I cant say enough about Patricia & Byron!My first dealing was via the phone with Byron. We played phone tag for a bit, but we finally connected, and I found him to be super friendly and willing to work with my erratic schedule to get my grandma an appointment, ASAP.So we made the appointment and met Byron & Patricia in person. I dont know if all hearing centers excel at customer service, but rarely have I seen people so good with the elderly! Patient, kind, and accommodating.So Patricia conducted the test, but there was a snag, so we had to reschedule. Unfortunately, my grandma had a minor health scare & needed some rehabbing. Which meant we had to cancel our appointment, but they were very understanding & said to call back, hoping she would be well soon.Long story short, we just had the hearing-test appointment, and, wow, was Patricia so great with my grandma giving the test & after!The aids are on order, and my grandmas eager to return--not just for the aids but for the star treatment she receives from Patricia & Byron.Costco sells several models, both rechargeable & battery-operated. Oh, & they can even customize your aids if need be. Before ordering, Patricia hooked my grandma up with test models, programming them with the results of her test. When she was fitting her with the models we decided on, she learned shed need longer extensions (or whatever theyre called), so she adjusted the samplers with the extensions (& then ordered the longer size later). Then she had my grandma go around the store to see how she liked the model.So my advice is, if you or a family member is in the market for hearing aids, get a Costco membership & go to the Senter Rd. Costco where youll meet Byron & Patricia, who speak both English & Spanish & will make you or your loved one feel special (and not embarrassed because you need help with your hearing).
