Each visit to this store has been a success. Most of the time these tasks require an associate to help with the process. From what I have seen, the staff here has a good attitude and is able to assist customers with the variety of options here. At times, this location tends to get rather busy but isnt that the sign of a solid business in operation? Thumbs up.

Came into the San Luis Obispo FedEx off of Chorro this morning and was met with great service. A man named George answered my questions about labelling and when there wasnt a label that fit my needs hand cut one. The service was prompt and he also helped me with my other questions. Would definitely recommend!

Employee couldnt handle simple directions given and wanted to have a conversation about my life while taking forever to finish the simple task of printing a file.Wrong receipt handed over when having to request one from a simple transaction.Never returned my work USB Drive used for printing.Service was slower than normal for San Luis Obsipo, so thats pretty much a snails pace.

Went in to print a 16x20 document. One sided pdf already prepared. They simply didnt know how to print it even though they offer wide format printing. Im going back later because they told me the girl who knows how to use the printer wont be in until 6. If you offer wide format printing as a service, please train more than one employee how to use it.

Great to fax at this location.... My go to stop since I dont have the room or luxury of owning a Fax or Copy Machine.

Staff is great and very helpful. The front printers, however, are pretty buggy (UI doesnt let me choose the custom paper tray half the time) and the print quality on those things is awful. Comparing those printers with prints done by staff behind the desk, the former looks awful while the latter is great.

Went to pick up my package after receiving a comfirmation email that it was there. Staff member Harmony was incredibly rude and told me that it sat on the counter for 6 hours and the manager sent it back to the sender. Rediculous they are supposed to hold it for 5 days. This place screws up constantly and the staff treat you like garbage as soon as you walk in.

Horrible staff. Wanted copies of a 3x6 little brochure. Went because I wanted them done. When went to drop it off she said I could just do it myself in the printers available for customers. Told her that I wanted them done, and she kept telling me about how I could get them done myself. After finally asking 6 times for them to be done. She goes and checks for pricing. Needless to say, she comes back a little after telling me that it will be $76 just to scan! (DOESNT INCLUDE PRINTING) Horrible experience will never come back to this fedex! AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Great place to make copies and buy some hard to find school supplies.

Friendly & effective service. Parking is a hassle, but the other FedExs are far. If you have something heavy, you may wish to use their competition. If you have something that MUST get there fast...well...go here.

Most times I have no issues at this FedEx except that the workers seem to move at the pace of snails. However, it was ridiculous that I was first in line and then asked to get back into line after purchasing a box...because the worker wanted to help all the other customers first literally helping 7 people at once.

What is up with customer service these days. When you call and ask a legitimate question and they say Im not really sure .The right answer is...I dont know but I will find out.

24 hours turn over for a 60 pages document in a PRINT center the computer froze and no solution but shutting it down was given. rude inefftive and slow.

Typical FedEx. The workers are helpful but seem to take their time. The store offers solutions for all your printing, packing, and shipping needs.

Staff was great, but scanning a 18X24 inch paper was way too expensive and very very poor quality.

Been here a few times and havent had any issues. Good service.
