They are always helpful. Most of the time they have what I need but if they dont they go out of their way to find it.

They were supposed polite and respectful, they gave me coffee and ice cold water while I waited. They charged me very low for labor and parts and got my car fixed quickly. As a single mom of two, I really appreciate honest mechanics ! I love this place and I will be back

Place is now on 709 Coleman avenue. Came in to change tires and instead of what agreed on, they installed a different brand. None were balanced . Asked if breaks were good to go on the vehicle for a trip to Yosemite. The mechanic Francisco said they were good for another 4 months and had 40 percent remaining. Coming back from the Yosemite, had to stop due toEmergency. Noise was coming from the breaks. The mechanic at another place discovered that the mechanic at tires and customs wheels has not checked the breaks on another side. The break was completely gone. Now I have to change rotors. It is a job of the mechanic to check both sides of the breaks before it causes the additional damage.

The crew here is great. I called for an alignment and new tires. Misa answered the phone and got me in right away. Melissa at the front desk is a great face for the company and helped me figure out what we can do. They offer acima credit for those who need help with payments. Went in for a bent rim, turns out my tire was warped and destroyed with a nail inside it too. They got me two used tires with almost all the tread still on them, fixed the rim like new, and did it in about 30 minutes for $200. Amazing service and prices. I could not speak highly enough of how professional and quick the service was with amazing prices.

As usual theyll ask you for the highest markup price, so you must negotiate. The guy lied to me, saying my Ironman 185/65R15 costs $100 each. They cost $53. They charged me $200 (labor included) to replace two rear tires. Not the worst thing in the world. But ok

Came for a quick patch due to a giant nail in my tire. I showed up 20 minutes to closing on a Saturday night and the associates were happy to help they made a quick patch within 5 minutes and it was a great deal very reasonable $10. The associate Angel did the repair throughly and Pedro and Jose were very personable. I thoroughly recommend stoping by for any tire related needs.

Took my car for alignment. When I returned to pick it up, I was told there was damage to my camber kit (I do not have a camber kit on my car) so they were not able to do the alignment. They said it would cost $390.00 to get it repaired and then have the alignment done. I took it to another shop and they did the alignment and they never mentioned any damage to a camber kit that I do not have.
