These guys are great. Now my go to place for my automotive work.This time worked on 99 GMC Suburban with 233K miles. Replace rear shocks with correct type for towing, flushed brake fluid, transmission maintenance, belt was starting to crack, replaced. Major front end and steering work, alignment, couple other items. Dropped truck off Mon morning drove home Wed afternoon. Steve always called on status, and helped a bunch. B & C Auto Center knows their stuff. From our 65 Mustang to 99 Suburban. Highly recommend this shop!!!

First thing that I noticed, was that they called me right away when I requested an appt. Right off the bat, they were attentive and reliable with that simple act. My Toyota Prius was in dire need of repair so I took it in with the sole purpose of addressing one thing in particular, but Steve went above and beyond in addressing other issues that were putting myself safety in danger or that I didnt think to ask about. He was thorough, honest, super friendly, always kept good communication and his services were reasonably priced. My car was fixed in a day with no complications. I will MOST DEFINITELY be coming back and highly recommend B&C Auto.

These guys took care of my Turbo, oil leak, brake problems and were efficient and fair. I finally got to use my Carmax extended warranty and most of my repairs were covered. The guys kept me informed about my repairs and were excellent at answering all the questions I had. I am now a customer of B&C Auto. I will take my car there even after my warranty expires.

First time use this service in my neighborhood. People are nice and friendly. I have my car towed there on Saturday, they are not open but let park inside the gate. They check it Monday, determined it was the battery, so they replace and check the rest of the car. I came to p/u the car on Tuesday. Bill was $325 for replace a battery. I thought it was a little high for just a battery, other then that it was ok.

So before the purchase, I took the car for a full inspection to B&C auto center.First of all, theyre super communicative and welcoming. They gave me a full work-up, no holds barred. They were super quick about it (around half a day) and I got an honest, helpful report. They even gave me detailed answers to the questions I had about the report itself afterwards.Steven (apologies if I got the spelling wrong) is the resident Marvel+DC+pop culture expert and threw in an exciting discussion about the marvel Phase 4.Im now the satisfied owner of a Ford focus 2016!

This visit my car had a simple oil change. I’ve been taking my car to B&C for a long time now, for both big and small jobs. You will not find a team more trustworthy and more knowledgeable than this crew. Steve, Derek and their team are the most helpful that I know of in the South Bay. If you are looking to take your car in for a engine-light check-up, or for regular maintenance, give these guys a chance. They do not disappoint.

Had to bring my car in for a noise possibly the alternator and after a real quick check in the engine, it was definitely my alternator. They kept my car over night and accommodated the fact that we had plans that weekend. Very truthful about the diagnostic and the procedure to fix it, the timeframe was amazing. We will be recommending and take our vehicles there from here on out. We appreciate this company

Went in to get my cars air conditioning fixed. They were super professional and helpful. They did a full car inspection and pointed out other issues that the car might have in the future. Really reasonable price, friendly staff and quality service.

Having worked at a dealership for several years, I saw the ins and outs of the service industry. Many dealers and independent shops will try to persuade you to get service on your vehicle that may not be necessary but will drive up the repair cost. Not this shop. This is shop is honest, reliable and will let you know exactly what needs to be done to get your vehicle operating safe and back on the road and they won’t charge an arm and a leg to do it. After two other Auto Centers, one being a Chevy Dealer, attempted to diagnose why My 2006 Chevy Silverados Engine Light was staying on, with no definite answer, I was referred, by a Family Member, to B & C Auto Service. They were very cordial, and, I felt, honest. They informed Me they would perform a Diagnostic Test, and contact Me, as soon as the problem is determined. I received a call, the following day, and they said they believe they found the problem, and gave Me a High Estimate, and a Low Estimate. They kept it for a week, and called to inform Me the repair was made, and My Vehicle was ready to be picked up. I was a Satisfied Customer, and, will contact B & C for future maintenance or repairs.

Towed my 2006 Volkswagen beetle. The car wasnt running. I bought the car second hand so I was wondering about the timing belt and brakes. Ended up fixing it, said the timing belt and brakes were fine. I trust these guys 110%

Ive had work done that was still under their warranty, and they made sure to stand by their warranty and take of it, even though it may have been a part-issue more than a service issue. Since I had a discount coupon, it was inexpensive, and never did they pressure me to do other work, thus jacking up my cost. (They did recommend a service on my next visit, which was nice, as it gives me time to consider it and be ready for it, rather than being slammed while I was there expecting the low cost. Hooray for them!) The whole experience was very pleasant, and I will be back for sure.

They have the most important skills I can think of for an auto repair shop - they are competent and trustworthy. When they figure out whats wrong, they explain and tell you how severe the issue is. I love this place.

Service was excellent and wait was just what they said it would be. Bathroom was very clean and sanitary. Price was very reasonable. Location was a little hard to find at first but just keep going down the driveway, its at the very end.Personnel was very friendly and professional.

Great auto repair shop, quality work, honest value!

A previous shop left my friends car not running :-( I took my friends car to B&C for a second opinion. They diagnosed the problem quickly and now the car is running great again! The previous shop was treating symptoms, so the problem came back soon after driving it off their lot. However, B&C found the root cause and performed the correct repair. The previous shop had the car for 3 weeks and couldnt fix it properly. B&C had it for less than 2 days and its running perfectly now. Im a happy and loyal customer!
