Serviced my car here three times now with no problems so far. Timely and professional service! During the most recent service I was told my cabin filter and engine air filter needed replacement but was advised to hold off on paying for the engine filter because it was covered by my warranty at a mileage I was about to hit. Appreciated the openness and definitely coming back again.

Amazing and honest service dealer repair shop. I noticed my 2011 Sonata power steering little loose so I brought it to Capital Hyundai Service Center to check it out. It turned out the steering is fine, also gave my car overall check up on my 10 years old car with almost 169K on the meter was fine too. This pleasant news and was a surprised to me because the dealer always find something that needs to fix on an old car. I walked out the service center with a bill amount of zero dollar and that was a good day for me. Thank you very much to Capital Hyundai.
We took our car in for its regularly scheduled maintenance. As always, it was a smooth process. Because my daughter took the car in, I didnt know what came with each tier of service so Jonathan, the service advisor, emailed me the list and explained what they did for each additional item. I really appreciated his time and patience doing this. I also found out that I could have paid for it online once it was completed which is extremely convenient when my daughter takes it in but Im paying for it. Theyre efficient and dont keep me waiting unnecessarily by over-scheduling their appointments. They understand that my time is valuable as well.
From the respectable greeting on arrival, I didnt actually see the service but I assume they did it. It was routine warranted service and car wash! That was cool. They had paperwork describing what they did and the person actually told me to talk to them if I had any problems. This is a professional service and thank you very much.

Definitely not a happy customer. So many things went awry when I took my Hyundai in for service. First, the only reason I booked the oil change at the dealership was so they could diagnose an issue Ive been having with my starter but they told me that is a whole different type of service appointment and would require me to leave the car for a few days, which I wasnt prepared to do so that was disappointing. Second, it was very annoying and presumptuous when the guys at the service department directed all repair related advice to the man I was with instead of me. It is my car and Im responsible for maintaining it; he was there to give me a ride. Just because Im a woman doesnt mean I cant take care of my own car. Third, I went in for an oil change and they tried to upsell me to a service that was over $600. I just bought the car from them 6-months ago and it was a certified pre-owned vehicle. I find it hard to believe that Id need $600 worth of service and preventative maintenance after driving it for such a short period of time. Fourth, the bare minimum service they sold me was close to $150. Again, I was there for an oil change. Fifth, they werent able to wash my car because their car wash was broken. I realize the wash is a complementary service but it is one of the reasons you bring your car to the dealership for a simple oil change, right? Couldnt they have done a manual rinse or use the car wash at another adjacent dealership. I will never ever take my car there again.

I recently bought my car from this dealer and was (am) very happy with it, however, one feature wasnt working. After contacting technical support (it was a software issue) and running through their test protocols several times, they told me a particular item was defective and they would schedule an appointment with the service department for me.That didnt happen so eventually I contacted them myself and the soonest they could see me for this issue was a month out. I was told to drop the car off in the morning and be able to pick it up later in the afternoon. However, I did not hear from them for two days.When I finally got a hold of my advisor, he told me the technician hadnt even evaluated the issue yet, that would happen on Monday... (it was Saturday at that point). I didnt hear from anyone on Monday. By Tuesday I got a hold of my advisor, who arranged for a rental car to be picked up on Wednesday.However, by Wednesday I was finally informed that the item was indeed defective (which had been confirmed over a month ago), but by this time they would need to send out for the item to be replaced, which would take several additional days.Oh, and I could forget the rental car, because this wasnt a safety feature so the company wouldnt pay for it. (no matter that they had not taken care of my car in the time they had initially promised, and had my car for a week by this point.)Once the repair was actually happening, several days later, they did handle things within the two hour window and the advisor had my car washed as a little perk. Overall, Im quite disappointed with the whole experience.

Henry was very professional and efficient in his communication about my cars progress. It unexpectedly ended up needing to be kept there for 3 days, and after the last overnight extension Henry offered to have me set up with a rental car that he would cover for a night (I decided I didnt need this). The next morning, I was able to pick up my car quickly and smoothly. Everyone Ive seen on the team here is friendly and organized, which considering how busy they are, is much appreciated.

Went in for a pre-paid service on my 2021 Hyundai Kona that included an oil change, tire rotation, car wash, etc. and the service was amazing as always. Had to bring my 2017 Sonata for A/C issue and troubleshoot for an engine sound. Was seen by Javier the service adviser and Jessie performed the services. Got the A/C fixed and the noise is something to keep an eye on it. Great and on time service.
They sell you warranties and when it comes to it they try to change you, Freddy has bad customer service, his attitude is, if you like you can go somewhere else, if that was the case I wouldn’t of per paid the service

Alex took the time to explain what my car needed and didnt try to push extra servicing to my car. I’ve been here twice for service on my 2020 Palisades Limited. The first was to install my hitch and harness for towing. Job was pretty well done until I had to back down a driveway and the harness mount bottomed out and bent. Less than a week old. When I looked at it closely I realized that it could be mounted either top or bottom. I called to inquire about replacing the metal bracket and screws to be informed that it’s not available separately??? Glad I’m sort of handy as I was able to bend it back and cut off the bent screws and spray paint it to match again and top mount it. Believe me, if I can do that they too could have found a solution. I would encourage Hyundai to review the suggested mounting placement as I’m certain I’m not the only owner to have this issue. Makes zero sense to have anything mounted lower than the hitch if avoidable. This is avoidable. I just had my prepaid oil service and I can say that that went well. They even cleaned my car.

I have used this service center for 5 years. I liked professionalism and reasonable price of the center. It has been so until I realized the center raised oil change price sharply. Their price for the service is $91.81 (before tax). I used 10% discount coupon that was applied to the price.I used to using discount coupons whenever possible and paid regular price a few times over the past 5 years. Their regular price was $40 until a couple of years ago and $50 dollars last year.(My memory may not be accurate, but point is that it was very reasonable) This morning, I was surprised to see the sharp price increase but decided to accept the new price because time is more important to me.Then, before the end of the service, I found a service special that was offered by Stevens Creek Hyundai. The deal was $44.95 for oil change (synthetic oil), so I showed this deal to the representative. He said “I did make the price”.Now, I learned that I should not simply trust this service center any more. I will compare prices offered by nearby service centers.Unfortunately, this center does not open prices on the web appointment system as before. I need to be mindful.
This is the best Hyundai dealer service center in the Bay Area. They spent a week to diagnose a hidden sound that was hard to reproduce and replaced the part under warranty. My car was originally from New England and had some rust in the underbody, and the service staff dedicated a lot of effort (at no charge) to filter out the irrelevant creaking sound of rusted chassis components to correctly identify the problematic part. Jonathan Migleo was my advisor, and he was very professional and helpful in keeping me informed with updates during the car service.

Fantastic service. Noticed a number of issues with my Hyundai. Service coordinator Matt listened and took down excellent notes. Service team carefully checked my concerns and identified the issues. Was provided detailed list of necessary and suggested things to fix/replace. Repairs were finished the following day and all issues were resolved. Service coordinator Matt even contacted my extended warranty company, who are VERY difficult to deal with, and got them to cover the cost of some of the repairs. Was provided a complete maintenance report with photos and explanations for all work plus detailed invoice of parts and labor. Really great when taking your car in for service is a pleasurable experience. I live much closer to San Francisco than San Jose but it was well worth the drive to go here for the good service. I had a steering coupler failure on my 2012 Azera, I have been going to Capitol for 7 1/2 years and they have always been very friendly, professional. Well, they out did themselves with this issue. Ken, my service advisor went above and beyond for me, he called the powers to be and they helped by paying half of the cost of the coupler. The customer service I received and the goodwill from the company itself goes a long way with customer loyalty. My Azera has been serviced well over the years and because of that has continued to be a very reliable car. I have been treated with respect, honesty and fairly, that keeps me coming back.

As a person who doesnt know a lot about cars, I value that they take the time to explain the service to me in simple terms and I never feel swindled. They are professional and seem to work great together. They always take care of my car and treat me with respect as a customer. You can really see the great comradely energy they have for each other, I also love that the center and the bathrooms are clean and the waiting area. I love that I actually see the manager, he comes out of the office often to walk around and talk to his staff and actually helps out! imagine that, some management you dont ever see them actually help. I am just overall and pleased with the service so much, and they know me by name. The service agents are always busy but have a good attitude and always answers questions and when they dont know they go find out. Now that is service, treat others how you wish to be treated.

Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.I called a day ahead with the questions I had and was told I would get a call back, I never got the call. When I took my car in I asked the same question, Javier (Alex) said he would look into it. I asked the lady when I picked up my car who can I talk to about my warranty? She told me I can speak with anyone at the service desk. She directed me to Kevin and said he would be able to answer my questions.I asked about my warranty and Kevin flipped threw my paperwork and said wait to talk to Alex. Kevin was absolutely no help what so ever, I told him I had a meeting to get to and he still insisted I wait and he couldnt help.

I came here with my mom because she wanted to buy a new car and the staff at this location has done a great job in helping us pick a new car. Tommy Tran and Simmon Wong have done an excellent job in not only translating for my mom but being patient in her needs as a new shopper. They both explained everything she needed to hear and answered all her questions about the new car. Out of all the times we have been here, we never felt any pressure in buying a new or used car from this dealership even though we test drive multiple vehicles. Hyndai service department was very detailed with making sure they took care of me and the car during covid, dissinfecting the drivers area, covering the seats with plastic to make sure there was no contact. 7500 mile service to my 2018 Tucson SEL, always get great service every time I go here, from the guy out front to Jonathan my service advisor. Place is clean and the coffee is always hot and done in the amount of time quoted. Dealership took good care of the vehicle repairs once we called in to check if the parts had arrived. Parts arrived the prior week but no one called to schedule the repair. Also, vehicle repairs were complete but no one called to let us know. We called to check on our vehicle and then we found out it was ready. My last review was about no one answering my phone calls to the service dept. Communication still seems a concern,I realize the 2020 Palisade is new, but it has been out for at least 5 months. When I ask operational questions, the sales people dont have answers.I had the exterior and interior protectant applied to my vehicle. It has been available since October. I asked for the terms on what to expect and how to deal with issues. I was told the brochure is the only info. they have.I purchased my vehicle from Capitol Hyundai, I want it to be my go to dealership for my vehicle, hope I can get there.

From start to finish, a very good customer service experience. Starting with setting up the appointment - easy, quick and accommodating to my schedule. In the waiting line, the greeter met me with a smile. My service rep, Henry - helpful and efficient as usual. And I really appreciate the prompt and friendly service from David, the shuttle driver.

My car had a recall and they picked it up, repaired it, but also did a free multi point inspection which reveled that the timing belt and AC belt had cracks. I was able to get repaired at the same time which saved me money and prevented a more costly issue if timing belt had broke. Jon was my service advisor and kept me informed the whole process, as well as picked up and dropped off my car when completed. They also used a cleaning kit when dropping off to protect me during this time. Just an awesome experience all around.

I had the 30,000 miles service on my vehicle completed and have always had my maintenance service performed by the dealership. I could get my service performed by an independent, as I am retired and income is limited but the service is good and guaranteed and avoids issues with other warrantee service the vehicle may need. The cost is a tough pill to swallow and I would appreciate a Senior Discount to ease the pain. So I hope Tray can initiate such a Program.
July 12, 2020I purchased a used 2008 Mercedes C300. The sales person Eric Wong walked me to the car. The check engine light and tire malfunction light was illuminating. Eric said he had just put air and gas in the car, and I should turn off.The check engine light did go off, but then continued to illuminate.August 17, 2020I called Hyundai Service Center for a service appointment. They said to bring the car to them August 25, 2020.August 19, 2020I took the car directly to Mercedes Stevens Creek, since I had a third party warranty.September 9, 2020Smart Auto Care denied the pre-existing repairs. Approved for Check Engine Light repairs only.September 23, 2020I picked up the car from Mercedes Stevens Creek after paying a 100.00 deductible. Very poor customer service and rude staff.. I went there2 weeks ago they did not let me in made an appointment for 5pm just 5 minutes to 5 they cancelled it I went there and complained to sales person he told me I am calling you from personal phone you can not talk to me like that! The keneth was professional Jason M the manger was rude to me when it comes to close the deal. He told me I am tough to his sales person but I belive I had right to become upset when they cancelled my appointment.
Scheduled an appointment here through the online portal which was quick and easy. Upon arrival, I was greeted as soon as I pulled up and only had to wait about 5 mins to speak with a service advisor. What should have been a quick check-in process took a lot longer thanks to the dealership I bought the car from (NOT this one). The service advisor I was speaking to, Jon, went out of his way to contact that dealership to resolve the issue with my prepaid maintenance plan rather than telling me to go back to them to have it handled. I had a good experience here; I did not feel pressured, all of my questions were answered, and the service advisor was polite and professional. Maintenance itself (oil change/tire rotation) took a little more than an hour due to how busy they were that day but they returned my car even cleaner than I had left it by washing it after service was finished. Overall a good experience and Ill definitely be bringing my car back here for service from now on.

I brought my car to Capitol Hyundai for service many times. I have had repeated issues with my car, time and time again they have mentioned that they cannot get the car to exhibit the problem I am experiencing. Finally after two recalls on my car and the check engine light, ITS THE TRANSMISSION!!!! their technicians have failed to do a thorough inspection on my car to find the problem originally.I give them my car to fix they keep it for 20 DAYS! After being told I would only have to be with out my car for 4-5 days. THESE VERY SMART GUYS ORDERED THE WRONG PARTS. THE CAR IS STILL NOT FIXED. AND NOW MY SPEEDOMETER DOESNT WORK AND I HAVE TO TAKE MY CAR IN AGAIN!!!!!!Now I am fighting with them about paying for the rental car after they had kept my car longer than expected!DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Tray Nichols doesnt care about any of the customers or the service the technicians fail to provide.

I had my 2019 Santa Fe serviced the day after Thanksgiving. John Migleo has been my service advisor so far (2 times) and he has taken very good care of us. The people we have had interaction with at the service department have been very nice. Would highly recommend.
At first I wasnt happy with the sales experience & post followup with the with the sales rep. However, after giving back my feedback with the general manager Khaled, he more than exceeded my expectations to address the issues I was concerned about. He even made sure the sales rep reached out to clear out any misunderstandings. It really did change my perspective of the car dealership as a customer focused model than the cold sales driven model of the past.Aside from that, everyone else there has extremely willing to help. Service has been great!
Recently purchased a Hyundai and immediately I was approached with a smile. Steven showed me many Hyundais and throughly explained the features in comparison to other Hyundais. Steven definitely knew his material and can tell he has been in this industry for many years. Khaled patiently went through finance process and worked within my budget the best he could. Great guy with a huge personality. Felt like Ive known him for years. I appreciated that neither of them added pressure or an urgency for me to make a decision like common salesmen. They made me feel comfortable! Simon thoroughly explained all the features in my new car. Im not tech savvy so that took some time and he was great! John wrapped it all up as he handled finances. Great bunch of guys. They made my purchase effortless and extremely comfortable. All these guys at Capitol Hyundai did an amazing job!! So glad I went to this location!!
Took two-plus weeks to get it an appointment for Diagnostic on my 2020 Hyundai Palisade. I was told I could not get a rental until after they found the problem and if it was something that Hyundai would cover. My appointment was for 7:30 a.m. at 2:30 received text my car was still in line to be worked on and the the manager had approved a rental car at any Enterprise hour and a half later contacted Enterprise couldnt find the order finally got the rental closest to my house. My car was ready the next day and had no way to drop off rental was advised by the service writer I could drop it off at the Enterprise by them since they dont have a shuttle or any help they did find the problem which is a good thing hoping I can take my car to Stevens Creek to get repaired when the part comes in three weeks from now. When I went to pick up my car at the service writer about the rental and he said they couldnt okay it until after they found the problem which was a lie I got the rental before they found the problem
Rear curtain broke at 50,200 mile . Try replaced it at no charge and gave me a free loner while work was being doneGreat service and great carThank you Tray
I came here for the regular vehicle care; staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy the waiting time with a cup of coffee, tv shows provided by them. I have a great experience there
