Very disappointed. I came in to get ear impressions for custom iems and even sent the instructions given by the iem company to the staff involved to follow. The instructions specifically stated that a bite block of no less than 1 must be used to ensure a good fit. However, the audiologist who did my impressions gave me false information and had me to constantly open and close my mouth and claimed it would produce the same result as a bite block. Being my first time ever getting custom iems, and the fact that the audiologist was supposed to be the expert, I very naively believed her despite the instruction sheet stating that a bite block must be used.in the end, my in-ears came and to no ones surprise, did not fit properly. Perfectly good waste of $50 and another $400 for the in-ears that cannot be redone due to audiologist not following instructions.I feel cheated out of my money. If youre coming here for ear impressions for custom iems, think twice.

The audiologists here are very nice, they explained what would be taking place and kind of have a way of setting you at ease before the testing. I had a good experience here and wouldnt mind recommending this location. Also they are really good about getting you in for an appointment ASAP! Nothing but positive here.

My personal physician recommended that I have a hearing test after developing a ringing sensation in my left ear. I had my hearing tested about a year ago and the audiologist explained that this would serve as a baseline to see if there was a change. It was a relief to hear that there was no deterioration in my hearing levels and this took a big worry off my mind. The audiologist did recommend the use of a sound machine to mask the ringing sound. I had my doubts, but wanted to give it a try. For me, the sound of rain really works and makes living with the ringing sensation much more manageable. I cant thank the people at HearBright, from Dr. Ito to the staff, enough or their help and recommendation.

My original experience with HearBright was back in July 2014. I was a new resident to the Evergreen area and I lost one of my Oticon hearing aids. My original audiologist was in San Mateo. My SM audiologist was not able to see me for several days and they would not be able to provide me with a replacement hearing aid for several more days. I located HearBright at 200 Jose Figueres San Jose and I was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Ito within 2 days. My first meeting with Dr Ito was completed with an exam and hearing test, during all of this I felt very comfortable. I had expected to replace just the one hearing aid and have it matched up to my other one. I had expected to pay $ 4,000 for the one replacement because I had paid $ 8,000 for the original pair. Dr Ito explained there had been many improvements made since my last purchase in 2012. I was pleased to find out a new pair of Oticon hearing aids would cost less than $ 4,000. The best surprise was the new ones would be fitted and programed for me that morning. I have since had annual follow-up exams and testing. I continue to receive excellent care by Dr Ito and her support staff. HearBright does everything to provide me with the best care and product to maintain my maximum hearing needs.
