During the Pandemic, I decided to do a DIY project over the weekends. I was pointed to Purchase greens by another neighbor, who yard looked gorgeous.The staff followed all Covid guidelines, Masked, social distancing, etc. That made me really comfortable working with them.I talked to Humberto who walked me through the process. He answered all my questions very patiently, gave me tips, etc. Mentioned once that they have a install process, thats it !!. No pushing !!I am impressed by his knowledge and willing to share it. He helped me choose samples which made our selection very easy.The website is very informative. Online chat was very helpful also. Real folks...asked me a couple of questions and then suggested a couple of grasses. Their pricing was really great too.Overall, I will thumbs my interaction with Humberto and recommend the business.Waiting for the rains to subside to install the grass.

UPDATE: 9/2021 We had a small but rare problem occur with a spot on our lawn-Purchase Green wasted no time in sending Humberto out to check out the problem. Eric, the manager, then scheduled a crew to remedy the problem. Jose and his crew arrived and fixed the problem returning our lawn to a newly installed appearance.Purchase Green-you guys are the best, thank you!!Our experience with Purchase Green was great! From the estimate to the install to the finished walk-thru and recheck; everyone that we dealt with was right on the money. I came in the store this Saturday morning and was waiting to be served while a white gentleman (customer) came in after me. While one of the employee finished with his customer, he went directly to the white customer the came in after and help him first (I’m Asian by the way). I did not say anything though. The employee help the white customer was also white. Took the white employee awhile before he help me. When the employee help me, he was making a joke about the lord of the ring that I don’t know understand what the hell his joke was.

I wanted artificial grass for a small patio. These guys really worked with me on finding something that was high quality and still in my budget. Im glad I came in and was able to feel all the different products. I got a product that I was happier with and at a better price than I would have gotten at the local hardware store.

Ashley at pg was exceptional and and really knows her stuff. so glad I came here it was significantly less than the Home Depot prices with lots of choices of in stock grass. It was a learning experience coming here hot and a lot better than watching YouTube videos. Nobody has the knowledge at Home Depot as much as these guys. I would come here again if I need artificial turf.

This is my second visit here after a first one a couple of months ago. They have by far the best prices and service of all the places we checked out. Got the one with the cool yarn and got good advice on the amount and sizes to buy to best fit my backyard.

I was looking for a solution for our wall mural that consists of a putting green. First stop was at Home Depot. I couldnt find anything to my liking. I then did a search on Google and found Purchase Green. I called and spoke w Travis. He was very friendly, genuine and knowledgable. I came in and immediately saw what I wanted. I would give a 0 if I could, I placed an order from this company and it was annoying how they charge u on the website but then later make u fill out an additional application for the payment and make u send a picture of your drivers license and credit card front and back to them so then they can charge u again for additional shipping or whatever the website didnt calculate when u placed the order, but with that being said I did this and later received my order. But about a month or so later I went to purchase another item from them went through the same process used the same credit card I used the first time and after almost 3 weeks they then said they couldnt accept my payment because my signature didnt match ? Dont buy from them theyre super sketchy and inconsistent. Also customer service was very rude! Waiting to receive my refund but if not I will claim fraud

Trevas and Ashley are very professional for helping me with my backyard turf. Unfortunately, the delivery was not friendly. On rainy day, they dropped the turf right from the truck and declined to help when my husband and me tried to move the turf to avoid rain. They said it is the company liability issue. I wish they would purchase better insurance liability coverage.

I decided to finally remove my front lawn to install artificial turf. I looked up Purchase Green Artificial Grass on the internet and drove there to the location on the Old Bayshore Hwy. I had lots of questions and Ashley had all my answers and might I add with a friendly smile. I was given samples to take home and after a couple of weeks I purchased 400 sq. feet of artificial turf along with everything I needed to to a self-installation.
