I took my 2007 Volvo XC70 here after a cross country road trip that resulted in quite a lot of maintenance needs and I couldn’t be more happy with the service! They were quick, communicated everything with me along the way, went above and beyond to get my car in tip top shape, and were just an overall pleasure to work with. Mason took the time to look at my car with me and listen to my history with the car and what I suspected was wrong. Sean was incredibly friendly and made the experience enjoyable with his awesome attitude. I will absolutely come here again in the future! To make things short, look no further if you are after an A+ repair shop for your European car. The shop specializes in BMW and Mini, but of course does a great job with other manufacturers as well.I found this shop on Google when looking for an alternative to the Audi dealership. My wifes Audi just needed an oil change and an inspection to make sure everything was in order.FLE has earned my exclusive business moving forward as it was a great experience from start to finish. They answered my call on the first ring, got me scheduled and appointment confirmed in no time. When I dropped the car off the gentleman checking me in met me in the parking lot and opened the door for me. My first impression of the office and shop itself was that every square inch was immaculately clean. In my experience a business / shop this clean is about the biggest green flag you can hope for when trusting your vehicle to be serviced properly. Everyone I interacted with was a complete professional, I felt completely at ease that my car was going to be cared for in a first class manner.They of course got the work done faster than expected and I was on my way. I have nothing left to say other than I look forward to doing business again in the future.

They dont care about your car and your cars issue. They just want to earn your money with no effort.I brought my car to them for diagnose a strange light rattle noise issue which worries me a lot. But They just listing out a lot non-related service items which cost you several thousands to perform. And when asked them whether my issue will be fixed with such big cost, they just say maybe ambiguously. And they even being sarcastic on me when I decide not to go with them.After two weeks I succeed to find the issue my self. Its just a tiny rock on my exhaust pipe muffler. Jesus, I dropped my car to them for check a whole day, apparently they dont bother to check your car carefully, and just want to list out non-related small problems to scare you and rush into repair with them.Now I understand why their shop are so clean and beautiful, its your easy money they earned without doing serious work.

As always the team did a great job repairing my x5 diesel. I had an issue with the diesel SCR tank. The team identified the problem, had the parts the next day and car was ready in less than 24 hours. Great service!

Mason was amazing. I purchased a used car that had major Undisclosed problems. He did a thorough diagnosis that resulted in an $8000 estimate of repair. I don’t think I could in any way convince him to repair the car even with the $8000 estimate. The photos he took of the undisclosed damage to the car helped me to get a FULL refund on that vehicle. This was our first time using Fast Lane European. They provided knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service for the brakes on my BMW.

We are looking at purchasing a used Audi and asked for a vehicle inspection. Mason was able to fit us in and give us an assessment of the vehicle in a timely manner over the holidays. Fast Lane currently takes care of my BMW, my Volvos, providing excellent service, and maybe soon Ill be adding an Audi.

I had already received an estimate of a lot of upcoming work on our 2012 X3/2.8. I went to Fast Lane for a second opinion and found them to be clear and straight about what they saw troubling in our car. At the end, we end up spending about 60 percent of what the dealers estimate and the car has not performed this well in years. So very happy and highly recommend them

2014 BMW 528i. Mason was able to diagnose the cause of my engine and drivetrain light quickly. His shop was lightning fast with the repair and service. Im not a car guy, so Mason was able to explain the issues clearly and get me back on the road. His service is very reasonable. I took my Mini JCW here to have its brakes serviced. I had previously gotten an estimate from the dealer and wanted a second option. Mason was great in communicating the issues and options and I saved money over the dealer! He also identified an issue with the engine mount and showed me the issue, fortunately under warranty, so back to the dealer for that and things are all tip top.

Thoroughly professional with proper Covid-19 care. Proper car inspection even beyond scope of regular work. My car had an issue that I couldnt have detected on my own. The engineers at Fastlane identified the issue and connected me to the dealership to ensure its properly taken care of under warranty.

The car was ready in less than 2 days and they set me up with a free rental car from Enterprise. The icing was that my car got the best car wash and interior cleaning -- better than Ive gotten at an expensive car wash. Such a nice surprise at pick up! I spent $5,000.00 to get my Mini fix. Hoping they have taken care everything fix for my car. Practically trust them that my car will run for awhile.They said that they will give a year waranty for the engine that they fix.Just 3 days driving the mini the engine lights come on. I text them the problem.I tow the car back to them over heated. Charges me diagnostic fee of $160.00 & charging me $1000.00 for thermostat housing crack.Towed my car back to my house.Im upset for spending that much money for my car. But I have to give credit to Mason.Mason really tries to help in making sure that the car is running in good condition before he gave to me. He has given me more than enough discount for the work they did on the Car. He didnt charge me for fixing the turbo shifter. I give thanks to the mechanic that fixes my car, I know that when I brought my car to Fast Lane it has all kind of problems already.I just want to thank Mason again. Hes a guy to go too.

This is my first service with Fast Lane European, and Ill definitely be bringing my 2014 535d (diesel) back to mason for regular maintenance. Mason is prompt, professional, and thorough. I brought the car to him with an engine code for the #1 injector, and a broken windshield. I dropped the car off early, prior to opening. The car was evaluated with recommendations by 10am. We discussed the various aspects of the DEF emissions system, and I opted to replace all 6 injectors. Im delighted to say, Ive got more power and better performance than when I purchased the car with 4k miles. Ive got 140k now. Mason also replaced a damaged skid plate, and noticed some transmission seals were worn, so I opted to fix that as well. Good, solid, honest mechanic. Fast Lane European pays to have access to BMWs technical documents and has the technical expertise of the dealership, without the hard sell.

I’ve been searching for an auto service shop and got this with a good rating and I was not wrong in choosing them over the other shop I found since they did an excellent job in fixing the problems in my bmw 330i. They even fixed the loose window trim in my car for free and I really appreciate it. Mason also did a good job in explaining all the problems in my car before and what they did to fix it. My experience with Fast Lane European was great! Mason and his team are very sound technically, for BMW in my case. Mason is very thorough and holds high standards for his work. I think he genuinely cares about having cars performing at their best. He would do his best to accommodate me so he could have enough time to do the best job. That gave me a very assuring feeling.I have been to other BMW specialists before. I think Fast Lane European is better than the rest. However, the pricing reflects that as well. They use genuine BMW parts only at original price. So for important jobs I would recommend FLE because I trust them to get the job done right. For routine stuff I would probably consider other shops first due to the cost.

These guys are honest mechanics, who have the integrity to tell you exactly what needs to be done, good or bad. I brought a recently purchased vehicle to them after the check engine light came on. Without their help I would have never have been able to resolve the situation with the previous owner. I think that their costs are reasonable, and not bloated. My only regret is that they only work on European cars!

I brought my 2001 BMWvert in for an oil leak repair after getting another quote for the job at a local place and Mason was willing to do the job for a fair price, less than my other quote and I am very pleased with the service. They steam cleaned the underneath, washed and vacuumed the car too which was extra nice. Would highly recommend!

His documentation is top notch, and essentially you get concierge service for free. Does not matter if it is a brand new car or one that is so old it is exempt from smog. Excellent work was performed by the Fast Lane European to diagnose engine valve problem with my BMW X5 35d and to perform its repair.Before going to Fast Lane European, I went to another auto shop in Milpitas, CA multiple times, but problem was not properly diagnosed and I was charged for unnecessary parts replacement.
