I dont normally post reviews but these guys are WORTH it. My F350 has been giving me troubles and decided to take it here after dealing with other dealers. They were very transparent and friendly and answered all the questions I had about my truck. Even though I live far from this dealer, I will continue to bring my F350 back for any of my service needs. Thanks Mission Valley for the quick and friendly service.
Ok Guys this is the place to go for Trucks. the service is outstanding and I had a lot of questions in regards to tinting windows, special wheels etc. Service Manager Alfredo is just tops he gave me all the info I needed and serviced my Truck. Just great could not be happier with this experience.
They kept our vehicle for more than 2 weeks, every time I called in to ask, they didnt have a clue about the things they were supposed do with the truck, it was too much already. So I went there and asked them about it.Unfortunately they didnt fix the right rear sensor they just cleaned the connectors They didnt do the service, they didnt replaced the tire that we told them to. I will never Buy or Take a vehicle for service or repairs to this Ford dealer. it s shame that such a great brand is represented by a poor management.
Mission Valley Ford dropped the ball and did not meet their own basic service standard, on our companies Ford Transit. In a world of fact checking and transparency, I have to go on faith that Mission Valley Ford did the work that we were charged for. The technicians never reset the computer so I am still getting the same warnings, moreover the sticker on the top left corner was never changed. Also if, like me, you take a moment a read a few of the other reviews you will find a consistancy of people who were promised phone calls about their vehicles and never received those calls, I did not. They told my they would call but they never did. Overall all experience was disturbingly dissapointing.....

Seems like warranty work is put at the end of the to do list. Its been 4 weeks since my service truck came in and still no updates!? Service Techs should be given overtime if there is a backlog! I got to say though, the front desk person is nice and puts up with the disgruntled.
If you’re looking to get parts from these guys save yourself the headache and go with Fremont Ford. Gave the parts guys the part numbers and descriptions that I obtained from the OFFICIAL FORD PARTS WEBSITE and they said they didn’t cross and still did not know what I was talking about. Autozone has a better sense of knowledge it seems like.
Worst service of my life. We have been buying and leasing work vans and trucks here for the last 19 years. Brought one of our new vans in with transition issues. It took them 3 weeks to get it scheduled and another week to diagnose the issues. They ordered parts, another 3 weeks. Then 2 more week to get it scheduled because they only had one transmission tech. 2 weeks later after the repair it still does not work properly. The most frustrating part is through all this time they have never called me back to give any updates even though they take my number and promise to. Currently we are running 8 vehicles purchased here but no more once this van is finally fixed. This has been a bad joke.So 7 months later we finally got our van back. Two weeks later the transmission went out again in Dixon. Dixon Fords tech said somebody really messed up the repair. Said they would have it ready in 3 weeks which now seems fast after Mission Valley.
It’s the first time I brought my F350 to Mission Valley Ford and I’m really impressed by the great customer service and positive attitude everyone from the people answering the phones, the mechanics, and management have. Not to many Ford dealerships in the San Jose area would install the accessory so I’m glad I brought my truck to have my 5th wheel prep package installed here. I will definitely recommend anyone I know who owns a Ford truck to have it serviced here. 5 stars all the way!
This is the best of the best commercial vehicle service center whatsoever in United States we start driving from Florida and our engine light came out we stopped by Alabama for the service manager checked the vehicle and he said it looks like the EGR valve has a situation and they made a quick fix and they said you can drive now but keep an eye on it and they did not say leave your vehicle we will check for you they said you can drive we drive till Tucson Arizona and stopped another Ford commercial service center service manager came out he looked at it they made a complete check and they said it might be a little radiator leak other than that everything is fine and then we came to Fort service to Mission Valley commercial vehicle center the service manager name is Alfredo and he said let us check the vehicle and after a proper check he was mentioning that are several issues on this vehicle which other services couldn’t figure out and he took immediate attention to our vehicle and Mrs. Valerie by the service department she was another big help and she told me how many days or how many hours exactly take to fix this vehicle so I can’t think enough to Mr. Alfredo to for service manager what he helped to fix our vehicle I hope Ford company takes an attention to other service stations in the country and I wish that they have more kind of service manager like Mr. Alfredo again we can’t thank you enough in this emergency situation that this service and this manager helped us more than any other Services so far we tried to get help thank you again for Ford service Mission Valley
Dropped the 2017 F-250 off on Monday and they hadn’t even looked at it on Friday. Unsatisfactory performance for a $60k truck. Leaking oil pan, faulty suspension, failed ignition, leaking brake calipers, def system problems. Stay away from Ford!!!
If you could give 6 stars for a review these guys would get it! I took my explorer in for a major tune up and got my vehicle back within a day. Thank you to Alfredo and his team!
Really love this shop; have been taking my trucks here for years. The staff has always been good about investigating issues that I bring up, and they get jobs done quickly so that I have minimum downtime. I also get my vehicles serviced here, and appreciate the thorough job they do, using only fluids I request. I had a truck get stolen earlier this year, and Mission Valley was great about getting the vehicle towed in and reviewed for insurance. Great shop, trust them 100

Absolutely the WORST customer service I have experienced. Admin is rude. The service department doesnt even understand what SERVICE means. They are brainless and act like the do not know what is going on. Left me on hold because they got frustrated. Get your act together. AVOID!!!! this ford dealership/service center.

Ha!I am not one for leaving reviews… but I feel like I must warn people of this place. These folks wasted almost two weeks of my time, and were completely manipulative and dishonest.I towed my van over to these guys after a spark plug blew out again 5 months after it previously happened. For a week they tried to say that it was a different spark plug so that my warranty wouldn’t cover the cost. I knew they were lying as I had seen it myself before bringing it in. When I dropped the van off I also told them I knew what was wrong with it. So they misdiagnosed it trying to get out of the warranty. It was only when I asked for photo evidence that Lance finally admitted that it was indeed the same spark plug. I can prove that they knew the whole time too because they sent me a quote estimate that included the big sert fix- this kit is only for spark plugs which have PREVIOUSLY been repaired and failed.After that it took them days and days to get back to me about whether the warranty was going to cover it and came up with different excuses why the warranty wasn’t going to work including saying things like, “the insert the first time wasn’t a Ford part” - but there is no such thing as a Ford insert. After more BS like that, and Lance hanging up on me when he decided I was asking too many questions, I finally towed it away to a different shop which I should have done a long time ago.Please learn from my mistakes and experience and don’t waste your money and energy on this place.They will deny this but I have all the proof and witnesses on all of our phone calls. Lance and Alfredo, you will be hearing from the BAR.I’m sure these guys assumed that, me being the young lady I am, I wouldn’t know any better or that because I had a camper van from out of state that I was in a hurry to get it fixed and that they could take advantage of the situation.
One word to describe the experience would be “amazing”. I experienced an engine light issue with my F-250 and called several Ford dealerships in the area for service. All said they were booked out until a week or more. My last call was to Mission Valley Ford. When Valerie Trujillo answered my call, she was quick to ask how soon I could bring my truck in and she would try her best to have it looked at that day or the following morning. Not only did she have my truck inspected that day, a new part was ordered, installed, and ready for pick up the next day. Totally blew away my expectations. It’s not often you find people or service companies so willing to assist, but I certainly got lucky finding Valerie and Mission Valley. They’ve won my business from here on out. Thank you!
Absolutely the worst. Service center is beyond me. How they operate is nothing short of a miracle. Service team is clueless, rude and has no sense of urgency. You are better off avoiding his site. Save your money!!!

I forgot my face mask and the young lady at the register happily got one for me. My part was ready for pickup, i was pleased. I realize my review and experience is lacking in scope however i would assume a consistent experience no matter what department you are dealing with.

Could not get sales person for an hour.i leftLast week I went online for a Kubota part I got an email bail back they will be in touch with me never happened then I went to the store this week went for a part $ 6.99 but they wanted $8 for shipping. I left

I realized that after receiving extremely unprofessional service and attitude.I went to ford Fremont after just to find out that mission valley ford have done nothing on my vehicle they gave me in writing now i have launch a complaint and get all my money back.

Took my F550 mechanics truck into their shop for #Warranty. Fernando/ the service manager is very accommodating. They really got my truck running really good. I’m still in the break-in period of the new 6.4L engine and transmission. It took a while to get it right but like we are going down the right road
Bad service poor communication I left the work van at the service center early in the morning they told me it would be ready to pick it up in the afternoon I came and it wasnt ready they didnt do anything to it i was there for oil change they never called me
I purchased my truck here back in 2012 and I continue to get it serviced here. The purchase process was dramatically less tedious than the typical retail store because this facility handles mostly commercial purchases. Very low pressure and accommodating. The service department never seems to disappoint. VERY thorough. This is a high volume service center though so having to be a little patient is understandable. They hold up their end with their quality of work.
Im not sure who I talked to in the parts department but he was reluctant about looking up part numbers and eventually said that they didnt have the parts in stock. Fortunately, another Ford dealer in the area was able to look into Mission Valley Fords inventory and verify that the parts were indeed in stock. So I drove to Mission Valley Ford and was able to pick up the items.
Dean was very helpful and kind. He worked hard to make the vehicle I was looking at affordable for us. I appreciated the fact that there was no pressure.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I brought in a ford explorer for service and they lost the car for 3 weeks within the dealership./.. NO one offers a call back and finally when they located the car after 3 weeks they say they cant help us. WHAT A complete waste of time. RUN dont walk to any other dealership. Full of false promises
