Excellent service and supet nice guys!!We were stranded on the side of the freeway after a hose broke in our car and they quickly got us in and back on the road in no time! I cant thank Han enough for making us feel like we were in the best hands. Even staff was the friendliest. We broke down off the Interstate and he was able to help us. We were 2,000 miles from home. We have a new friend who we hope to return the favor to. He made a very stressful and tough situation into something manageable and less stressful.

Han and his staff are great mechanics his prices are great you cant ask for better pricing. My son bought a use Dodge 07 year and Han kept me continuously updated on the work status due to Covid-19 it was nearly impossible to get the parts it required but Han was able to get parts from out of state so a bit of delay but over all a great job my sons car run good. Han also serviced my older van which I keep for my two dogs and no problems till this day with his work. My other son takes his car to Han shop as while always receives great service my son is the one who took me and my other son to Hans shop and we wouldnt go any where else Han shop is the only place we trust with are vehicles. If you get voice mail Han calls you back with in minutes or if you text his he calls you back.

Very happy with this place. I found this place a year ago when I my car got a problem with fuel system. It needed to be fixed ASAP but it was a weekend. I had to tow my car two times because of misinformation of the other companies. He fixed it within a couple hours and he is my favorite mechanic now. I go to him any time when I feel like something isnt right with a car!

Worst service + bluffing customers.They charge you money and when the car is not fixed as they dont know what the root cause is, they ask you to wait as they are finding a solution to fix the problem. They never accept your call in the while you are waiting hoping that they will reach out to you.You loose your money and your time expecting they will fix the problem.Worst service.

I drove up from Los Angeles to Santa Clara to see the 49er vs. Dallas game(10/2/2016). When we went out to get dinner that Saturday night my engine started shaking and would barely stay idling, there was no way it would make it back to the hotel, let alone back to LA after the game. AAA towed us back to the hotel and we looked up mechanics that would be open on Sunday, there are very few of them and the ones that are open on Sundays have very short hours. I thought there was no way we would be able to get it fixed in time to drive home after the game so we could get to work on Monday morning. The next morning we started calling places that were supposed to be open and were getting answering machines and disconnect notices. I was losing hope. I called Hans auto and got their machine, but a minute later he called me back. I was certain I couldnt see the whole game and make it to any shop before they closed, but Han said he would make arrangements for me to pick it up after the game. I was also not optimistic about being treated fairly by a mechanic I didnt know, hundreds of miles away from home. I figured they had me over a barrel, but they did the work and I looked up the prices for the parts on the web afterwards and saw that Han was very fair and reasonable. Hans saved the day for us, and we made it home on schedule, and my car is running perfectly. Now if he could have only helped the Niners win that day...I never write reviews, but if you are in Santa Clara, and you dont know which mechanic you can trust, I want you to know this shop really came through for me. They are crooks and thieves. They charge 3 or 4 times real cost for a starter. If you are not an expert on the cost of the car repair they are going to take advantage of that.
