and he the victim. You can see by the responses to negative feedback that its always excuses and never his fault. He is just mad he couldnt buy me off like others. I dont need money. He asked for a review so he gets one. Im not keeping hush money so that he can hurt others in our great car community.Oh, hes going to make up lies about how I asked for 57 percent. My original asking price was 562.50, which is 25 percent of my 2200 order for 4 bad fenders. 57 percent of 2200 is 1,254. 1,254 is not 565.50. He also fails to mention the part that after the parts were fixed, I asked for a reimbursement of 485, not the 562.50 he agreed to and then backed out of. So not only is he liar, he cant even do math correctly.You have to ask yourself if you are comfortable doing business with a company that offers hush money.Wish I had a better experience.

My Chrysler gearbox oil pump died breaking the gearbox and making the car not drivable. I contacted the TPS Motorsports and they were able to diagnose the car by next day. They provided couple of options for repairs and recommended to rebuild the gearbox. I went with it. They estimated the repairs to take a week and it took a day less. They charged me what they had estimated. The car drives even better than before the gearbox failure. The rebuilt gearbox switches gears so smoothly.The communication with Mike was very pleasant. His was considering and caring about the problem. He replied to email communication very promptly. He always replied back when he said he would. I mean, just perfect in all ways.It was great experience with them and I would take my car there for any repairs.

Mike and Team are top notch professionals. I had some work done on my Mustang and could not be happier. I was actually going to get an Uber for the ride home and Ed asked me where I lived. I said south SJ and he said it was on his way and could drop me off. These guys above and beyond and will always know my car is in great hands when I leave.A follow-up to my review. I know TPS is known for working on performance cars, but I also was able to take my sons Honda Civic in for fluid changes (transmission and coolant) and a brake fluid flush. You really cannot go wrong with TPS, they really are a great team! I would highly encourage you taking your car there for general maintenance or for installing that supercharger. You wont go wrong!

Mike Mak and team have done an excellent job with upgrades for (2) of my vehicles a 2011 Shelby GT500 and 2012 F150 Raptor. Both received major upgrades to include Ken Bell and Whipple Superchargers with corresponding dyno tuning. Both performed exceptionally well with major Street-able HP and TQ Increases. They have always been there to help in a pinch and have done excellent work. I recently sold the Raptor which performed incredibly and reliably with Whipple SC for 150,000 miles! I haven’t stopped utilizing them as resource for performance parts and maintenance since 2011.

TPS motorsports installed my Whipple supercharger on my Dodge Durango SRT. They are very professional and explained why I should go with Whipple instead of pro charger and I really appreciate their service. The Durango runs awesome. I will definitely be back for more Upgrades.

Be aware buyers, this is a scammer, they are selling you what they’ don’t have on their website, they were charged my bank for an exhaust system, after 7 months I still have not received it yet. I was calling Mike for many times and he kept promise me my exhaust will be shipping out next week, but I don’t know how many the next week already passed.When an item is in back order or out of stock you should not charge your customers until that part is back in stock and ready to ship.I will report this company to it local authorities as a scammer very soon.

My first and last experience with TPS Motorsports.The owner (Mike Mac) was extremely condescending, impatient and rude. I placed an order for TPS long tube headers and an x pipe. I contacted him 3 times over a 2-month time frame and he complained I was calling him all the time. After each call he promised they would ship next week, but next week was always 2 or 3 weeks. He instead of explaining the situation patiently, talked down to me and was very condescending. He expected me to know that California has restricted the amount of people he is allowed to work, I’m in Florida. How am I supposed to know that? But that didn’t stop him from talking down to me and belittling me. Very unprofessional! I only moved forward with the purchase because it was my only option moneywise. So, I bit my tongue and put up with his behavior.There was a problem with the x pipe (It was too short on one side) so he needed to talk to my mechanic about it. All he did the whole time he was on the phone was bash and put me down. (He didn’t know my guy had me on speaker) Then he had the nerve to ask my guy if he would be interested in selling his products. Any chance of that was gone the second he started bashing and badmouthing me. This after he admitted to intentionally cutting the x pipe (This is why it wouldn’t fit properly) because as he put it, it was the wrong size for my car. But he did that because he felt I was being impatient. (3 calls in 2 months)Despite all this I think their exhaust is the best bang for the buck and still recommend to anyone looking for quality and a good price in long tubes and x pipe. Just avoid the owner and either order online or through customer service. But expect a long wait and lots of excuses if you deal with the owner.

Brought in my 2016 SS A10 camaro to Mike at TPS motor sports. Before my appointment I had gotten into an accident, Mike took care of me and said he could fix my ss and upgrade it at the same time. What a life saver. I asked to make my car into something that can run 10 second quarter miles. Was gonna stick with some NA upgrades but ended up getting a pro charger as Mike helped me realize it was a smarter thing to do. Now what people need to understand is that Mike has a lot of cars coming to him for obvious reasons. So if they are busy expect a wait but it’s worth it. Another thing is covid shipping on auto parts. That might take a while for some people and it’s out of any ones control, but Mike kept me informed through out. Overall I am very happy with the work Mike and his shop have done to my car. It’s my daily driven race car and I am amazed by the power it has now. All my engine work will be done with TPS motor sports and I will recommend him to all my friends.

They installed a Kenne Bell supercharger and upgraded the exhaust. Communication was excellent and the install was flawless. Since then, they handle all of my regular maintenance. Worked with Mike to get a custom built rear tailgate for our Jeep CJ5 powder coated. He was extremely flexible and responsive to my inquiries. There were a lot of parts that needed some cleanup (rust with fresh steel) so there was some prep work to be done and a lot of detail. He also did another bumper for me at the same time. The results were simply fantastic, delivered in a timely matter and it looks wonderful on the Jeep. Went through a wild ride around for nothing .

I purchased their 1 7/8 Headers for my C6 Corvette.The good: Affordable headers with quick shipping.The bad: Exhaust fitment was poor and had interference to bell housing and oil cooler lines. When I contacted TPS they said all headers were like that and then offered no help at all and after their initial response to my email just quit replying all together. Definitely will not do business again.

Custom performance and tow tune and Whipple Cooler for my 2019 F150 4x4. Best quick and friendly service. These guys really know their stuff and now my truck pulls my travel trailer like a dream. Usually don’t write reviews, but feel compelled to write thus one. I’ve searched around and have been referred around with negative results. I was looking for a reputable place to install side marker lights, Corsa Extreme Exhaust to my 2017 Grand Sport. I decided on TPS motor sports and happy I did. Although, approximately 70 miles from my house, I’m happy with the results. I’m also having them install carbon rear diffuser, an A&A supercharger charger kit, Carbon hood vent! I didn’t plan on this, but I know they will do a great job 👏

Do not buy from this place online. I cannot leave a review about their work quality, or in person service, but do not order from them online. What a joke. Terrible customer service. Im not about to write an essay for a review because thats what it would take to explain all the issues I had with them and Kenne Bell. Overall very dissatisfied with dealing with them as an online vendor, and if you think you will get support after they have your money, think again. I had to pay $650 for a local tune after they could not produce the custom tune I paid for. Mike, I think hes the owner, would forget about my concerns, not respond, and littleraly didnt seem to care about my issues. My Kenne Belle and subframes both said in stock on the website, took months to get, and I was given every corona excuse he could think of.The following is just one of the emails between us... If you use them, I wish you the best of luck. All the critical 1 and 2 star reviews are 100% accurate.No, that does not work for me. Ill just take the refund. You said if I sent the chip back Id get a $350 dollar refund. I didnt know you had forgotten you gave me $200 back. I told you and Mike from Kenne over Email and on forms I had to fill out for both you. I must have said I had 3.73 rear gears 12 times between the 2 of you. You even said you would make sure he knew. I have every email saved. And in the end it was still not done right, and then that wasnt rectified. Im sorry I didnt spend enough money with you guys to be any sort of priority for either of you. In the end, considering you gave me $200 back a few weeks ago, and another $150 now, it still cost me an EXTRA $300 to get a custom tune done locally because all I needed was a tune for a 3.73 gear. So no, Im not doing this with you guys anymore. Please just refund the $150.

If you don’t have the parts...you shouldn’t sell the parts. Just be honest with clients when your holding their $2000.I cancelled my order after 30 days and numerous delays and still no ship date. I was promised the exhaust would ship “next Friday”. It was always “next Friday”. I ordered from a different vendor and had the new exhaust in 3 days.

I will remain a loyal customer of TPS Motorsports. Initially, I had ordered Speed bleeders, Corbeau A4 seats, harnesses, and corresponding brackets for my C5 Z06. Unfortunately, the seats were on backorder from Corbeua. In a hurry to prep my car for racing season, Mike Mak was exceptional at recommending a different seat, refunding the difference, and promptly expedited the shipping. Most importantly, he answered several emails I sent, promptly within an hour received. Well done, TPS!

Talked to Mike about getting my manual transmission swapped on my 2011 Mustang, and everyone who knows, knows the MT-82 in this thing is made out of glass. I located a transmission that came out of a 2014.Some concerns were raised about my car after I poked around on the forums, such as the clutch may not fit the flywheel because some of the first run 2011s had 2010 flywheels. Mike researched all the parts, and found a clutch that would work for both, got all the parts in before I dropped off the car.Ed who is the head tech, is very knowledgeable and really kept me in the loop every step of the way. We ran into an issue where a solenoid was no longer present on the newer versions of the transmissions. Because this version was only in use for 2 it was very specific. Ed called me, told me the trouble, we talked it out, and he said hell do some research and come up a solution. 30 minutes later he came through with a workaround, and we were all set.They installed a clutch, everything for the replacement transmission, aftermarket short throw shifter and flushed the brake system for me. Upon picking up the car, Ed went over everything with me, and went over break in procedures for the clutch and anything that would need time to adjust.I will be bringing my cars there for all my future mods that I cant wrench myself.The TLDR version:My cars transmissions is trash, Mike found parts that I needed for a swap, Ed the lead tech worked on the car and did a great job. Every issue we ran into, TPS came up with a solution. You should not hesitate to bring your car to them.

I purchased powdered coated calipers over the summer along with other brake parts from TPS. Everything arrived on time and the quality was excellent. It really cleaned up the look of the car. I wouldnt hesitate to purchase products from them again. 👍

I purchased a kenne bell 2.9 liter mammoth supercharger kit through tps motorsports and had a very good experience. Mike and Caser always answered my messages and calls even when there was no news. I admit I was a little frustrated but Covid delayed everything. Overall, I had a very good experience and would highly recommend tps motorsports.The price of this kit was exceptional and far less than eBay or kenne bell direct.Keep up the good work! I’ll be back when it’s time for more upgrades!

I purchased a C7 Z51 brake upgrade kit from TPS and did not want or need everything in the kit. Mike was extremely helpful in getting me the upgrade items I wanted. The powder coating on the brake calipers is outstanding, I really like the color!I did run into a problem with the one caliper and although it did take a lot longer than I would have liked, it was taken care of.Communication was excellent and I even talked to him on the phone! Not really a fault considering the circumstances but I had a bit of a wait to receive my powder coated caliper set. The wait was worth it since the set looks great. TPS Motorsports did a great a job on my 2016 Corvette Z06. I had an aerodynamic wing and X-Pipe installed. The mechanics were experienced and took their time and installed everything perfectly. Mike was easy to communicate with as well and their price for the work was excellent. If you are in the Bay area I would give them a call. I will use them in the future.

I ordered a set of the TPS brand stainless long tube headers (C5 Corvette model) for a restomod project Im working on. I called TPS and spoke with Mike. He answered all of my questions and was great to work with. Excellent communication throughout.The headers shipped quickly and were received within a few days. They look great. They are definitely a high quality product. These particular headers come with and x pipe and connecting pipe all the way back to the axle. Everything is mandrel bent and the slip dit connection are nice snug. I definitely recommend their TPS brand stainless headers.
