My car is due for a B1 service. Called in to schedule a service and was told on the phone it was $675. After I came in, the service advisor first quoted me $1200 then $1100 if I did not want the windshield blade to be replaced. I ended up walking away. Horrible experience. Would never go back to Mercedes-Benz of Stevens Creek again.
I made an appointment 3 weeks out to repair minor cosmetic issues on my new 2021 Sprinter Van (mud flap damaged due to improper installation, and jack door that would not close). I showed up to my 9AM appointment and was told that I would need to leave the vehicle there for AT LEAST one week and possibly TWO weeks. I told the advisor that this didnt make sense since I made an appointment and the parts had been ordered, and the repair should only take 1 hour max. He told me that there was a recall on my vehicle to replace my keys and they needed all that time to fix that, with my vehicle staying in their secure yard. I since checked the on-line recalls and the keys were NOT on the list. I also confirmed the lack of a key recall by calling 2 other dealers. I called and left a message for the service manager, Jim Duffer, to call me back as soon as I left the dealership in the morning and he has not called me back and it is getting late in the day now. I am not sure if they are just disorganized or overloaded, but I cannot deal with a company like this. I will head back there now to pick up my vehicle and bring it to a more reputable dealership.
Worst experience ever. I had a windshield replacement 4 months ago and the service was very bad at that moment. I didnt argue since they helped to fix my car. However, my windshield was broken again just now and I was told that my windshield was much thinner and lighter than a normal windshield. Moreover, the auto glass technician cannot find the serial number of my broken windshield in the auto glass registration system! I doubt this Mercedes service center replaced me a fake and very low quality glass and charged me a high price. Very ridiculous and I will never visit this place again.
Theres no shuttle because of covid while San Mateo store offers shuttle. Go to San Mateo one if you can.
Worst service department ever seen. They treat customers very strictly. Customer waited more than 20 minutes to pump the tire and end up with working with others. No acceptance like Geigo MBI insurance, forced you return loaner car at very a strict time range. They behave like a dictator in South Bay, and no more other MB dealer competitors. If one more dealer open in Mountain View next to BMW, they will be out of business.
I wanted to get some scratches removed from my fairly new vehicle. They did a polish, and it removed most scratches but some of the bigger ones remained. They didn’t charge me anything because they couldn’t get all the scratches removed. They even gave me a complementary car wash without asking for it. Great overall experience!
Super slow on their service department. They told me over the phone on a recall for my airbag it will take approximately two hours after I arrived there they said it would take 4 hours. They offer no loaners vehicle either. Never do business with them here again.

I came in for a service appt and everyone was masked up. The area for waiting was clean and socially distanced. They checked with me throughout the morning to make sure I was fine.
Excellent service as usual. Even though you expect a good service from a mercedes benz dealer but they always manage to exceed my expectations.

I wanted to thank and recommend Stephen Kirksey for delivering excellent service to my vehicle. I believe front admin reached out for my recalls and They had valet come pick up my car and drop off. They reached out and updated me on what was being done. Their porters were courteous. The topped my fluids checked tire pressure complimentary car wash and my recall appt was completed in a timely matter. I really appreciate the team services and taking care of my vehicle needs for me to worry about other stuff at home during these times ! Thank you keep up the great work !!
Though pricing is what youd expect from a dealership, attention to detail and professionalism is quite high. I have one favorite service advisor and one I would not recommend.
I had the Check left low beam light turn on my dash and went to them for diagnosis. Guess what ? I left (without repair, btw) paying a bill for whopping $560 only for diagnosis. I went through a third party for replacing my bulb for just 130$ instead. Avoid this place and run if you can! If you are a female it is a given that they rip you off even more. P.S the person I dealt with was Rodrigo Velasquez.

I had to say that, after the fifth time of my annual service being done here, their service has become so much worse than before.Too long wait. Sent in the car at 9am per appointment and was told that should be ready by 3pm. Did not even call me until 4pm to tell me that it won’t be done by today and I had to come over the next day.When I came in the next day, the car is still very dirty. Technician told me that the wash was done by machine automatically and it has been like this for the past 14 years. But for my previous years at this service center, the car came out very clean.I don’t know what is going on, but I’m very disappointed with their service this year. I hope that they can get better during the next year and do a good job as I remembered before.

Avoid it if you can.I used to have my windshield wiper replaced for free after purchacing it from their parts department. NO MORE.It is all about charging more and delivering less service.

Okay. First time Benz owner. Car is great but service dept. needs a real regroup. They have messed up three times with my car eg: buying tires and they didnt put them on. Now my car has 100k miles and I purchased the extended warranty. My cars oil smells alot with gas mixed in and my dipstick is rusty! I have had many cars and never encountered this.Service dept. said the smell was not that much and not to worry. They didnt want to persue the issue.Now what? My wife is heartbroken. Its her car and this was brought to our attention from a certified family mechanic.HELP
White man in Accessories saw me coming, went in the back so he didnt have to sell me the $70 jacket. White girl at cashier counter saw me approaching, turned and avoided me. Her Asian colleague stepped in.

Called to get Iinformation about oil requirements for an E class car. They gave me the proper breakdown of what oils are recomended.
The right indicator light on my mirror was broken while the car was being serviced. They told me ok get a call back to fix the issue, but no one has gotten back to me yet. Its been more than two weeks.
I had too bad experience here with unprofessional service. My vehicle was not even washed after paying them $807 for servicing.The wait time is too much from giving the vehicle for servicing and same while collecting the same.
Went in here for a service - overall service was very slow. Had to wait 10-15 min to be checked in, and waited another 20 min to even be seen by the assigned technician. Bake in one hour extra or more if you can when you come in. However, assigned technician was nice and enjoyed his cheerful attitude.Most of the guys working at the loaner department were friendly. I just had an issue with this guy that rejected my service animal’s presence. I told him he was a service animal and ESA, which I had the papers for. He told me it was a dealership regulation, and would furthermore charge +$200 for dog hair (on the paper they pass out says +$100 for cleaning). So in turn, I believe he was telling me the Merced-Benz of Stevens Creek does not abide by federal or state regulation.This particular guy must have felt particularly emasculated about this situation, because he then “forgot” to give me a complimentary carwash.

Based of first time call in, person who answers lacks knowledge. Incompetent.I ask for pricing on oil change as well as checking the car (like 4 point inspection). I admit I am not familiar with Service A B and C tiers but the person who picked up threw them all at me like a script.I then just asked for pricing on just the oil change and she gave me a price. I asked how come it’s priced that much and her response was, “I don’t know. I just work here. The prices are set the way they are.” Being shocked at this answer, I repeated what she said and I followed up with a “Good bye”.How bad was that?!? What’s worse was I was getting service next door with my wife’s Volkswagen all this time and I asked the service guy the same question about Mercedes pricing. And that made me worth considering coughing up the price. Lol. He’s answer, “paying for quality, labor, and it’s standard pricing for them as they are using OEM.” Mentioned that Mercedes Benz are efficient and their technicians get paid more so you’re gonna have to pay more even if it’s for an oil change.A+ for VW!!! Haha. They even said they can do my oil change but and better rate + parts.Front of the house, you people with class and excellent customer relations. I’m sure this person was from “the block.”
Classic dealer that uses the age-old tactics of bait and switch. I was about to buy a used car at the advertised price but low and behold, when Im about the drive down to pick it up, the price went up 15% even when I have the price in writing! Not good for their word - classic slimy dealer - dont buy here...
