During our test drive I noticed a bad wheel balance issue. My salesman Justin also saw the problem. He advised the service dept to address this issue. I also called the day i took delivery to double check to make sure the issue was fixed, the dealership said it was. Upon driving home I experienced the same wheel balance issue (to a lesser extent, but still a problem) when I got on the freeway and the tire monitor light and warning even came on this time. I immediately returned to the dealership and sat for 2 HOURS while the service writer and then a tech drove the truck to figure out what to do. Most likely just a simple wheel balance issue (quite possibly magnified by the flat spots on tires from sitting on the lot for a few weeks?) I ended up frustrated and left the dealership with a tire warning light still on after spending $90K on a brand new truck and having to make an appointment to have this issue fixed. Is this right?However, I would like to say that my salesman Justin did an excellent sales job. He was not at the dealership the day I took delivery of my truck although he probably couldnt have changed the outcome. Also I did think the service writer tried his best to rectify the issue but his hands were tied? Could he have gone to the general manager and got a service tech to stop another job and deal with my problem immediately?

Our deal was done entirely remotely (phone calls and texts). We never set foot in the dealership. My salesman (Jonathan Crabtree) was always pleasant and responsive. The sales manager that assisted with the prices provided me with a very good deal. We finished the sale, including our trade in, and I felt like we received a good, honest, competitive deal.

Took vehicle in for software update. Large waiting area, individual chairs spaced nicely in a circle for visitation. Coffee setup with breakfast bars. Shuttle service provided to and from shopping locations or home while waiting for service completion. That was a wonderful experience. I was dropped off at one shopping center and was picked up at another one across the street. Van used had center seat removed so there was plenty of space apart from the driver and passenger. Safety was number 1 priorty.

Your technician didnt treat my car with care. My video in my car recorded him slamming my hood, dropping it all the way from the top. Who would do that? It gives me insight into how he treated the rest of the service to my car. People have asked me if they should take their car in to your shop and its hard to say yes. I payed 105K for my car and your guy just treated it like a junker. No way.

Tony in the service department was legit awesome. He was kind, thorough, informative and just seemed like he was a good man. It is clear he’s very good at his job. A true professional. I would come back solely because of him and his service/professionalism. But I mean man. My truck was there for 8 weeks. I’m not sure you can call that acceptable. Tony A+. The rest of Alfaro F-8 weeks. I think it took 3 weeks before they even took a look at it?8 weeks for a water in fuel sensor. Some wiring. And a detail.Once again. Tony is a true gem. The rest of the operation. Kind of a joke.

Visited the dealership twice to look at their selection of new (2020) and used (2017) Chevrolet Bolt EV cars. Both times I worked with Anthony Cota, who was very nice, accommodating, patient, knowledgeable, and used very few sales tactics. I spoke to some other folks at the dealership and they were also very nice. Most importantly, they didnt try to use any aggressive sense of urgency tactics or put on the pressure. In test driving a used Chevrolet Bolt EV, they let me take it out alone for a spin, which gave me ample time to evaluate a number of features of the vehicle, such as connecting to and trying Android Auto for navigation, calls, music (Plex), and audiobooks (Smart AudioBook Player).

We are unhappy with our experience at Alfano. I will not be returning to Alfano, and will definitely not recommend it to friends. Our car is worse off than before we brought it there. After they rotated the tires, we were left with very shaky alignment that wasnt like that before. We spoke to a manager but he just said he would talk to his team.The service reps dont seem to care about taking care of things properly and definitely dont respect the customers time. Ex: After calling ahead to confirm my car was ready, I arrived to pick it up and waited at least 1/2 hour only to be told that the check engine light had suddenly turned on. When calling to ask a question, I waited on hold for 35 minutes. These guys dont actually care about customers.

I always get amazing service from the guys at Alfano. Tony and his team are upstanding employees and deserve all the recognition. I do however wish the one blonde woman in the service waiting area would wear her mask. Throughout the pandemic, whenever I needed to take my car for service, every time I walked in she was not wearing a mask. I understand she may not directly interact with clients but she’s also at work, the one place where you should require people to wear masks. It’s truly a sign of disrespect to the health and well being of the people who use your service department, especially when we can 100% go somewhere cheaper.Despite this I will continue to bring my car to Alfano because the service I receive is superior.

Tony and Enrique both did an excellent job of making me feel welcome at Alfano Chevrolet. All staff wore masks and practiced social distancing. The showroom had all sorts of drinks and snacks for customers to enjoy. Tony let me know that the dealership does price matching for new tires. My initial experience was a little less than what I would have liked but, after speaking with sales department I felt better. I owned my last car for 13 years and paid cash for it off the lot, so the idea of buying a brand new car which meant having a car payment for the first time made me really nervous. We pulled into the lot and as we got out of the car we met Mike Keene. The nicest and least pushy salesman I’ve ever encountered. We knew what we wanted and Mike helped us get a surprisingly comfortable APR. Mike was extremely calm and personable which made me feel at ease the entire time. I removed my initial good review. They still havent sent my trade payoff check to my bank even though I have reminded them multiple times to get it done. My bank has even called them. $6000 of that payoff check was my own money that I put down, so why is it being kept. Now I have a late payment because I cant make two car payments at the same time. Not to mention I have had someone leave a note and I have left two voicemails for finance and no calls back. I have a feeling Im going to be adding more to this review here in the future. Stay tuned

Not sure if this is a different survey than the one I filled out before but if not I will repeat that sentiment here.Since I am from Palm Springs (about 6 hours away) I first contacted the dealership through a quote request when I was looking to purchase a very specific model Camaro that I could not find near me.*Backstory: I had not purchased a vehicle from a dealership in 16 years and was not sure what to expect because of distance and COVID.A representative reached out to me (sorry dont remember her name) to ask some questions and notified me that a sales person would be in contact soon to go over details and answer questions.Jorge Gallardo called me back later that day and after discussing what I was looking for he politely asked to take a few minutes and get back to me with some numbers. His research did not take long at all (maybe 30 min tops) and he presented the pricing for my desired model as well as GM financing (which was better than anyone else I had compared to).The price and financing were agreed upon with no haggling and back and forth and even arranged for transportation down to me for an reasonable extra fee.I could not be any happier with the experience as a whole. I feel that Jorge represents Chevrolet and Alfano Motorcars very well because....that is just who he is. He treats people the way he wants to be treated and that can be a rare thing these days. I don’t want to take away from all the people who made this dream of mine a reality like Kevin in finance, Miranda in Customer Service, to the detail guys who made the car as beautiful and clean as well as Gabriel who spent a very long day driving my Camaro all the way down here only to turn and drive back (yes, I was the only car on his trailer) but Jorge was the face (or voice) in this instance that represented this experience (a very long awaited one) for me and he made it painless and memorable. In the future, when I am looking for my next Chevrolet, I will go out of my way....6 hours out of my way to contact Alfano Motorcars because they value the customer experience. And you should too.

I bot a truck with 3400 miles on it. It was represented as a new truck. It had a factory paint issue that they are tacking care of. They gave me a car to drive in the mean time. I am disappointed in the POS VW that is way worse then the car i traded in. I kind of thought Id get a loaner that was a nice car but I guess its better then nothing.I just got a auto payment for my trade in with drawn two weeks after the purchase. Im super disappointed in Alfano.Got in contact with the manager. It appears that he is going to take car of me. He seemed genuinely concerned about my frustrations. He offered to give me a different car. Id say the manager is a 4.5 or even 5 star guy. Hopefully all goes well now that he is involved.updateGot my truck back and the paint repair was perfect. They topped me off with a fuel tank of Diesel. They also gave me a complete detail and did a great job on that. My initial purchase had some frustration but they really stepped up after they learned I was unhappy. I am in love with my new Chevy and am happy with the dealership.

After a check-in by a masked service rep. for a Chevrolet recall inspection I was concerned by the lax Covid-19 practices for the rest of the experience. The check-in desk rep had no mask and minimal plexiglas shielding. Other employees in the showroom/service reception area did not wear masks and were not practicing recommended social distancing from each other. Covid-19 risks are real. There are State & County mandated precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19 that are supported by auto dealer associations and suggested by Auto Dealer legal advisors.A couple months later update - this time all personnel wore masks and we appreciated their attention to recommended COVID protocols. Tony Leonardo provided excellent customer service, giving us updates on our car and offering transportation if needed. Tony made the experience more than superior!

So there are two sides to my review of my experience at Alfano Motorcars (specifically the service center) throughout my last visit.First, the quality of the service itself is exceptional, I would rate the maintenance of the vehicle performed as five stars. They fixed what I took my vehicle there to get fixed, found some additional issues, and also fixed those for free under my warranty.The other side of the experience is what brings this review to a star rating of three, which was timeliness. I made the appointment to have my vehicle serviced a full week in advanced. Once I dropped the vehicle off, I was told the service should take a day or two. Given that additional issues were discovered, and parts needed to be ordered, I understood that the service time was extended to 3-4 days. Ultimately, I did not receive my vehicle back until a week and a half after I dropped it off.Vince, the employee in charge of service for the Chevrolet side of things was good about keeping me updated on a daily basis and providing me a loaner car during the time it was necessary. My issue, however, is the poor planning that resulted in such an extended time period to have my vehicle serviced. Vince continually mentioned, when he would update me, that it was taking longer than expected, that they were short staffed, had other vehicles to attend to, and so on and so forth. Being a car service center, however, these are the types of things they should have under control, especially for customers who scheduled to have their car serviced an entire week in advanced.An additional issue that I had was wait time at the service center itself. Every time I had to stop by, whether it be to drop my car off, pick up the loaner, pick my car up, etc. I ended up spending at least 20-30 minutes there pretty much just waiting around. If being short staffed is a continuous issue at this service center, I dont particularly see why they have not been able to address that because from a management perspective its a pretty simple fix.

We were in the market for a used Toyota Sequoia and Alfano had the best price on the exact model we were looking for but they were over 300 miles away from where we live. Michael Escalle was our sales associate working with us. He assured me everything worked as it should on the vehicle and that it was very clean for how old the car was and how many miles it had. We agreed on a final price of the car over the phone which was a no haggle, pain free experience. After seeing the car and driving it my expectations of the condition of the car were met and even a little bit exceeded. I would buy another car from Michael and from this dealership.

Just bought a new Chevy Bolt. Great car, great salesmanship, and great dealer. All the folks I dealt with were real pros, no hard sales, good follow up and supper respect for another local business. I was able to get a great deal and only had to give up a few Bagles.I have been driving the Bolt for 2 weeks now and I am totally satisfied. I have own 2 Prius previously and the Bolt exceeded my expectations in every way. I am doing about 100 miles per day round trip and never fear runnning out of juice. Charge every night ready to go every morning. The only reason I went to the gas station was to get a car was. One less hassle in life eliminated and getting about 128 mpg while doing it. Chevy did a great job designing and building the Bolt. Alfano did a great job representing the product. Forgot to mention a $2,500 rebate from CA and. $7,500 tax credit.Great job guys,Mike
