Good service. Stopped by for oil maintenance due. They also checked out engine air filter, cabin air filter, and all wiper blades - recommended if required to replace.They also washed all windows in my van, checked tire pressure on all 4; vacuumed only on driver side - not all area.

I went to this location to have my oil changed today. The technicians were quick, helpful, and competent. My only complaint is that the bathroom for customers is not working.

My brakes were done for a better price at this location. Very kind!

Worst oil change place ever!! I just changed my oil, and 2 mins drive after all signs popped up and car stopped moving. I was blocking the way super frustrated. I don’t know what they did to my car but it completely stopped working. Worst experience ever!!! Do not go to this place!

Ive been going to this Jiffy Lube since high school. Ive visited other Jiffy Lubes, but this one has the best people and personality to it. Theyre quick and get the job done right and go over all other things car maintenance thats extremely helpful. Ive been coming for more than 10 years and heres for 10 more years.

I came here for a battery replacement and Omar immediately helped me out. I was able to stay in my car with my kid (very grateful because this made it more comfortable for her). Because I took too long to replace the battery, there was damage to the bolts but the guys helped me out and got me up and running in no time. I appreciate them all. Everyone wore masks and maintained social distancing. I’ll be back in a few weeks for an oil change.

Drove in employees very nice took me to waiting area.Came and got me before starting work and showed me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Went back to waiting area. They also have windows in the shop so you can see employees work on the vehicles. Came in 15min later done with my oil change.Would definitely return.

Said car was done, got inside and glove box pulled apart and dirty air filter on my cloth seat. There were only two cars there.

I’ve been going here since my first car fresh out of high school. That was over ten years ago. I love the service, the professionalism and the smiles the team always has.

I especially like the no-contact service, COVID-19 compliance. Technicians are friendly, efficient, and they cost less than the dealers.

Have been to Hillsdale Jiffy Lube many times, and they do a good job on the vehicles I have taken there. Pricing is good, and there are always coupons available. They show you service options for your call, and you can take them if you want. Usually they are less crowded in the mornings during the week, than in the afternoons or weekends.

This is the jiffy to go to! They are honest and fast! I was a little hesitant about going to Jiffy lube, because I did not have good experiences at other Jiffy Lube‘s. The other jiffy on Campbell close to 17 across the street from the Shell gas station is horrible and is highway robbery the last two times I went there. But this Jiffy Lube the one by target on Camden and Hillsdale is amazing. The staff is honest and do not try and sell you a bunch of unneeded items, and they will be honest about when you really need to come back for service. My service tech also was able to work with me, and make sure that the work that I was getting done was within my price range that I could afford

Perfunctory service at a premium. Jiffy was not part of that premium. 4 employees. 1 customer. 2 hours. Service that I had plenty of time to learn how to do on my own using YouTube (not on free wifi) that should normally have taken about 20-30 minutes.

Always been great customer service, knowledgeable staff helpful friendly and always offer a great deal sometimes giving a discounted but not why we keep coming back for, Customer service with excellent attitude make me feel comfortable and trust that worth to spend money on. They have a great service team and always make sure your car running. I like that they treat the car like theirs, if they see on the computer you may need something else looked at they advise you. Thats great for us especially for people who may not know very much about cars.

I suggest going somewhere more reliable. I wanted an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt rotate the tires. I noticed because the wheels were so dirty and there were no hand prints. Now I wonder if the oil or filter was changed. ...

This shop is ok. The guys here work efficiently. They sometimes recommend unnecessary parts or replacement,and the cost becomes high.

The cashier tried to rip me off $20.00.I was never given a quote by the guy that wrote me up when I arrived. All I had done was a standard oil change. The cashier rang up the charge to $68. I almost paid, then I thought I didnt have anything extra done. I asked to see the charges. He showed me his screen with the charges, I see a charge for some fluid of 2 quarts at $8 each, and the total to the right was $20. I asked Whats that. He looked at it and said he wasnt sure and said Ill just remove that. So if I hadnt asked, I would have been overcharged. I wont be going back there again.

Asked for oil top off, but was told they had to charge me. I had 700 miles left to next oil change but they said my car was not in their jiffylube system. Was told they do not work with jiffylube locations in LA. How is customer supposed to know that all jiffylube location is not connected?... BTW Ive done top off in Texas without ANY questions. Dont use this location!!!

Only go to this place if you enjoy having your time wasted, being ripped off, and lied to. I went in for a spark plug change and was told that I had a misfiring cylinder. The mechanic told me that I needed to change my plug wires and the problem would be fixed. I wasnt sure why he thought that, but I went ahead and paid for it, since he had gotten a code from an OBD2 reader. He then calls and tells me that my cylinder was still misfiring and that I needed to replace my coils. He quoted me $650 for the part without labor costs. He mentioned that I needed one coil per cylinder since my truck is a V6. He obviously had no idea what he was talking about since my truck uses a coil pack and the coils arent placed directly into the engine. I declined the offer and wasnt able to leave until 4pm, I had arrived at 11am. I went to Oreillys and got a coil pack for $60 and replaced it within 10 minutes (3 small bolts).

Wow so much longer than original time estimate. So slow. There arent even any other cars here. Price is higher than other places I normally go. Wont come back.

Not going again. Ive been going for a while now with no issues, but this last time I went was so bad that Im done. First I go for my oil change. They took a little longer than usual. I was fine with that. Then I get to my car after paying $92 for an oil change and notice that they didnt reset the oil gauge like they always have in the past...okay stuff happens. Then I go to school the next day and hear metal scraping as I enter the parking garage. Turns out that they didnt tighten the plate all the way underneath my car after the oil change. So I go in 2 days after the oil change when I had the time due to work and school. They tell me it was my fault and that I hit something....no..no I didnt. The piece was dragging for the last 2 days and snacking against every bump on the freeway. So its bound to be jacked up. They fixed it, however, I dont like the fact that they made me feel like an idiot for something I didnt do. Im done with this place.

Just tonight I went there for oil change.I got a problem with my passager side headlight.Completely stop working.I don’t know why???

These guys are awesome.Went to take my car for a tune up, was going to drive back but it wouldnt start.The workers noticed and gather around to assist me even after i paid and the service was declared finished. They pushed it back into the shop and ran tests and speculated.They found the problem to be some sort of chip inside my car key wasnt functioning right. Hence the car wouldnt start up all the way.All of this was done for me even after they were suppose to be closed. Thats above and beyond providing service to customers, thats good people going out of their way to help.Other Jiffey Lube locations need to take a page out of these guys book.Definitely will be coming back for all my future needs.

They had terrible care when taking my car for the first time into a shop, dented and bent my right front fender while.opening my door. Always feeling like i will get ripped off here. Would not recommend to anyone else in san jose for service on vehicles.

Worst service Ive ever had. Changed my oil and they took off my water guard underneath my car, then told me after they could not put it back on and had to put it in my trunk. I had to go home and put it on myself right after.
