This place is absolutely fantastic. I went for a simple tire rotation but got a comprehensive inspection report from them. I really appreciate the transparency as well. I had a wonderful experience doing an annual maintenance visit, which included oil change, filter change, and tire rotation. Their website is amazingly clear and helpful. Inspection was included, and they send text updates and a full online inspection report (including photos of your own care) in real time for review and approval prior to adding on additional services/costs. Check-in and check-out were very smooth. I was super impressed with how well they are using technology (website, texts, etc) to make this process transparent and, indeed, less stressful. Prices seemed reasonable/what I was expecting based on prior research. I plan to use them again and will recommend them to friends!

Scheduled an appointment Friday to have tires installed on the following Monday. My car takes slightly unusual tires... Different sizes front and rear and asymmetrical tread. So its important to pay attention when mounting them. Tires Unlimited did a flawless job and took a brief test drive to make sure everything was working properly.They also checked my car in with a very short waiting time and turned the installation around very quickly. The waiting area is clean and comfortable and they have Wi-Fi and even a few chargers in case you run low on juice.Wrapping up, service was great, prices were reasonable with no hidden charges, and Chris was super helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended and I will certainly do business with them again.

Rhett was absolutely AMAZING!! Going home to Sacramento on a Sunday I had caught a flat tire, probably the worst possible day to get a flat tire when youre two hours away from home. He told me they were completely booked, but after looking at my car, he was able to squeeze me in and replace my tire. After replacing the tire, his mechanic even drove my car around the block to make sure everything was good to go.The service was great and I would 100% absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Got new tires, alignment, fixed AC, and an oil change. I usually gage a lot of businesses by how happy the employees are and when I called the first time, Gene picked up to help me and I can hear laughter in the background. Super great sign to me.Also as a woman, Im often very aware of going to shops and dealerships alone expecting to folks to try to take advantage or upsell me, but I know more than most people think so I can tell right away. And I never got any indication of that here. Working with Gene was very pleasant, the techs worked quick, and my car drives so much better now!Very happy with my first visit, very happy with the team here. Stress Free auto care.... this is as close as is possible to get to a stress free mechanic/repair shop. I started patronizing Tires Unlimited when they were at the Kirkwood Center facility, and continue to take as much of my automotive maintenance issues to Gene and the team as they can handle.I contracted them to replace my worn out transmission, as well as deal with the deteriorating engine and transmission mounts. The job took on a life of its own once they started, and with each issue, Gene or Tim would contact me and talk through the situation omitting no details and supplying alternate solutions.As for the completed work, it was done to the highest quality. My job required the engine and transmission removal (not trivial) and the attention to detail in all aspects shows. The vehicle not only runs better - as expected - but Tim took the time to detail the little items often overlooked so that when I received her back, the engine compartment looked better too!Ive come to ask mechanics about jobs I have interest in getting done on my vehicles. Tim and Dave are the lead mechanics and always tell me straight if what Im asking them to do is in their comfort zone. As a picky customer, I feel no sense of angst or trepidation leaving my vehicles in their capable hands!!So, long winded but bottom line; go see Gene or Rhett at the desk and ask them about any and every automotive issue you may want serviced. They can and do handle most all issues. I can honestly say that Ive never had a bad experience here. Theyve always been professional and taken care of things promptly. Even though they had to replace one of the parts they installed per warranty, they did so without hesitation and were honest about the situation. While everyone makes mistakes, I can say that here they almost never do and even when it happens they will not delay in correcting the matter.

After a terrible experience at Honda down the road (they charged me over $600 for an oil change by tacking on a ton of stuff I did not approve) I was hesitant to find a new repair shop. So glad I took the chance here! I have had my oil changed, new tires installed, and wheel alignment so far. They are extremely efficient, upfront with pricing, friendly, willing to price match tires etc. I was able to have the exact tires I wanted installed next day after requesting a price match the evening before. I think the pricing here is fair and they have not pressured me to have any services I dont need. Both Gene and Rhett were professional and friendly. Gene was nice enough to offer advice over the phone on how I could clean the corrosion on my battery myself, no pressure or pushback to have them do it. I think my favorite part was the website they provide with the comprehensive check breakdown for your car. Easy to understand and included photos of each area! Far better than a half faded print out handed to you after you are already picking up your car. I have already recommended this location to several friends in the area and will continue to return here.

As a new customer, I wish I had the positive experience most other reviewers had, however I had the most unprofessional and disappointing experience and interaction with Gene without even stepping foot in the building.Long story short -- had to have my car towed to my appointment, the tow truck driver put my car on the wrong side of the building (up against Tires Unlimiteds building, in front of their sign, but facing Pep Boys). By 1pm when I had received no updates about my car, I called them. Keep in mind, my appointment was at 830a, I spoke directly to Gene at 750a letting him know I had to get my car towed in, then again to another employee at 10a, called twice around 1p (got no answer), then finally spoke directly to Gene at 2p asking about the status of my car.Gene said he was still waiting on my car to arrive!! No one ever called me to ask that, or Id have told them I got confirmation from the tow company that it was dropped off. Gene told me I had to call the tow company to bring it around the other side of the building. He was extremely rude and unprofessional - asking if I expected him to push my car over. He acted like it wasnt his problem and couldnt be bothered to call me to ask where my car was.My sister strongly recommended this place, she even went in to see if they had my car while I was working and came back and said Gene was in a mood and shes never seen him like that.Needless to say, my car was never worked on. I dont know if there are some kind of turf wars going on with Gene and Pep Boys but thats what it seemed like to me.If Gene had handled the situation differently, I might give them another try. But this is quite possibly the worst customer service experience Ive ever had. He just lost the business of three regular customers and a new one.

They were super friendly and professional, and had a very flexible schedule.I ordered my tires and had them delivered to them, called the day they were delivered and was able to schedule and install and alignment same-day.On top of everything, they have text message status updates and even text you a link to a copy of the inspection form *with* pictures.They offered affordable prices and weren’t pushy recommending any extra services. This is what all auto shops should be like.

As a woman taking your car in for service, you are always skeptical of quotes and I genuinely felt like he was quoting honestly and broke down all the costs so there were no hidden charges! This shop has a NEST camera so you can watch them work on your car in real time??! Very comforting!Clean waiting room, with amenities like Keurig, flat screen tv, music playing, and my favorite, a workstation facing the street with multiple phone chargers and outlets! Rhett gave excellent service, very knowledgeable and professional. I had my tires replaced and was very happy with the outcome. They did notice my breaks needed replacement so they also did that. Note: they charge $165 and hour, so considering the breaks and installation of a lift kit, it came out to $2100. So it was above what I expected when it came to budget but overall great service with speed.

I got a reasonable quote on the phone so I went in with the busted tire and they fixed it for me right away.Their business is tech savvy. They should call this tires limited. I came in 3/27/20 and bought 4 new tires . I came in to fix a screw in my tire . Now, I need new front tires and it’s been 14,000 miles on 24,000 mile warranty. Also, it’s only been 16 months on a 24 month warranty. I won’t be going to this place again . And will post on all my social media platforms.

I had a car alignment and bought from the same shop 2 new front Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires that came from Tirerack in a different place that has expertise with track cars and Porsches. I brought the car to the original place 2 more times since I had bad vibrations in the steering but their equipment was useless. I called Hunter Engineering specialized in high end balancing equipment to tell me where their latest equipment for Road Force Balancing was sold in the region. One of the references was Tires Unlimited. I took an appointment and dropped the car in the afternoon. I picked up the car the next day. They told me that the Road force was corrected from 46 lbs to 13 lbs on each of the front tires.Did a road test on my way home and could feel drastically the difference but was expecting results under 10 lbs. I am please with the results but not with Michelin. Looks that their quality has dropped drastically and wonder if it should remain a good buy in the future for Porsche owners!

I just went in for my free tire rotation. I was in & out in 30 mins. I’ve been using Tires Unlimited for about 20+ years. They know what they’re doing, but even more importantly, they’re honest. I trust everything they say, and so far they’ve never steered me wrong.

Unfortunately, their technicians dont know how to check engine oil level on newer vehicles. My cars inspection report said No dip stick unable to check.Also, apparently my vehicle is special I guess, because two technicians had to be inside for the test drive after the new tires were installed, which the drive took about 10min. And then another test drive with two technicians inside again after the alignment. But this time is different. It is a shorter test drive and only one technician returned. Go figure.What I was disappointed at is that the wheels were not cleaned after they installed the new tires. There were grease left everywhere on the rims and tires and there were no evidence that they tried to remove some of it. It cleared up a little bit after the grease dried up the next day, but this would have not been an issue if they couldve just cleaned them before handing the keys back to me.Also, I was expecting plastic/paper sheets on the chairs and paper mats on the floor since their technicians were in it for the test drives, but there was nothing. I think these two occasions are unacceptable.

Great, professional and efficient customer service. Had my car towed to pep boys behind the shop which closed for the day. Rhett came out to look at my car, quickly researched what would need to be ordered, gave an estimate and actually had everything fixed in less than a day. He even recommended an alternative method to inflate my spare (Slime tire plug) so he could help me push the car into their lot, when I explained pep boys was closed he offered to order it for me. (I had a free tow so it wasn’t necessary) but wow. Oh. They even send you live video feed of your car being worked on. Not that I felt inclined to watch for more than a few seconds Bc that kind of transparency instilled the utmost faith.

What I like most about Stress-Free Automotive is that they dont try to push for more sales. They give you a diagnosis, then they give you cost-effective options and recommendations, and thats it - you choose whats within your budget. Awesome place to take your car. We took our Mazda in to get the lights converted to LED. Rhett was very knowledgeable and helped us out. Our lights were a pain to change because they were wedged behind the wheel well. They had to remove the entire front bumper in order to properly install the new lights.

Really easy to make an appointment. They get you in really quick, both times Ive been there theyve had it finished before the estimated time. They are also really thorough. I went to a different place a few weeks before taking my car here, and asked that place to check out my car to see whats wrong, he said everything was good. Everything was not good. I had numerous issues that needed to get fixed, stress free auto detailed everything in a list, outlined what was urgent and what could wait. I talked to Gene and he was honest, told me I could wait a few months on some of the things. Car repairs are expensive, I deffered half the work. A little over two months later my battery died and i needed to come back.. I shoped around a little but and the quotes I got were comparable for the control arm, and more expensive for getting my battery replaced. Im not going to take my car anywhere else, this place is so thorough. Gene is super helpful! They send text updates, and they have a shop camera, and they send you the feed so you can see when your car is being worked on!

I have had my share of rough and dishonest repair shops.Not only they charged posted price but also do extra service like digital inspection in very pleasant manner.Customer waiting area was stocked with coffee and teas and free WiFi was provided with all kinds of cell phone chargers on the table.On the wall, there was a monitor that showing the progress of services on each bays.I was expecting some kinds of sales pitch or extra work request, but none came. It is very refreshing to find this honest business.
